We just love this game its the best even though its hard we’ve went through almost all the songs we have unlocked.
This game is so awesome it cured our cancer (not lying 1000% telling the truth)
Great aesthetics and game mechanic plus 120fps support what more could you want.

Arcaeas new monthly subscription service is not worth it, Lxbot died so we could change our partner with 10 extra steps.
We had played this game a bit before 2021 and we really loved it, this game honestly is one of the best rhythm games to start out with it has a good storyline as well though we have only just recently started playing this game again Im very happy we did decide to play it again.
The 50ms judging window is not very nice to early players , but it can be a good challenging point for slightly advanced players. The songs are quite costly to buy , around 6¥/1$ per song is not very easy to afford :( (PS : Half price on anniversaries is a good chance to buy) Im 11.65 now and completed the main story casually in like 6 months , its a enjoyable story , although the finale has some crazy difficulty spikes :P.
We love this game. Near perfection. This game is simple and still is even when it introduced 6k.
We used to like this game even though you literally have to buy every pack for songs. Regardless, we liked the game. After taking a few months off of the game, we returned and most of our progress is gone. All songs requiring fragments are forcing us to buy them again, even though we’ve already bought them. This is especially annoying because the only song we consistently play is Seclusion and its locked by fragments :( Very disappointed.
The game is fun but it is impossible to sign in!

Great game a lot of content style is unique and fun.
We’ve been a fan of this game for quite a while, and we love everything about it, but there is only one issue that still annoys us. The game occassionally lose input when we’re on arc notes and we got red arcs – losts on the arc though our fingers are still holding precisely on the arc notes. Please fix it. It’s been a problem among other gamers in the fandom as well. It always get to our nerves when we get track lost in World play using Tempest Tairitsu although we’re still playing the chart precisely just because the game doesn’t want to recieve our input.

We had started Arcaea ever since 2021, and there were times when we switched to other rhythm games and backed to Arcaea in the end. The addictive heavy metal musics, the decent fluency and no pings in the flow of notes and no unfair partner score boosts make Arcaea a NO SUBSTITUTION for us.
Our only complaint would be the prices, which is around $1 per song. For those who cant afford it, you should wait for the anniversary sale, or play Phigros (which is completely free)
They will try to tell you there arent any free songs. There are, theres about 60.
Is there a way to add backbone control on this game thank you.
We really like the game and the play style but the paywall is huge and Im not willing to spend that much on a game :/
The story is that it kept kicking us out when we try to play a song but then we deleted it and got our account back but we lost a lot of songs but when we clicked cloud sync we got our songs back!!!
Good game, its gameplay is like a breath of fresh air for rhythm games and enjoyable music.
If we had known you cant play the game at all without paying money we never would’ve installed.
You guys should add Galaxy collapse as that almighty hard song thanks we totally would appreciate it.
We love this game we are new at it but its beautifully designed and we love all the songs!
We play every music game we can find. Arcaea is one of the more interesting games we have encountered. However, we ended up paying over 20 dollars before we saw the appeal. The interface is extremely obfuscated. Nothing is very clear until you spend an hour browsing. Everything appears to be locked until you pay for it and there is no clear path to unlock more songs through gameplay. Instead of enjoying myself instantly like we did with cytus and deemo, we felt awful as though we were being scammed into buying each and every song. We read here that songs can be unlocked through the World mode, but the path is so hidden. We got so upset trying to figure it out, we had to take a 20 min walk before trying again. This is a disturbing level of disrespect toward the customer. We have never seen this level of sleazy car salesman tactics in any music game before. We like the play style here but we would recommend pretty much any other top tier music game over this unless youre ready to put down $100 to get the basic level of enjoyment from arcaea. The only free songs are boring and easy the interesting songs are in harder levels and you have to pay to get them we dont see a free path to unlock them. Overall, it was a frustrating experience. We even wanted a refund a few times. No game should ever have such an esoteric interface; no game should ever present all the songs as locked by a pay wall. The vibe of this is just scam-like, regardless of the decent gameplay be prepared to pay an arm and a leg for this one.
It really sucked. Half the songs were locked, it didnt let us sign in, and the glitches in it kept making it look like we were hitting the left side not the right. It was just confusing and annoying, and they should get better sound tracks.
