No matter how many times we play it.
On the iPad Pro 12.9, the joystick is at a very uncomfortable place. We need it to be moved a little to the left and bottom. Please include customized controls.
Btw our parents wont let us buy the game so we cant subscribe to you site. If we do we will be in big trouble. Then we will get our phone taken away and you will never have someone who enjoys play this. So in way we will have to delete the app or have post more bad reviews. Im upset at the adds not the game. Btw if you want to stop us delete the add that has players still subscribe or make it like all the other games and make there be a way of using a guest account. Like we said we are not mad at you guys or the game. We are mad that an add wont let us exit a building unless we sign in. All the other buildings dont do that. Yet this one does. Which annoyed us enough to where we had to write this review. It also is not supposed to have adds if it makes players not wan to play it.
We had this game for a long time, and we’ve enjoyed playing through it several time. The graphics are nice, the gameplay is engaging, and the storyline is decent. It is at a good difficulty level. However, it would be nice if the statistics were clearer, because it doesnt tell you the differences between male and female, and the different races. Also, there are a few glitches, not all of which are detrimental. First of all, Helgas ring can be used to glitch past almost anything. You can even get to Mount Doom way earlier than usual. Also, it is pretty easy to glitch out of the world using a variety of methods, and then you can get stuck in an infinite wasteland. Apart from these bugs, though, its a great game. Thank you!
Solo rpg that is super cool, and the developers are great!
IPhone 7, iOS 12.2 Item descriptions are missing. Sound when opening chests is still missing. Ground collision still doesn’t work around the Lord Valemar keep – player falls down into water. A weird shader bug – everything is very contrasty and too sharp and unnatural. Also there is some weird blue lighting in your house in Timber’s Bend. Also the GameClub overlay us way too large and sometimes blocks in-game buttons (Zoom button at the New Game player creator) Double tap autowalk doesn’t work. New loading screens and buttons look way less interesting. Game is unfinished: – no weapon crafting – Grokk’s Hut is useless – Secret chest in redrock bay is out of the world Please fix, Galoobeth. Then we will give 10 stars!
We had this game as a kid and replaying it now is better than ever. The HD graphics enhance the game nicely and this is a truly classic RPG. Its old school graphics give it an offline RuneScape kind of touch and its easy to progress your character into a cool looking warrior. Overall extremely satisfied and fantastic game. One note to the developers: Theres a crucial bug with the game. Once you enter the Temple of Azura, theres an invisible wall once you open the gate before the swinging axes. We unlocked the game and opened however still cannot pass. Please fix this as it blocks you from being able to progress with the main storyline. PLEASE FIX!

We’ve been playing this game for years & have always enjoyed every bit of it. We did dislike how it was abandoned & the previous company (Crescent Moon Games) just made a part 2 to try and restart. This game had so much potential so we dont know why they didnt continue it. There was supposed to be a armor crafting feature, but was never implanted, you can still find the anvil in armor shops and open to a crafting menu, but its impossible to craft anything since its not implanted in the game. When we saw that they sold this game to this new company we were kinda excited since Id expect it to be updated for our newer iOS devices & possibly get the new features that were forgotten. But honestly after seeing how this company handles their games being that to play them youd pay a subscription for no ads & all features, we were greatly disappointed. Yes Im aware we get free access because we paid for this app before it was under new ownership, but it makes it hard to share it to a friend now since instead of them paying a flat price for the game & enjoy it forever, theyre gonna instead have to pay monthly just to enjoy it without invasive ads that were never even there before this new ownership. We know this company will never put a flat price for the game & instead keep their subscription for it which really saddens us. We just hope they add new features & implement the forgotten armor feature. As well as fix many bugs that are still present. The new bug that was introduced in their updates remove all item descriptions making it impossible to tell what items have higher statuses or what buffs potions give.
We’ve loved this game since the day we got it but was kinda annoyed when a game breaking bug occurred causing us to lose a ton of progress. We’ve been waiting for these updates for a very long time and Im glad they finally came.
Id like to say that when this game runs perfectly, it is incredible! The story is fun, the combat is decently engaging and has tons of replay-ability with multiple variations on loot and characters. However… The bugs that come from this game can be HIGHLY detrimental to the experience. Back when we played this on our iPod touch, it had next to no glitches, but now, its base design simply cant operate with newer software. Its like trying to run a program with a floppy disc on your new Air MacPro. Among many, the bigger ones are the inventory glitch where you cant see anything, the Smugglers Cove quest being crazy buggy and the harbor master fast travel which only brings you back to your home screen faster. We love this game, and if they brought it into this decade, we would absolutely come back to it! We saw the game was updated in April of 2020, so we decided to try it again but the bugs are still there. So until this game can return to the low-key juggernaut it used to be, Ill give it 3 stars and let it collect digital dust in our games folder.
We love it but ur new Aralon game is horrible but ima give it a go again sigh.
Paid for this game years back and it is still fun to play occasionally. Sad to see that they have gone the subscription route, but thankfully they honor our purchase from way back and can still play ad free without subscribing.
This is a good game but it needs some work. First off the sensitivity is at like 100 and we dont know how to fix it. And you only get it for like 15 minutes before you have to buy a subscription.
As the title says, playing on iPhone 14 Pro Max, the UI is super small we can barely see the inventory and buttons. This includes the main menu too.

