A Glimpse into Authority NYC

What makes New York the greatest city in the world?  Power. Money. Influence.

Can you make an earth changing mark on Gotham? Use money like a bludgeon and influence like a scalpel? Can you wield one of the most awesome powers known to man — the power of the tollbooth?

Learn to broker power like the player who invented the game: Robert Moses. Upgrade and build to re-create the empire of bridges, tunnels, highways, beaches, massive projects and World’s Fairs that define 20th century New York City.

Can you mimic Moses’ accomplishments, or will you achieve what even he could not?

Authority is an easy-to-pickup, idle toll booth simulator game about the rich history of American infrastructure and the banality of power.

We loved this! But there needs to be more added on. Its too short. Lets make this last.

Was awesome playing on the subway from the Bronx when WiFi/LTE is out. Wish there was GWB too.

Great game! Very addictive!! Note: maintenance is misspelled.

This game was so so addicting!! We were so excited to reach the point of completing the game. Once we upgrade all bridges/tunnels and finished everything in the office we were hoping for a congrats of some kind. Or something new to do. Its still worth it completely though! Great game!!

Whenever we unlock the 3rd bridge the game stops loading the bridge at the half way mark, and we have to exit out of the game and then go right back to it to continue the game Also when your traffic jam gets backed up to about 6.7miles all of the cars start going everywhere where cars are going inside of the other cars as well as them going into the corners of the screen, but the bulk of them are crammed right dead center of the screen All in all though its a pretty fun game to play, and to pass the time.

It is a great concept. Unfortunately we can’t play it because it won’t let us dismiss letters you receive in game. On iPhone Xs. Great work otherwise and for tackling a great subject.

And totally addicted. Now we know how Robert Moses must have felt and it is glorious.

Beautiful, addictive and you learn something. Worth a download for sure. You will get sucked in.

A fun game that reminds us of old-school simulations (A-Train, etc.) that we love. Just found this today and Im already addicted to it.

This game is so addicting and funI love it! Only reason Im not giving it 5 Stars is occasionally the ads wont load when between screens and you have to force quit. But that didnt happen to us too often, and we enjoyed it nonetheless.

There is an amusing and entertaining clicker here but unfortunately the ads are so pervasive, it really isnt worth your time. The devs should at least TRY to make them a little more subtle, but the ads actually cover content when you change screens. This is unacceptable… And not accidental as ANY testing would have shown it happening. If this were fixed, we would give it 3 1/2 stars.
