Voodoo offers to each of its account holder (the “Account Holder”) the possibility to select a weekly subscription (the “Subscription”) after a three-day (3) free trial period (the “Free Trial Period”) for a weekly price of 5.99 USD (the “Price”) for the purpose of accessing specific services expressly made available by Voodoo for use (the “Subscribed Services”).
Scope of the Subscription
Following the Free Trial Period, the Account Holder will continue to have access to the Subscribed Services upon confirmation of purchase and after payment is charged to the Account Holders’ personal iTunes Account.
The Subscribed Services will unlock certain games for the Account Holder as well as remove all ads.
The Account Holder agrees that the Price with respect to the Subscribed Services is final and will not be subject to refund.
Purchases by Account Holders outside the U.S.A
The Price is labelled in US Dollars. If the Account Holder resides outside the U.S.A, and wishes to download the Subscription, the Price will be subject to certain variation including additional charges for conversion of the currency.
In addition, Voodoo reserves the right at any time to change and update the Price and inventory of the Subscribed Services available.
Termination of the Subscription
Except as provided below regarding renewal of the Subscription, Voodoo may cancel, suspend or terminate the access by the Account Holder of the Subscribed Services if:
the Account Holder fails to comply with the terms ;
Voodoo suspects any unlawful activity associated with the Account Holder; and
Voodoo suspects certain event of fraud or misuse.
The Subscription is subject to automatic renewal unless the Account Holder withdraws from the Subscription 24-hours before the end of the current week corresponding to the subscription period. If the Account Holder does not withdraw, he will be charged for the following Subscription period.
The Account Holder may manage directly the automatic renewal by using the functionality provided for in the settings of its iTunes Account.
When the Account Holder’s Free Trial Period or the subscription period expires, and provided that he has withdrawn from the Subscription as described above, his personal account will be closed.
The Account Holder acknowledges that Voodoo is not required to provide a refund in the event that there remains any amount in his account. Voodoo will not grant any compensation for unused currency.

When we first got this game it was really fun and challenging it is not like other games where a add appears every 5 seconds for a add to appear you have to complete a few levels the adds last like 10 seconds all im trying to say is that this game is really fun and we hope more people see it better.
It gives constant updates all better then the last and is also fun and challenging.
We would rate 5 stars but its super laggy we’ve tried reinstalling it but its laggy and shutting it down but its still very laggy plz fix it.
This game is really fun and addicting we really recommend it! But one problem , when you start it is kinda hard because the balls are coming constantly so there is one ball one moment and then like ten another. But upgrading is really easy and this game is too once you start to level up. Its really simple and fun we hope you can get it! We promise it is amazing!!!

It gets 3 stars because it wont load whatsoever unless you close it out like 2 times then its playable pleas dix immediately.
WHY DO we HAVE REVIVE HEARTS IF we CANT USE THEM.
Why do you have to spend hundreds of thousands of coins just to get less than 10K of max offline earnings? Im at 1550% and we only make 8.1K coins while Im away. It cost at least a million coins to get to that. Pretty weird imbalance.
It was super fun until we got to a high level and was only able to get just a few thousand coins at a time in which at that point it takes tens of thousands to upgrade anything. So it felt like we couldnt really upgrade unless we played non-stop which was kind of annoying/a bummer since we loved the game.
First, we think this is a fine enough game but after paying $9.99 to Remove the Ads, we realize that it does NOT include the removal of the mandatory 20 or 30 second ads you are forced to watch whenever you try and claim your coins between rounds. Second, we want to give this to our two children to play on their iPads, but with the ads not being totally removable, we cannot do it. So overall we give the game 5 stars for gameplay, 1 star for ad insertion, and 1 star for incompatibility with children. And we are deleting it after we submit this review.
We bought the no ads about a year ago and now that we updated the game we have ads again and it wont restore our purchase.
When we downloaded this game, we thought Voodoo turned over a new leaf since it seemed like there was only an ad every 5-10 rounds instead of after every round. However the ads gradually increase and once youre invested in the game itll give you an ad after every round as is typical with Voodoo games Fun gams, but not worth spending 50% of your time on the app watching ads unless youre willing to shell out $10.
We really enjoy this game, but starting a few days ago the gameplay has been really slow and glitchy. The balls no longer go above whatever level you are on so theres no challenge in the game. EDIT: so the new update does make the bigger balls come, but now they all come at once now. The new updates are not good.

