Community Insight:
We find this to be a fun game but it is sorely outdated and full of typos/misspellings. Obama hasnt been president for over 8 years, yet he is listed under History as the current president. Many countries in geography are notes to be best places to live, etc. But the dates are 10+ years old. There are also many typos meaning your editor needs a refresher course or youre in a foreign country and not proofreading your English. We really like this game but you can do better.
We play this on a larger tablet. Id really like to be able to use landscape mode.
Too many ads. Would rather pay once than deal with never-ending ever-increasing-in-frequency ads.
Pulled up Smarty Pants round only to find you spelled Walt Disney as Walk Disney. The irony is magnificent. We have a screenshot if you want to see.
We have uninstalled and reinstalled and no sound its cute but the no sound makes it boring.
WHATthe hay is Overscan? Also, it would certainly be closer to perfect, if we could listen to (our) music,while we play. But, those darn (&, Im being polite) Sound Effects!! You already know that some of the answers are wrongalong with a needed reworking of the hint system. PlusWHY do the ladies get worse beat downs than the guys? ANDmy avatar totally needs a New Outfit! FUZZBUCKET! How about a NEW AVATAR (S)!! Some that dont look like they work in strip clubs,lol! Please DONT ASK ME what we think would be appropriate attire for being hung from the ceilingcause we DONT SWING that way,fella! ACH! Two eyebrows for you even thinking of asking us.
Words too hard. Not fun. Should be option for word length. Fun graphics, but weird theme content. Option for no time would be nice too.

We love this game! The puzzles are interesting and the deaths the hanged one endures are quite imaginative and entertaining.
Great graphics! Good selection of words and genres. This is an awesome game and well worth every penny. We can't wait to see what these developers offer next! Thank you for a great way to pass some time and learn something at the same time. :-).
We loved everything about it! It kept us playing, probably longer than we should have, lol. We finished all packs in just a few days but we misunderstood the fact that we would have to actually have to purchase more packs. They really arent that expensive, but it isnt made clear at the beginning of the game and that is something we dont appreciate. We were so excited to get to the locked packs because they interested us so much and was so disappointed that we couldnt play them! We are a senior on a fixed income and usually dont buy ourselves Apple play cards because we need so many other thins more. You cant find one for less than $15.00! We dont know if we can continue or not.
Fun game. Some questions are hard (Latin terms) and some very easy. But the author of Invisible Man is not Ralph Waldo Ellison. Maybe check Wikipedia to ensure the answers are right.
This is our favorite version of hangman. It only need 2 fixes. First more content. Gets boring when you get the same puzzles over and over. Second, can you do anything to stop the game from draining the battery so fast. Then it would be a 5 star app.
We primarily like this on the big screen instead of the phone, but the implementation they have for selecting letters using the AppleTV remote is beyond painfully bad. Overall it is a nicely animated and very creative version of a hangman word game.
We really enjoyed the game before you changed it. Before we were able to challenge ourselves to get higher scores on each category but now we can't even understand the point of having a cumulative score! It's not fun anymore.
One reviewer mentioned this in fuller detail, but yes, they have a problematic theme which lumps both evildoers and politicians together. Believe it or not, the politicians they choose to include in this category seems very selective (or more precisely, anti- left wing). Its a shame. Despite its inventive concept, the hints of brainwashing are unsettling.
This app, which should be free from a political position, weaves in descriptions and information that seem to be in the interest of the conservative agenda. When providing bios of Republican politicians, the information is neutral, but selectively negative when describing Democrats. An example: when describing Al Gore, who publicly works to address climate change, the bio says he was Vice President and a huge consumer of energy by flying in jets and owning large homes. When describing Condoleeza Rice no negative comments appear, only positive mention of her being first as a black woman in her position, even though she was a key member of the very administration that initiated the war in Iraq based on faulty intel. But that is not mentioned. We wouldnt want it to be mentioned in an app like this and neither do the negative comments about Al Gore, Rahm Emanuel, and other Democrats have a place here. We noticed that in a description of the shooting spree in New Yorks public transit in the 90s the blurb included the fine detail of the hand gun used- the brand name and its caliber. Weird. Was the hidden agenda to show that assault rifles are no worse than hand guns? What else would one think when reading that unnecessary detail in a small paragraph in a hangman game? Really gross. You didnt get your hidden agenda past this consumer.

This game is great learning tool and provides a clean user experience.
Have you read the about section in this game? Its hysterical!!! Anyway, our husband and we downloaded this game on our AppleTV for something to do one night, and now we cant get enough.
Really like this free app!! We love testing our 53 years of our brain memory. Never boring.

We really like this game! Very fun and interesting. The only gripes we have is there are errors in the game. Since when has Hong Kong been the capital of China? The capital of China is Beijing! Please correct this! Our fella almost died because we were tapping the wrong letters! Please use other references besides WikiPeadia.

Love this style of hangman. We loss just to see what happens to the puppet. We're glad we got it.
Love the expressions when we select the wrong letter. Sometimes we do a "quick end" just to see what happens. But there are more times our puppet survived when we guessed the letters right :-).
We really like this game. The harder levels really are a bigger challenge and we think the animations are a lovely touch. Also it keeps up to date on our Apple TV so we can play there too. Makes a great party game in multiplayer mode.
Very kool artwork and music. Makes a classic game much more fun. Just having a little trouble with the multiplayer matchmaking.
It's really difficult to find a game that the whole family can play simultaneously, this game give us hours of fun and we all play at the same time. Extremely entertaining. Just because of this game we're getting a second new Apple TV so we can play in other floors.

We are not a fan of hangman, with that in mind decided to look at it anyway and read reviews. The reviews sold us. We download it. It's so darn funny with you get a letter wrong. It is easy and you can pick your category.

There is an error in the game. The comedian is named Henny Youngman, not Henry. We just didn't know where to post a correction. The game is fun and well done otherwise.

This so far is our best Hangman app. Love it. Is their audio.
We love this game BUT we can't turn off the rather jarring sound effects. The hints can be too broad to be helpful, but overall this is an intelligent, entertaining game.
