You have to pay diamonds to unequip runes or relics, which is EXTREMELY annoying. We barely have any diamonds left and now we cant play any games because we have to clear space. Which, we cant unequip any runes because we dont have enough diamonds. Seriously guys? Please fix this or something, its getting annoying.

Really fun game and honestly enjoying it quite a bit. The problem is the lack of time to make proper fusions. We dont know who thought 30 seconds was enough time to make a strategy, but they were wrong. It is honestly a drastic let down due to this circumstance. We were having so much fun until the time limit started at 30 seconds. We felt ourselves just rushing to throw everything into a pot, instead of actually getting the units we wanted to. No one who is newish to the game, or hasnt memorized every single fusion is going to be able to keep up with a 30 second timer. Its sad that this aspect makes us want to delete the game after we were genuinely engaged. Please fix this.
The game is great, but for some reason we're playing it crashed many times, please fix it for a better player experience.
We previously rated it having the potential for 5 stars but had to lower it significantly due to instability in the game mainly. They seemed to have fixed a lot of that and currently the game has been stable for us. They also added the ability to better farm gold, though we do still think the stage needs a little work with the reward amounts. It really is a unique and fun game. There are still the little annoyances of the interruptions in the pvp modes, which is only a pain because you are working with a time limit and each distraction essentially takes time due to thought recollection and re-entering the shop, etc.
Basically unplayable after the last update. We enjoy the game so we hope they get it fixed.
You all are pushing skins way too hard. Cash shop needs work.

Contacted customer service support, they said our CS code is incorrect, we only have CS code, sent the screen shot to them. No reply from them:.
We were part of the beta-testers. We loved this game and worked hard to unlock all the available content. HOWEVER, when the game actually launched, our beta-account disappeared; but it also says our username is taken. We KNOW for a fact that we linked our beta-account to our facebook; but when we try to log in, it just sends us to the create account screen. And Hive support wont do anything to help us recover it…. (`) Its not fair that all our time was wasted, and a perfectly good username was trashed because somewhere along the way their system goofed up!!! ….That said: we do really like this game; and so we dont have the heart to rate it low just because we had a bad experience with transferring our account……….. But dont get us wrong, this is FAR from acceptable to us. We AM STILL VERY UPSET that we wasted all that time and effort on something that we cant even use or enjoy.
Cash shop is overpriced, and there arent even enough package to buy. Game crashed constantly on our phone (XR). Thats aside, here ar some good points: gameplay is incentive- a new, challenging auto-chess, graphic is colorful and bright, rate for 5 is kind of high (6%)even tho 5 is useless without 4* LOL, can even play with 2G speed (we tried). Honestly, just fix the crashes man, thats all we ask.
We linked our account with our Apple ID but our account was still reset even after logging in with Apple ID.
This is the game Ive been waiting for. Keeps us interested and involved in every fight. Pulling us out of the auto fighting button smashing doldrums that is practically every other game out there. You learn how to merge very quickly. Cheat sheet next to our chair for certain levels helps also.
Every time we tried to open shop to see whats available the app crashes.
Graphics, Combing Heroes, Illustration = 100 Cant stop, wont stop Love the speed and character development as well.
We let us play the whole match win almost every time btw however then the pvp crashes…… Not the game just our match and we acts as if we lost. Im so far in the hole we dont know if Ill be able to climb out meanwhile Im just after the arcana tickets for 30 matches played but low and behold since every match crashed at the end the game says that Ive never played a match. :( Please fix your game By the way you need a gold farming mode, you know the kind where you spend energy to get solely just gold we think 30-40 energy for 10-15thousand gold would be fair.

Really creative game with cool heroes and play style. Havent seen many with this type of concept. Havent really experienced any of the issues some of the other comments were saying. So far have seen no bugs, and just waiting on some future updates to see what direction the game heads in. Nice time killer.
This is a really good game in our eyes but the problem is the crashing problem we cant play because it keeps crashing.we hope that they fix it due to the game just coming out we are gonna wait it out and see.we recommend to take it slow with this game to enjoy it.

