This is a great game to play that gets harder as you go along. Its fun to see great works of literature depicted in a beautiful, visual format. We have to comment on one of the latest pieces of literature by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle. It has been misnamed as The Hound of Bakersville. It should be The Hound of the Baskervilles. Small criticism, wonderful game.
We luv this game and we really dont play games. We enjoy the classics and the beautiful pictures that they provide to go along with them. After this last update we started to notice that while trying to place new cards in their appropriate decks they would show other decks to place them in. Either way the new cards would not be delivered to any of the decks. We’ve completed all our puzzles and stories. The app either has no additional books or puzzles or something is wrong. We cant access our own data to verify if there is an issue with our account. Im not able to find easy ways through our app to contact anyone or to see about updates. Im also unable to get to store to shop for any items. We have always rated a strong 5***** for this app but unless we can get our problems fixed we can not rate higher than 3***. We currently feel that may be generous at this point. We’ve never been able to locate any descriptive rules for the game either. This may be an oversight on our part but would like to see some either way.
After last update the puzzle pieces are not falling into plc properly.
This update says there are new puzzles but theres not one single new puzzle on here. THANKS!!
We love this game! We’ve had it for a while now. But they dont update puzzles for such long periods of time.. Its making it very disappointing. Also theres an issue with the Jekyll and Hyde story being placed over other photo albums. Like itll tell us the J&H story when we start a new Secret Garden puzzle.
Why hasnt there been any updated puzzles for Jane eyre or pride and prejudice?! Its been months and months!
The new stuff is okay as it gives more things to do while waiting for new books or new puzzles for the current books. It is been a long time since there have been new puzzles for long time players. We know youre a small company and we get the new stuff but it would be nice to not have to redo each puzzle over and over again. We love this app – we just would love like we once did when there were new puzzles now and then. Thank you for not giving up!
Id like to say we LOVE this game very much! Just one small suggestion: when we finish the picture on fantasy page, we find that the same picture on all page is still unfinished, that means we need to play twice for the same picture. Is it possible to sync them?
Its just a ridiculous amount of ads and app wont work in airplane mode. FAIL- deleting !!
We love this game especially the stories. Also love the events just wish you would update the stories. They havent been updated in a long time. We know it takes time. But we’ve accumulated over a 100,000 ink drops waiting. Have nothing to spend them on so as we play they increase. But Im addicted so we play every day anyway. We’ve redid most puzzles twice already. Lol This game is wonderful keep up the good work.

We truly enjoy working on these puzzles that picture classic books. Its fun to try and figure out which novel is being depicted. Most reveal the name of the classic book at the end; some dont have a name revealed but Im able to figure it out based on the picture. Unfortunately, one has us totally stumped and theres no name but they all are in the same style of drawing. The characters have large round eyes. Any help?? Thank you!
We have the weekly subscription, but am still seeing ads. After we have completed a puzzle we must painstakingly wait for it to finish before we can proceed to a new one and they are constantly on at the bottom of the screen. Am we missing something?

We dont know if its your game or our Internet, but the pictures are very slow to down load it never use to be, but now its terrible. Can you check on your end because its very discouraging and getting not to like this game any more.

We liked this game a lot but completed all the puzzles and then waited WEEKS for any updates. Very frustrating. Right now, no new puzzles in over a month!!!
We downloaded it, tried to play it once, got frustrated and forgot about it. Some time later we tried again and we’re now addicted to the silly app! It’s become our go to game! The one and only thing we don’t care for are the dark backgrounds with the dark outlines.. Those are tough. There are a couple of other ones like it, but they throw ads in. We just hope they don’t run out of stories/pictures! Thanks for a great app!

