TERMS OF SERVICE – PURCHASE
Voodoo offers to each of its account holder (the “Account Holder”) the possibility to select a weekly subscription (the “Subscription”) after a three-day (3) free trial period (the “Free Trial Period”) for a weekly price of 5.99 USD (the “Price”) for the purpose of accessing specific services expressly made available by Voodoo for use (the “Subscribed Services”).
Scope of the Subscription
Following the Free Trial Period, the Account Holder will continue to have access to the Subscribed Services upon confirmation of purchase and after payment is charged to the Account Holders’ personal iTunes Account.
The Subscribed Services will unlock certain games for the Account Holder as well as remove all ads.
The Account Holder agrees that the Price with respect to the Subscribed Services is final and will not be subject to refund.
Purchases by Account Holders outside the U.S.A
The Price is labelled in US Dollars. If the Account Holder resides outside the U.S.A, and wishes to download the Subscription, the Price will be subject to certain variation including additional charges for conversion of the currency.
In addition, Voodoo reserves the right at any time to change and update the Price and inventory of the Subscribed Services available.
Termination of the Subscription
Except as provided below regarding renewal of the Subscription, Voodoo may cancel, suspend or terminate the access by the Account Holder of the Subscribed Services if:
the Account Holder fails to comply with the terms ;
Voodoo suspects any unlawful activity associated with the Account Holder; and
Voodoo suspects certain event of fraud or misuse.
The Subscription is subject to automatic renewal unless the Account Holder withdraws from the Subscription 24-hours before the end of the current week corresponding to the subscription period. If the Account Holder does not withdraw, he will be charged for the following Subscription period.
The Account Holder may manage directly the automatic renewal by using the functionality provided for in the settings of its iTunes Account.
When the Account Holder’s Free Trial Period or the subscription period expires, and provided that he has withdrawn from the Subscription as described above, his personal account will be closed.
The Account Holder acknowledges that Voodoo is not required to provide a refund in the event that there remains any amount in his account. Voodoo will not grant any compensation for unused currency.

This game is the best . Every body needs to downloud it.
Ive played this game on and off for years do to ads. We love that this is fixed but we absolutely hate the new levels. The stacking one and the snake one specifically. We shouldnt have to play the same level over and over and over again just get enough money to upgrade to be able to pass said level. Im not a patient person and will switch to a different app. Took us 3 days to pass one level. Shouldnt there be more consistency in how hard the level is compared to upgrading our cannon.
You win boom ad you lose boom ad you win again boom another ad you lose again another ad we get monetization is needed but theres a ridiculous amount of ads wether you win, lose, or revive you have to watch an ad.
So we love this game and all but they updated it and not every time we do a special Level it takes us 50 minutes to finish it and then we just quit and play something else cause its not worth the raging so please make the game easier for us.

Us and our friends take turns playing this game, and we love when one person gets angry at how hard it is sometimes.Its is so funny because it is always the same person. This just makes it so much better! This is why we love this game.
Ball Blast is simple, and fun. However, it could use more environments to play in. At times, it does feel like the game keeps trying to pigeonhole the player into taking certain cards. That doesnt feel very nice when Im trying to fish for key cards for our build. The most recent update made Desert Conquest a lot more fun, we will say.
We used to really enjoy ball blast as a fun was to use a couple minutes. But the new levels are such a terrible addition to the game. The bridge over lava levels were bad enough but now the block levels are not even doable through skill. Its a pure damage test. At least with the bridge level you could use skill and abilities to mitigate the damage test but this new level just seems like an easy way to get people to spend money or watch ads with zero added fun especially for ftp players. We hope a traffic cone gets stuck one foot up the rectum of whoevers brilliant idea that was.
The falling block level is too hard. Ive been playing this game since 2019 and this is by far the worst addition. We wont play until its removed.
Game was really fun. We didn't play for a year-ish and then we come back and it's completely ruined. Uninstalled.

