Adopt a virtual baby and take care of them throughout the day. Feed them, dress them, and make sure they stay happy and healthy. As you care for your baby, you earn points that you can use in different areas of the game.
Earn Points by Taking Care of Your Baby
You get points for actions like feeding your baby, changing their clothes, hunting for eggs, and playing mini-games. These points can be used to buy clothes, shoes, toys, and other items for game locations like the Baby Room, Playroom, Bathroom, Play Center, Music Room, Playgrounds, Zoo, and more. Filling up each location with items is one of the fun goals of the game.
Egg Hunt and Mini-Creatures
While playing, you can search for hidden eggs in different locations. Each egg takes three cracks to hatch, and you’ll need to wait a little between each crack. Inside each egg is a small mini-creature to collect.
Mini-Games
Egg Match – A casual match-3 game with eggs in a grid.
Free Cell – A classic solitaire card game with cards numbered from 0 to 12.
Nono Blocks – A logic puzzle where you fill in all the squares in a grid based on numbers shown beside each row and above each column.
VoiceOver Accessibility
The main game and mini-games fully support VoiceOver.
In Egg Match, tap a cell in the grid and VoiceOver will read the color and position of the egg. To move an egg, single tap to select it, then double tap. Then tap the destination and double tap again to move the egg.
In Free Cell, tap a card to select it and double tap to begin moving. Then tap where you want to place it—either another stack, one of the four free cells, or one of the completed stacks—and double tap to confirm the move.
In Nono Blocks, tap on any square and VoiceOver will read its status (filled, crossed, or empty) and its position. Tap on the hint numbers next to a row or above a column to hear all the hints for that row or column.
Karma points build up over time, reflecting your progress and experience in taking care of your baby. Unlike regular points, which you spend on items, Karma points show how much time and effort you’ve put into the game.
Game Center
Reach Game Center achievements by fully completing locations. Compete on six leaderboards: one for the main game and others for specific mini-games.
In-App Purchases
Tap the yellow coin icon in game locations to buy points. In Nono Blocks, you can also purchase a "show solution" option if you're stuck or curious.

Community Insight:
We love the concept of this game, but theres just not a lot that seems to happen. You can only do a single care action every four minutes and you only hear one sound and then you have to wait for four minutes in order to do the next action. Id love to hear, baby sounds in the background, and have multiple different stats to fill up. We just wish this game was more interactive, and that the baby would actually require different things besides feeding. It would be cool to see events like diaper changing, bathing, and so on whenever theyre actually needed and not just a care action. We love the game. We just wished it was more fast paced, and actually had more interactivity. Im totally blind, so this is awesome to be able to play this kind of game so keep up the amazing work with accessibility. We love how it describes your babies outfits and everything. Id also like to see a feature so when your baby is old enough, you can teach someone a new word like how your baby calls for you when you open the app when your baby reaches a year old or a few months old, you could teach it a new word such as Momma or dad. We forgot to mention this earlier, but we wish that the items in each room were usable, E. G when you go to the bedroom, you had an event to where you could put your baby in the bed and rock them to sleep.
Its ok but you have to buy everything but other than that its good, we give it 4 stars.

This Game Is So Cute And we're 8 Years Old.
Came back after like 12 or so years and Im actually surprised to see the game still up and running. Its so a bit boring but its a nice change of pace from everything else we play. Our current major complaint is that we would love to actually play the veggie shooter game but any time we try, the veggie Im supposed to control is either completely off screen or at the top of the screen and theres never any way to move it around so we can dodge shots or hit most of the enemy veggies.
We really like this game it makes us feel kind of like a real mother but theres lots of add-ons like at the park in the baby room you could do a little bit of house designing its really fun all in all theres not a lot of ads and its just a great game we recommend this for anybody with baby fever.

This game is great! It shows you how to take care of a baby. The only problem is you have to wait like four minutes to continue taking care of your baby. Other than that, its awesome. Imaddicted.
Our baby turns 13 years old (actual years. Hes 4636 days now) in August, and is still a baby in diapers. It would be nice if he could grow up.
The game is fairly interesting to a point but sometimes it glitches and the screen freezes which causes you to lose your progress for the level.
Had this app when we were like 12 in 2012, so cool how its still here.
We played this game because we were bored but we really enjoy the aspects of taking care of a baby. We will literally be listening to music and remember "we have to check on our baby!" BABY FEVER IS REAL.

We remember playing this game on our aunts phone when we were younger, remembered this game and downloaded it. We always wanted to know if the baby could grow up into an adult and you take care of their baby. We think it would be nice. Sad to see the game ruined by ads though like all other app games.
All the scores we accumulated while playing on our iPhone disappeared the next day.