Loved the game, the second most recent update ruined it and the latest update is just ridiculous. Im on level 433. We used to get balls with 30k on them. It was a challenge but very fun. The second most recent update we saw balls at most 3k. The most recent update drops like 50 balls of the same amount all at once. Please just go back to the way it used to be.
The update ruined the game. Instead levels increasing difficulty, balls becoming more weighted (30k-50k), now it just throws out smaller balls and more at once. No fun.
We dont have to explain, its $10 to get rid of ads.
What happened to the daily challenges.
The lag is ridiculous and its become so glitchy. When the mystery ball shows up and it gets hit a few times it starts glitching and kills us without even hitting us. Theres no point in continue playing.
Why are you doing this to your game? We’ve been playing this game for years. Youve change everything in the last month. Im about to delete this game and we’ve been a daily player for years. Please, stop this stupidness.
There is a glitch. We keep losing due to a ball hitting us, even when a ball is no where near us. Its with the mystery balls. Maybe stop all the updates because its messing things up.
Just change it back to how it used to be. You guys are tryna get too fancy with it. If it aint broke dont fix it.

When im playing it it keeps on kicking us out of the app and we dont know what to do.
This game is fun and all but on our iPhone Im level 267 and when we open on our iPad Im on level 89. Why is it not synced? We dont want to have to play same levels over again. Maybe Im doing something wrong?
You grind for cash to upgrade and it feels like nothing changes after awhile. There is a scaling issue on the later upgrades. Even if you managed to save up 2030 million gold and dumped it into power or speed, you can barely tell a difference. We wish it carried more weight, or actually meant what it says. They could easily add a color to the bullets to signify what level youre at. They should update the game to include different levels of upgrades. Beams, lasers, idk anything to let you know your upgrade is worth the grind. (After we posted this they did actually add chargeable abilities) Game is addicting and challenging at the 100+ levels. Overall a good game to kill time. But that upgrade system needs work. 5/4/23 Update: The update changes the ball path and they have increased the amount of ghost and freeze ? Drops, but overall its boring and frustrating. We also think the hour tournament that rewards first place only, highly suspect. Once you reach platinum league youll never be able to keep up with the bots in the tournament. We went from winning every single one to losing by 12-15 stars. We played for the entire hour with triple cannons and still we were behind. We dont know if the player base is just that good or the whole thing is rigged. Im thinking its rigged. Im on level 679 and have been playing for years on and off. Im hoping one day they can get it right! Obviously we enjoy it, but the upgrades still lack scaling, and the new ball pattern goes from boring and idling, then to nearly impossible. At the end of these levels they drop 25-30 small reds and unless you have ghost or survive with two charges of shockwave youll surely die. Thats not tricky thats impossible. At this level the games last around 5-6 minutes, so to die in a nearly impossible pattern at 99.98% completion makes us want to stop playing. They finally removed the insanely annoying final ball prompt that would often times get you killed bc it hid the balls. Thanks for that. Rating stands.
This game was fun until the most recent update. Now the game is mainly small balls (1.5 and lower) and at some point durning the game the page will be flooded with 20 balls at once, so you die. Please fix the game!
Used to play this game a lot. Got to level 199 and it crashes now every time we open the app. It loads in for about 2 seconds and then will crash, sending us back to our Home Screen. Not sure why or what happened.
We’ve had this game on our phone for so long, years. We like this game a lot and love playing but the recent update is very strange. Maybe our game is bugged but at the end of each round there is no reason there should be 10-15 small 1 to 2k balls. Its impossible. Miss how it used to be.

Well it use to be blast but after the recent update all difficulty is removed and it just throws one ball at a time making it pointless. Hopefully it gets fixed.
If you make it to a higher level (over 90) the game just randomly crashes making it unplayable.
Unfortunately the latest update has made the game really boring and tedious. The way the balls work makes no sense now. Its too easy, with one random hard section near the end. Really messed up our enjoyment of the game.
Game so bad we uninstalled then reinstalled it to see if it would fix it never did do it again we have to put in our card info to install which makes no sense.
We’ve always played these simple little games and we think theyre fun and you used to be able to go on airplane mode and play without ads but now theyve taken that away. The ads genuinely make it unplayable. You watch ads more time than youre even playing. And we have no problem in paying for things but these simple little phone games arent worth it.
We got this game so it would be a no Wi-Fi game but its not you cant have play it without ads every ten seconds. WOULD NOT RECOMEND.
If you are not connected to Wi-Fi or have good cellular data connection you cannot play this game! A lot of time Im in an area where there is no Wi-Fi or we have poor data connection. This means that we cannot play this game a majority of the time making it absolutely pointless to have. Pitiful job on the developers since the only reason to make it this war is for the ads. Will be deleting this game since its unplayable.