We purchased the FULL version of this game a very long time ago. We’ve returned to find we no longer own what we paid for. Youre required to pay $5 usd per month to play a game that we already paid $5 for! Seems the game has changed hands to a much greedier, and clearly untrustworthy company. We will not be supporting this company.

Who decided it was ok to take a game people already bought and then years later they sell it into some sort of club we are required to join? Playing on iPhone 7 (owned this game long before GameClub) Every single time after 15+ minutes of play the game starts heavily lagging and stuttering eventually becoming completely unplayable until we quit and restart the app The frequency of the gameclub pop ups also needs to be severely reduced with an option to hide the gameclub icon.
Appear to be free, actually charge you. Come on! Why not sell gems! Dont charge just for play.
This game has been out for many years, and now they want us to pay $5 a month to play it? Everything today always has to have some sort of micro transaction. Its exhausting.
Years ago, when this game was still owned by Crescent Moon, we bought it and enjoyed it immensely. Recently, we redownloaded it, only to discover that for some bizarre reason, the game has changed hands and now belongs to a group demanding we give them more money to play a game we’ve already bought so that we can have access to other games we’ve no interest in playing. Let us make this clear: we will not be subscribing to your game pass, and we have already bought and own Aralon: Sword and Shadow. Until you remove the content lock on the game and remove ALL parts of the subscription service from the app so that anyone can play it once theyve bought it without having to spend even more money, this review will remain at one star, and we will not be playing this game again.
They want you to subscribe to something just to play this 1-player game. Not going to pay a subscription just for a 1-player game.

As the title says, we’ve been playing it since around 2011/2012 on our iPod touch 4th gen. We can whole heartedly say, they dont make mobile games as they used to. We came from a stem of Zenonia 1/2/3, Modern Combat SandStorm, 2: Black Pegasus, 3, and 4: Zero Hour. NOVA 1&2. This game along with these classics will always hold a special place in our heart man. Aralon Sword & Shadow: still a must play, 10 years later.

They update the app weekly to advertise the glitches and bugs their paid subscription brings to classic games that used to work perfectly before they took them over.
Many controls and buttons are displayed off screen and you cant click or otherwise interact with them. We couldnt end get step one of the tutorial (looting) to work because we couldnt actually active the take or take all buttons. If you have an iPad Pro, stay far away from this app.
We used to love playing this game, many years ago. Im very glad we have rediscovered it, its a gem!

We’ve been playing this game for many years now. Its had a few graphic overhauls but still felt like the same game. Not many games can pull that off. With game club gaining ownership the ads are a little much. Already bought the game. Why bombard players with ads? Come on! Regardless, its a super fun game! Always has been always will. 4 stars due to the ads.
We bought this a while back. It was off our iOS devise for some time and we downloaded it again. The new publisher asks for our email and says its not valid Even though it seems to know that we have purchased this before. Update: we did write the developer at at time of this review, and there has been no response despite claiming a 24 hour response time. Funny how we got a faster response on the rating than from support. Update 2: if you go through just the right click sequence you can play now, so upgrade review to 3 stars. Dragons are all bugged and raised off the floor. It makes ashmore unbeatable because you cant reach him.

Now we cannot play. We AM NOT going to create an account! What we are going to do Mr. Developer, is Im going to turn this over to our state attorney general. We’ve been stuck in an endless loop of ‘support’ for nearly a week. We haven’t seen a single review by someone who had this paid app and ACTUALLY is now able to play without a subscription. We’ve been given the run around, told to tap on options that aren’t even available and consistently forced back to the subscribe screen. We wrote a review and came back to update it, only to find it’s gone. If anyone bought this app in the past and can successfully play it now without signing up for an account or paying for a subscription, please write a review and let us know. Because so far it’s looking like the promise to legacy players is just marketing hype with no substance.
We’ve only been playing for awhile but already the controls controlling viewing has proven difficult to get used to.
You cant play this game without paying a subscription every thought it says play if for free for free means we can play the game without paying anything not being stop by a subscription that you cant get around unlike this where that happen we are also not pay 4 dollar a mouth to play a mobile games that should only have one purchase on it.
Labeled as a free game with no mention of any payment required to play. It isnt until you download and start playing the game that they tell it isnt free and you that you need to pay a monthly $5 subscription fee to play after your free 20 minutes of gameplay. No wonder there isnt any description of the game.

We love this game so much . But we wish the controls are on the sides of the screen the controls are to close to the screen almost in the middle. Would be nice if we can customize the controls. But the game is great .
