update may 2025 Looks like we arent getting any more levels are we? Still sitting in the same spot we were in when we wrote this a long time ago. Whats going on?? Update There hasnt been a new challenge round or new levels added for the past week! We hope you guys arent abandoning this game! We put way too much time in for it to end like this. Love the game, probably too much. Im done with level 1890! When is more coming? A neat feature to add would be some feature that adds more moves to the end of a successful game to attempt to clear the board for more points or towards earning more lives or boosters if you do.
We enjoy this game but havent figured out how the windmills are removed. Some disappear immediately and others just sit there.
On a bunch of the levels, theres his hand telling you where to put stuff and theres another spot. We wanted to put it and we cant click on it because we have to do where the hand is. Are you really just want to put it where we want to go and not telling us a person an AI person telling us where to put where we dont wanna put it.
Iv been playing this game for years, your ads before you can even start play are way too long. Please fix this issue.

The game may be fun, but 60% of your time will be watching the longest ads of any game out there. We understand that ads are important to pay for the game, but this game has the longest ads Ive ever seen and way too many of them. Not worth the game.
We would rank it higher. We have passed all the levels and when we did it said new levels coming soon but that was many many many months ago and we still waiting for the new levels.

We like the game we find ourselves playing every night before we go to bed however it would be nice when we have leftover chances if they could be added to the next level because the higher you go in the levels it becomes more difficult to win and its like you reduce the number of tries we get versus giving us credit for what we have left.All this week traffic puzzle has had a glitch in giving people extra tones. When you click on get two more balls it just buffers. We love this game please fix the glitch. Please dont tell us to reboot our computer or tablet Ive tried all of that theres a glitch in the game. We are way over level 2000. We cant give you the exact level because it goes days without opening. It just says loading. Out of the blue we will click it and it loads, but if for some reason we stop playing or run out of turns or move on to something else and try to come back it wont load for days. Can anyone help? We have a very stressful job in the medical field and this is our stress reliever.
Love this game but for a couple weeks each time we try to open the app it wont load. We have to delete and reinstall each time we want to play so of course we havent played as much as we would like. Wish this problem would get fixed soon.

We've loved this game for a long time. We have beaten all the levels and keep playing the Master Levels while we await new levels to be released. With the last release of levels level 2735 says it's a clear the snow level, but nothing is on the screen to play. There's no updates and our phone is up to date, the level is just missing the actual gameplay portion. The powerups, settings, move counter & boosters are there but nothing to play. Really hope it is fixed soon.
Really enjoy this game, but there are WAY too many ads. We understand that ads are necessary to pay for free games, but an option to purchase the game without ads would be great. Additionally, when we got way up on the levels, it got to where it wouldnt open, so we unloaded it, and re-loaded, and had to start completely over. Frustrating.
The loading is taking forever. As of late, about a month, loading has just been spinning without loading. We log off our devices and come back and sometimes that work and sometimes it doesnt. For the last hour, its just been stuck at Loading.

Love the game but its not loading & hasnt for a few weeks now. Ive contacted support and it worked for an hour then back to the usual loading page. Pleas fix the game.
On the rare occasion that the game loads it is fun to play. The tutorial stage took forever, it would be nice if there was a skip option. Unnecessary goal explanation that lingers just a little too long after reading the goal on the previous page. Showing clear the helipads or clear the snow once is plenty.

Cute game. Played into higher levels and then it stopped loading. Wasnt updating, just stopped responding. We deleted it and reinstalled. Lost everything and the items we had purchased. Not going to play via Facebook. Started from beginning. Now Im on level 253 and same thing. Stops loading. We dont think you should have to try and open a game multiple times to play. Also too many ads. Going to delete again and find a more user friendly game. Hope they fix this could be a fun game.

Second day we try to play it just sits there loading. Everything else works, so it is not our device. Game is very fun, progressively challenging. But since we can no longer play it, it gets a 3.
The basic premise of the game is fun however, the lack of winning helps is an issue. If you fail you have the option to continue with 5 additional tries however, those 5 tries cost you 90 coins and You dont make enough coins to continue so you replay over and over. Perhaps developer needs to re-think this issue.
Thats how far we made it until the inevitable crash happened. We didnt want to believe what had happened to others. We had an incident before but data was recovered. We did a back up when offered on level 1333 and regretfully did it. Its evident to us the back up has a glitch that does the opposite. Im basing this on our experience and what we were told by others. Ive redownloaded and Im starting over because its a very fun way to pass time.
This summer this game started failing to load. We had progressed to level 1,000+, but lost all our progress because we had to delete and reinstall the game. Im now back up to 100+ and the game is failing to load again. What is going on.

Its a fun game but it does not load 95% of the time. It just sits in the Home Screen loading forever. Never opens no matter how long you sit on the load screen or close out the app and try again.
Fun game, but.. Way too many ads, Ive even had 2 different ads back to back. We probably wont play as much as Id like due to the ads. We suppose Id buy an ad free version but Ive done this with other games and they werent ad free, just less often. Set a fair price for the game and let people decide if its worth it.
Liked playing the game while it worked. Constantly saying loading when trying to play.