This is such a cool game we want to play it every single day we wish we could everybody should get this game it is so much fun just just just just just buy it it doesnt even cost money you can make your own house you can feed a baby you can pick a baby.
We fed our baby and purchased things for him, until they ran out of stuff to buy. Now, Im just feeding him to keep him alive.
All of the baby adopter games are ok for casual game play. The freecell game needs an undo move button. There is a restart button that restarts the entire game if we just want to undo a move or more. We hope the freecell glitch was fixed. The glitch will automatically complete the game by placing the cards in the wrong slots which does not allow the game to complete. You have to restart the game. Restarting a game drops your stats. We have heard that the baby can be placed in any of the rooms at age 100 days. How is this accomplished? Our baby is 100 days old and the only change we saw was she had hair. Even the little girl adopter game only allows us to do the same stuff to her as we do to the other babies in the other games. If anyone wants to pretend to take care of a baby, buy a doll. This series of games are not intended to be realistic in taking care of children because it definitely is not realistic in taking care of children.

OK we've been playing this game for a few minutes but then it got boring can you add more baby sounds question mark or maybe you could feed the baby you know drag some food into the babies mouth or change diaper or doing all the care actions yeah it's just sounds it's just sounds.
Why did they make this game??? We hate it!!! Its like,you dont have enough points!,and, like, no baby's.
We have all four games in your guises series, baby adopter see, baby a doctor dress-up, the regular Baby Adopter, and Baby Adopter Galaxy. We are not getting notifications at all even though everything is turned on, and we want to suggest that we can get notifications whenever the baby is hungry, or whenever we can do another care action for it. This would be very helpful so we dont set the game aside and not come back to it. We dont want our baby to get sick or die, even though we know that it is a virtual baby and not a real baby, we still care for it like it is our own baby. And we dont want it dead. So if we can be able to have these fixes in the future, we would really appreciate it. Thanks for making the game accessible to people who are blind like us, we really appreciate it and hope that youre willing to take the suggestions into consideration.

It's a cute game until you get to a point where there's nothing else to do besides feed the "baby" a few times a day and play one of the games.
This game is great you should try it.
The game's better for those of us who use VoiceOver. However, if we were to use this for edcational purposes, seeing if students could make matches, the egg match doesn't really do that. Why's it called an egg match when you don't literally match up the eggs? Take, for example, the white spoke eggs. We would have students literally match these up, seeing how many they can match. This, of course, could be a math thing as well, seeing all the white smoke eggs as a single group.The swap option could still bepresent, be we'd like to also work on one-to-one corresmonances with our students/grouping objects by color, in this case. We think that should also get eggshells as well as how you have it now with the swap. Although we're not yet a teacher, we can use this game for that purpose, working on visual tasks and listening ones as well. More will be in an e-mail to you about this, and yes, we'll pay into the game now for your good work thus far. We'd like to help you develop it furtheer, keeping in mind edcational possibilities for us and/or other future special educators.
We love this game because its good and also it makes you feel like its a real baby! We check on our baby Orion every day. We love to feed him! Hes been crying the past 5 days so we fixed it today by feeding him giving him hugs and kisses and feeding him a lot! He have gotten a bath and give him a nap. This is a great game if you want to take care of a baby.
The game isnt at all realistic but we enjoy collecting the points to buy new items for all the rooms and outdoor spaces. We wish there was a faster, better way to earn points. You only get 30 points every 45 minutes and if you dont have enough karma, you wont get the little eggs you can hatch. Our recommendation? Add more ways to get points.
Number one there should be realistic sounds. For the baby. There also should be things to do with your baby instead of getting the items. Like such as. Putting the baby in the crib. Figured playing with it when it needs to be played with. And other things like that. Your abs are amazing. But they need more work.
Boring. Dont know how to play the card game. We wanted to adopt a child but instead we were left with a burden.

This game is the one we've been looking for, for like amillion years! It's the only babysitting game accesable for voiceover users. The only problem is that we have no idea how to play Veggie Batle and that card game that has aces and king of hearts. There aren't any directions for those games and it might just be us. Thank you for reading, anyone who spots this in the app store should totally get this game.

We purchased the $1.99 package that was suppose to remove ads and also give us points. It didnt work but we still got charged. Fix the issues with in app purchases and removing ads with purchase. Also, the pro version has way less content. People buy it thinking there is more to it but there isnt. There is more on the free version.

We like this game the only complaint we have is that it is very hard to get points and you cant really interact with the baby. Im now updating our review, we love that the makers of the game made changes very quickly after we wrote our comment.