We cannot find the update you messaged us to look for. The one for Christmas Carol June 23 Now Im stuck on Aesops Fables. It has a fox and a stork and we have about 2/3/done but we cant get the next piece. When we go to him, it shows us where the next piece should go. We think its the foxs leg but it wont lock in place. We’ve tried the hint 3-4 times and we cant get it to stay in place anywhere and it wont advance to the next piece until we get this one. Our biggest complaint is how much room is used up on our iPad. We tried off loading it but the next day when we went to play it, it all came back. We wish there was a way to delete the ones we’ve finished. Both Christmas Carol and Wizard of Oz have no more story but they are killing our storage. Can you help? There is a new update but we cant download it because theres no room.
We really love the concept and enjoy the puzzles. Our biggest problem with the app is the UX/UI aspect of it, especially the log-in and syncing function. First off, because of the way the options to log-in is displayed, even if one has logged in before, we cannot remember for the life of us what we have used to log in in the past. So we chose it wrong, and now all our data was erased. Imagining having close to complete a lot of the books and having to restart from square one, its annoying. Secondly, the syncing across devices is not smooth. It doesnt make sense to have to replay the same introductory puzzles every time we down the app on a new device, before we can get to the setting menu and choose to sign in. Third, again, UI/UX issue. Its kinda annoying when we accidentally pick a puzzle we have played previously, that puzzle loads and goes into our to-resume list when we exit the puzzle. But if we complete the puzzle, it will automatically goes on to the next. So basically our progress is kinda restarted on the to-resume section, which although doesnt hurt the game anyway, is very annoying in how it appears on our device (since Im also a control freak and a perfectionist). Our point is, the game has a lot of potential but really needs better UI/UX design. Some of it processes are really annoying and need improvements.

Hello game developers.. Great concept it makes go back and read the classics again.. Our question or issue is when we solve a puzzle in the puzzles tab, why do we have to repeat it again in the book store tab.. Is it a glitch?
IPhone SE 2nd gen iOS 15.4.1 51g of available storage. We downloaded this app this morning. We were on the second puzzle and clicked over to a text message. Our screen froze there. We could not force restart it. We ended up chatting with Apple Support. She said to delete this app. We cant believe no one else has had this issue!
We couldnt get into the game last night then today it said we needed to do the update so we did it. Then we get into the game and sign in and all our books, all our points, all our progress and our remove ads thing we paid for ARE ALL GONE!!! We love this game so much and Im so devastated! We just want all our stuff back. We were in the middle of several books. We dont want to do everything over and pay for no ads again.
We like these story and we like seeing them and it fun and it good and we like these book and we like it.
Such a fun app, love how each of the stories get their own unique song that plays while you put it together. We’ve been hooked starting with the dark stories, easy to use, doesnt require spending real money to enjoy it. Often we will download an app after watching an ad, rarely do we keep it, this is a keeper. Thank you!

This game is very fun and relaxing! The ads are minimal, and the art is lovely. Our one complaint is the writing. Each picture installment of a story is accompanied by a short prose piece explaining what is happening in the picture. However, these prose pieces are very poorly written and difficult to interpret at times. The app would really stand to benefit by using editors for their writing process.
This is a super fun and creative game, and we enjoy it a lot! The only issue is that the descriptions are often written in very poor English, causing them to be confusing, or, occasionally, impossible to understand. We don’t mind if the descriptions aren’t in English, just wanted to make a note that the translations don’t make very much sense a lot of the time! Edit: wanted to add that we LOVE the artwork! All of the different styles are beautiful and we love that the artist’s names are given!
Crashes! Slow we really was interested in playing this, but it has yet to load & we have a good internet connection. Ugh!
We couldnt stand the music! We wanted to turn it off; however, the game instantly loaded a new level each time we opened it and flash all too briefly how to silence the music. We threw this game away immediately! What a waste of our time. If we could have given it a lower rating than the one star needed to write a review, we would have given it no stars at all.
This is an amazing puzzle game to have in our collection. Our only gripe about it is that there are some misspelled words in some of the descriptions. Like in the first picture of chapter two of the Greek Myths, The Children of Gaea. But other then that, it is gorgeous. We love the music that each puzzle has, the art just flows beautifully, and everything is easy to find!
Your app loaded as a portrait view. Our iPad is predominantly landscape. It wont rotate to landscape automatically so we wonder if you have a correction for this. We have not played it yet so the 1 star rating is based only on the appearance problem. Thank you.

Update: Support was very responsive to the issue and the latest update fixed the issue. Updating score to 5 stars! We play this every night to unwind and relax. The artwork is beautiful.
There hasnt been a story more impressive as the presentation in this app.. We are absolutely biased; we personally know the artist/creator. May our life experiences as adults reflect the sensitivity the child-artists life has proven to be, with all the travails that his adventurous youth he has, thankfully, transcended.
We have played 2 Stories Peter Pan, Time Machine these 2 have NO ending. Very frustrating. Also played Secret Garden which had an end to the story. When will these others be updated?
No app settings? Music is annoying Id rather not have to mute our iPad but there are no settings to turn off the annoying music.
Great game. Absolutely beautiful artwork. But… We decided not to renew this month and it went downhill from there. The hints are almost nonexistent and the placements of the pieces just cant be made, even if we know thats where it belongs and eventually that is where it goes. We loved to play this game but we just cant have a game that plays us.
