Our game would not load for a couple days. We decided to delete and put it back on. The problem is it took us back to level 1. We were in the 800 levels. We want our original game restored but there is no way to do that. Please help us as we wont restart from the beginning.
After this new version release, we spend more time waiting for the game to load, and most of the time it doesnt load. Im ready to delete it.
We are way over level 2000. We cant give you the exact level because it goes days without opening. It just says loading. Out of the blue we will click it and it loads, but if for some reason we stop playing or run out of turns or move on to something else and try to come back it wont load for days. Can anyone help? We have a very stressful job in the medical field and this is our stress reliever.
Love this game but for a couple weeks each time we try to open the app it wont load. We have to delete and reinstall each time we want to play so of course we havent played as much as we would like. Wish this problem would get fixed soon.

We like the game we find myself playing every night before we go to bed however it would be nice when we have leftover chances if they could be added to the next level because the higher you go in the levels it becomes more difficult to win and its like you reduce the number of tries we get versus giving us credit for what we have left. All this week traffic puzzle has had a glitch in giving people extra tones. When you click on get two more balls it just buffers. We love this game please fix the glitch. Please dont tell us to reboot our computer or tablet we’ve tried all of that theres a glitch in the game. All the sweet 914 this game has had a glitch in it. All it does is a buffer when you ask for extra tones and we tried rebooting our computer and tablet and that does not work there is a glitch in the game. We love this game please fix it.
We are having the same trouble as everyone else. Our game will not load either.
Really enjoy this game, but there are WAY too many ads. We understand that ads are necessary to pay for free games, but an option to purchase the game without ads would be great. Additionally, when we got way up on the levels, it got to where it wouldnt open, so we unloaded it, and re-loaded, and had to start completely over. Frustrating!
We really enjoy playing this game its a lot of fun and has the right amount of difficulty. However we have not been able to play for the last couple of days because it is stuck on loading the game and will not go any farther. We have gone to the App Store to see if there are any updates we are missing but there are not. It has been a gamble every time we go to play. Please fix this issue.

We’ve loved this game for a long time. We have beaten all the levels and keep playing the Master Levels while we await new levels to be released. With the last release of levels level 2735 says it’s a clear the snow level, but nothing is on the screen to play. There’s no updates and our phone is up to date, the level is just missing the actual gameplay portion. The powerups, settings, move counter & boosters are there but nothing to play. Really hope it is fixed soon!!!

The loading is taking forever. As of late, about a month, loading has just been spinning without loading. We log off our devices and come back and sometimes that work and sometimes it doesnt. For the last hour, its just been stuck at Loading.
Help Im pretty far in the puzzle been playing a little over a year! It wont load on our iPad now? Why , on our phone it does but Im only on 127 Im much much further along on we pad. It says loading but.

Thats how far we made it until the inevitable crash happened. We didnt want to believe what had happened to others. We had an incident before but data was recovered. We did a back up when offered on level 1333 and regretfully did it. Its evident to us the back up has a glitch that does the opposite. Im basing this on our experience and what we were told by others. We’ve redownloaded and Im starting over because its a very fun way to pass time.
Cute game. Played into higher levels and then it stopped loading. Wasnt updating, just stopped responding. We deleted it and reinstalled. Lost everything and the items we had purchased. Not going to play via Facebook. Started from beginning. Now Im on level 253 and same thing. Stops loading. We dont think you should have to try and open a game multiple times to play. Also too many ads. Going to delete again and find a more user friendly game. Hope they fix this could be a fun game.

We were a big player. How, recently the game wont load for us. The only way we can play now is to delete the app and reinstall it. Every time. Its getting really annoying and dont know why all of a sudden it wont load. Probably wont be playing for much longer.
The basic premise of the game is fun however, the lack of winning helps is an issue. If you fail you have the option to continue with 5 additional tries however, those 5 tries cost you 90 coins and You dont make enough coins to continue so you replay over and over. Perhaps developer needs to re-think this issue.

After you play once (and get hooked), app wont open again.
On the rare occasion that the game loads it is fun to play. The tutorial stage took forever, it would be nice if there was a skip option. Unnecessary goal explanation that lingers just a little too long after reading the goal on the previous page. Showing clear the helipads or clear the snow once is plenty.
We loved this game but had to quit because it would let us play one time then wouldnt open any more.

Its a fun game but it does not load 95% of the time. It just sits in the Home Screen loading forever. Never opens no matter how long you sit on the load screen or close out the app and try again.
Fun game, but.. Way too many ads, we’ve even had 2 different ads back to back. We probably wont play as much as Id like due to the ads. We suppose Id buy an ad free version but we’ve done this with other games and they werent ad free, just less often. Set a fair price for the game and let people decide if its worth it.

This summer this game started failing to load. We had progressed to level 1,000+, but lost all our progress because we had to delete and reinstall the game. Im now back up to 100+ and the game is failing to load again. What is going on?
Like many other users, the game still after at least 2 weeks has not loaded. We reached out to the developer and nothing has been fixed. Going through the reviews, there has been multiple reviews stating the same or similar issues. Im at the point to believe that the developer has no intentions of fixing this issue.
Currently at level 500 somethinggame is repetitive since like level 100. And games takes forever to load on iPhone and iPad. Ready to delete. Daily, slowly moving over to Apple Arcade. Games load, graphics are awesome, and no purchases. Well worth the monthly small fee vs nickel & dime continuously for things to assist you to the next level. Honestly never spent money on this gamejust watch the never ending ads which run from 30 seconds to almost 3 minutes. UPDATE: At level 655 game is still GLITCHY.
The game was great until recently. It only loads 1 out of 20 attempts however we usually give up before then. Please fix the bugs!

Dont bother been playing for a little over four months & the game barely loads to play. In particular be watchful when you start purchasing packages to increase your score thats when the game seems to always crash & freezes no matter how many times we restart it, it doesnt load properly. The techs for this game NEVER once replied back to where the issue lays. The game itself is mediocre nothing to exciting about it. The advertisement that caught our attention for this game traffic puzzle was completely false which made us continue on playing hoping to reach the level that we saw advertised.
Game is challenging and fun but doesnt load but about one time a day and that is all. Today it hasnt loaded at all. With Wi-Fi and without. Nothing works. Very frustrating.
The color of the next car is often different from that of the car that enters the puzzle. Leads to traffic jams that cant be undone. We slowed our play, and found it continued to happen despite our paying better attention. So a year or more went by since we left the preceding review, and we got a brand new iPhone and decided to try this game again. We had fun the first evening. After that the game wouldnt load. We deleted it and downloaded it again, which wiped out the previous days progress and we had to start again with the insulting tutorials. No way to skip them. Put the game away, and now it wont load again. Not much fun when you have to keep starting at the beginning. And just for the record, they still havent fixed the problem with the cars changing color. So we will stick with our one-star rating since we cant give the app anything lower than that.

We love playing this game. The only complaint we have is that it costs a lot of money to play this game if you purchase boosters. Also, this game takes up A LOT of memory on youre phone.
We love this game, Im addicted! We purchased the game so we wouldnt have to deal with the ads. Im now on level 226 and it has just stopped loading. We hope its just an update or something because we play all the time and Ill hate it it will not work anymore.
This game is absolutely the cutest game we’ve ever seen! Cute characters, great concept and we love to play this game!!! Our daughter is 4 and it helps her with sorting and her colors! She has a blast with this game! The only bad thing we can say is put maybe a few more rewards in if you pass the harder levels because some of the harder levels are a bit challenging! Other than that, its a great game and super fun to play!
