Apparently, we are psychic because we can predict the dice rolls a great deal of the time.
This game is wonderfoooooool world game.
The game is good but the function keys and design arent designed by a backgammon professional player.
Great game but sometimes some and doesnt work and we have to turn phone off n on. Some settings sticky but lots of fun playing with real people. There are often ads. Wish we could just pay for it like GIN game.
The play options will make you play at a level you did not intend to click on but very easily click accidentally. We just had to play and lose 250,000 pts because we accidentally hit the wrong button.
We believe its not genuine game as the company created this game intervenes to make you loose so that you end up buying coins. Try it and after a while you will know what we mean.
You dont pay up for wins if doubles are offered and excepted COM ON.
This game is enjoyable. But you must be aware that the dice are not random in any way shape or form. After playing many games (many-in the several thousand range) you can pick up patterns in the rolls of the dice. Dont forget, these games are in the business of making you try to spend money in any way. All that being said, it is still a fun one on one game with your opponents, but please be aware the dice are definitely not random. If the program decides that you are not to win, you will not win.

All those bad reviews claiming this is a scam, what a bunch of crybabies! Spent money then lost and now cry. There is no requirement to buy anything. You can play completely for free! We have played the other backgammon games and Backgammon King has the most polished interface.
It's called "Backgammon for iphone and ipad." Graphics aren't the best, but the rolls are fair.
Ive been playing this for years. We try other apps but end up deleting and staying with Backgammon King. Team challenges are a great way to make new connections and build relationships.

The algorithm manipulates the result. The dice are not random. Every online backgammon app Ive played is the same. Need we say more.
We like playing backgammon so we appreciate the app. We find that the programming punishes for non-traditional play. Risk takers are seldom rewarded and often punished. We find that the dice rolls seem to be perfectly targeted to the situation rather than random, quite a bit of the time. But Ive yet to find a better app and it will force you to be disciplined, or learn how to like losing a lot.
The game seemed great for like first 15 levels of our account then we dont know algorithm changed or something. You can argue that we now matched with people who play better, but no does not matter how they play when they get 3-4 doubles and we get none throughout the game.
Good game no commercial to batter us.

Would be much better with a random number generater. The logarithm you use is often ridiculous, both statistically and believably.
Ive played backgammon for years and years and this game is very good and a irate and we personally find not a sham.
After attaining a 60% win level, we are now going through a 2 week period where Im playing at the 20% level. Even when playing opponents at the entry level of difficulty, Im losing 80% of the time. This is just too extreme to be a coincidence. We believe the motivation is for you to buy their coins, so you can keep playing at the higher levels against opponents who are buying coins. Ive been gammoning for 20 years! Its an Israeli company.
Dice distribution is really unfair. Doesnt matter how good or bad you play, game decides who wins by giving a good or bad dice.
In the past, if a game glitched, customer support was responsive and helpful. In the last year, the support has changed. They have cut-and-paste responses that rarely apply to the issue. The longer you play (and higher your level), the lower your rewards on the daily bonus spinner and weekly leaderboard challenge. We dont buy points for online games. We win or lose. Orodragon posts which prizes will be awarded for weekly rankings (by percentage: top 10%, 10-20%, etc) in the world, by country, by team. Lately, Ive noticed that Ive earned $100k bonus for being in the 10-20% range, yet only awarded $50k. We contacted customer support daily. We double-checked to verify our award level (days into the next leaderboard challenge), and we had earned $100k by the previous weeks challenge AND by the current weeks challenge. After two attempts with customer service to get the earned reward, we received a generic response about changes to awards with the entertainment of us, the customer in mind. The award STILL had not changed. We submitted a third request, and they reduced our award bracket by 50%, then sent us the same generic answer as before. Does Orodragon (or any game platform) have to obey basic, turn-of-the-20th-century bait and switch laws? How can they publish one thing and do another.
Great application with limited interruption highly recommended.
Ive tried just about every backgammon app their is. We dont find any strong motives for it to cheat. It pays the amount you bet, you dont lose Ioo % and win only 80% like lord of the board. They load you with bonus points. Im finally enjoy this gam its win some lose some.

The algorithm is written for the book plays. You take any chances you will be punished every single time.
Rolls clearly not random. We tracked roles for a while. Used to do data science for a living. Some distinct patterns in rolls. Some not impossible, but highly unlikely outcomes. For example, 65% of double 6 and double 5 rolled while blocked on the bar. Had a opponent by 100 pips in $800k game. They rolled double 4 to get their 2 pieces on the only open spot on the board, then 4 doubles in a row to win the game.
Good presentation but appears to be fixed.
Share the sentiment of others. You can have a great strategy, but most likely if you arent buying additional coins you will eventually lose where opponents have to roll an amazing set of dice in a row to catch you, and they do! Other elements are pretty good. But we hate the way the games preset emojis and words promote taunting. That should be revisited.
If you want to be frustrated by controlled dice! Then this is the game for you! Why cant it just let you play! Not fair! We will not be playing this again.

Don't West your time with this app The app is winner all the time if the game need to winning.it doesnt matter you are the best player in the world its programming to be loser or winner.
The dice rolls are rigged so that you will burn through credits, attempting to gall you into purchasing more. Often, opponents are robots. Its frustrating, and really not much fun.
Too bad, its a fun game, but the dice arent random and the statistics dont back up play. No matter how well you play, the dice arent randomly distributed, in fact – just looking at pure non-anomaly statistics – they are algorithmically determined. Just a frustrating app that (we belive) punishes people that dont buy coins.
As others have mentioned, the dice are bad and rigged. They want you to buy into all their stuff and that is the only way you gain favor with the dice algorithm. Its not based on how you play but the outcome it wants you to have in order to buy in.
This is not a legit game and is a total scamDO NOT BUY CHIPS OR SPEND ONE DOLLAR AS ITS A RIP OFF. You will win at first to give you the impression its fun but then the algorithm will kick in and you will consistently lose in the most ridiculous ways. The algorithm is not even particularly well designed as the same impossible dice come in over and over again. You will be taking off and constantly end up giving away a piece and your opponent will HIT YOU 90% of the time. When the opposite happens you will hit your opponent 10-20% of the time. Your dice combinations will always put you in positions to open up at the exact right time and you will get hit. There is zero chance this is legit and we have played backgammon 30 years+ and this game is not remotely fair or random. You have been warned.
We agree with total dice control. We earned up to 15 million, and since cannot earn over 120,000. Impossible turnarounds in games you wouldnt believe. Deleting this game now! HORRIBLE.

The dice algorithm is absolutely awful. It seems a common thing with Backgammon that the opponent will rule the exact number they need. We love playing backgammon but it is impossible to roll double 9 times in a row or have a piece in jail with four sports open and not roll one of this number 12 times. This happens all the time.
We have played this game for over a year and now we just erased it. They did a new software update and the dice have completely changed. They are only interested in making you buy more game dollars. Do not waste your time. Its sad that the greed got to them.
Never spend money for this game.
Our biggest complaint is that the game picks the winner. It give one person the best rolls. Every now and then you get a fair game but not often. Choose a different game.
Dice rolls are predictable. Players are 80% bots. Games are rigged.
This game is so rigged just downloaded it and found the rolls were extremely one sided and rigged against the real player. You play bots more than real people. DO NOT DOWNLOAD OR PLAY DELETING IT NOW.