This game is amazing last time we played it had so many ads and you guys cut down on the ads added new game modes, But the snake attack oh we hate it, it will start attacking us and when we destroy bricks right as its about to kill us it STILL kills us and when we have to play that level multiple times on end because the snake wont die for like 30-45 minutes it pisses us off please fix this.
Ive played this game way before the big update and dont get us wrong we love that you can use new power ups and really upgrade your canon because its pretty easy to get money now. But like before we wish you can be able to change the way your canon looks and when you use to have the option to change the ball and the background.
Please change the times in a systematic way so that the special events dont favor certain people in certain time zones. Specifically in the Monday through Friday desert conquest, the times for the missions to refresh should not always be the same. Change it by an hour each week.

Have a barely year old iPhone 16 Pro Max but it starts to get kind of hot when playing this game. This is the only game where it happens. Within a minute of closing the app, phone will cool down. Not sure whats up with that.
This games programming is so bad its ridiculous. We noticed something so Ive been purposely failing level 14 over and over again to test this theory of ours. HOW MANY LEVEL 14S ARE THERE? Ive played it well over a dozen times and its been different every single time.
Fun game but dying as if was hit when far from ball is happening more.
The app has ads which is fine. But once youve passed the gate for the ad 30 seconds to 1 minute. But once that time is met it does not allow you to exit from the ad.
Do not advertise your game with a demo and then not have that same demo be available as a game mode. The game itself is underdeveloped and you can tell. It is not a polished UI as compared to other games in this developers catalogue. Not worth your time even without the unethical bait and switch ad practices.

This game is fun. Great concept and challenging. The 2 stars is because the ads are unbearable. After every match you have to watch and ad. Sometimes even before starting a new match as well. We understand ads and revenue generation but an ad every 30 seconds is so stupid. Fix your game.

We love the game, but it is one of many that have found some way to justify having unskippable ads, not the ads we opted to watch for rewards, but the ones that lead us to close the game in order to skip as we will get no reward for watching and WILL NOT download the advertised app, especial just to leave a review, or ultimately undownload this app or others due to the frequency of the ads. The casino/gambling, which is so bet healthy, app is the biggest issue with this. Literally just pay attention to if a customer can skip the add before approving it as the ad goes on for minutes longer than others regardless if you choose them for a reward or not. Way too common. Its not making anyone get the app, just wasting their time. Stop doing it.

So Im restored to be on lvl 96 but our cannon is only lvl1? This has to be blatant oversight.
The graphics are very basic but the gameplay is good. Ads arent too bad at first, but become more frequent as you progress through the game. Would recommend playing until it stops being interesting or the ads too annoying; the delete and have a life.
Hey dev team, we just paid for no adds and then we accidentally deleted the app. We lost our data and the $9.99 for no adds. Can you help us restore? We tried restore button, but it started us at level 1.
The newest update brings a weird stylized animation to the start of the game that is jarring to see and does not match the rest of the game. Also as Im at lvl 600 its disappointing that our weapons are capped and Im just collecting coins that cant be spent. Weapons shouldnt have caps and lvls should progressively get more difficult. After about level 400 the game no longer progresses.
The game is good fun but omg dose it have to be so many ads every match we cant even really enjoy the game and have fun bc of the ads make us dont even wanna play no more.
They make it impossible for you to pass a level unless you watch an ad and get a power up.
We understand that ads help the app be free, but having an ad after every match is crazy, you spend more time watching ads than actually playing the game. Also randomly getting ads in the middle of a match is annoying. The game overall is pretty fun to play to past time but having to watch a 30 second ad every match is annoying. Also requiring an internet connection to play is ridiculous as well.
We love the game but the ads are infuriating. Almost every round you play there is an ad which is a given for most games now but mid level while Im playing Im about to beat a hard round and you lag out our game to show us an ad. Are we joshing rn. And then when its done playing you show us Ive already lost. You sicko. You scoundrel. Im frothing at the mouth and our diary will hear about this. Ball blastthis cut us deep.