This review is at launch of game. The concept of the game is different than most other games. The combination and strategy so far has to be altered to different stages, making the game more challenging than a one set kill all team. As it has just launched , there are a few minor bugs and maintenance times to fix the game, but its worth the trouble of wait since the game is rather fun. Also, so far, the game doesnt seem to be an easy pay to win game as you would have to build to the high tier character and survive the waves.
Its like a mix of auto chess battle and PVE so far its been fun and generous! We look forward to playing this game for awhile to come.
It has all the fun elements from autochess and gacha RPGs. This is not a mindless grindy game! You have to think and play it! It may be time consuming sometimes but it is worth it.
Amazing game. Complex mechanics yet easy to understand. A must have for strategy game lovers.
So far Im really enjoying the game. The art work and story line are both beautiful. We were wondering if the characters will have voices in the future? Its kind of weird playing a game without character voices. Other than that you have all done a wonderful job.
As sleepy Joe would say, Come on man. Game had a bad start cause nobody could log in after waiting 7 hours of maintenance, and 1 more hour after maintenance still struggling to log in. Hope the devs read this and get better servers.

Nice game, fun graphics and missions with goals. There are a few issues with the game if you decide to play. 1) you need to be present for all missions to upgrade your troops during the battles. The game says automatic game-play but thats terribly misleading. 2) monsters are easy to collect, which is nice! However; cards (similar to runes for other games) are not easy to get. Not only are they difficult based on statistics, but also youre forced to watch videos in order to pick up cards. (Developers forcing people to watch ads is an immediate no-go for a game, in our book. And no, you cant avoid this if you want to get cards regularly). 3) it would be a better game if it gave users an option with unlimited time between waves to choose which path to make. No time in-between waves leads to us guessing which leads to duplicate monsters. Very frustrating if we cant plan our strategy. Overall, good game, but the ads are leading us to want to delete the game. We find ourselves not wanting to load the game because of this.
We just made an account and we keep getting logged out because it's been detected somewhere else.
We get it, its the first day launch and theres bound to be issues. Gives these guys a break. They are trying to resolve the issue. But @ the same time, gamevil should of been more prepared….maybe more servers would help.
Isnt allowing us to actually play, it keeps saying our wifi is unstable even when we use our data so we know its really nothing wrong with our wifi but something wrong with the game.
We dont have network issues, our wifi is good, why wont it let us in? Please help! It keeps telling us our network is unstable, even when we restart the game.
We played in the beta and gave this same feedback then, and because of how glaring the issue was we totally expected them to improve this by launch but they didnt. If you play any decent auto chess game, its relatively easy to know which heroes you need to buy in the shop to level up or evolve your current heroes. This game does NOT make that clear. We have to keep switching in and out of the shop to look at what we have and see what heroes are available for purchase. Meanwhile you're on the clock and have ~30 seconds to do all this each round. Its stressful and is not fun. Fix this please. Beyond that you have to keep track of the enemys composition and a half dozen other things and none of this is displayed well.
Tried logging in but havent been able to go reinstalling see if it will work but this review will stay till we have a resolution.
We dont understand. The tutorial gave us a couple of 3star heroes. We have no idea whats the purpose of that 3 star heroes, because we were unable to use it. Every game in the story mode only allows the same hero, and you start all over again with the basic 1-star hero. Very boring. Deleted.
We don't know where devs get the idea that these games are any good. But what puzzles us even more are the hundreds of pathetic children who play these games. Stop supporting rubbish.
Not really a good start to the game nothing but maintenance, and crashes why release it today if its not ready, what a shambles.
Ive never felt so defrauded in our life. Played CBT, pre downloaded the game and slept nothing just to be the first to play the game, just to come in to a game not possible to log into. This is an absolute scam.
Launch day has been bad. Continual server maintenance alerts the whole day. Now that it is suppose to be up and running we cannot connect to the game server after logging in and the error messages are inconsistent. Wait a week or two for the developers to do some legitimate testing. Right now it just looks rushed and unstable from last of testing.
You know how first impressions can make or break something? Well that is especially true for this game. It looks good and we were extremely excited to try it out. However, this game has been out for 3 days now and we still cant get into it. The most common error for us is that You are already running this game on a different device. We only have one device which is our phone. Today, we decided that we would just wait for all the maintenance that was being done. We thought that when they were done everything would be ok. However,we are still getting the same error and a few other times an error that we have in stable internet. Which, was true in the slightest. Hopefully, everyone else will have better luck than we. Sorry this is so long. Happy gaming.

Please dont release the game if ypi cant even manage server going down on opening date. Shameful.
Apparently the developers are having serious issues with day one launch, after all there is now a total of 6 hours of maintenance for bug fixes since official launch time. This kind of experience does not evoke a sense of confidence in how stable the gameplay will be.
