What Makes Battle Night Stand Out

It is the year 2098, the end of the century is near, the great alliances of the world are in a great cold war with each other, while neon lights flash around the borders city under the thick fog, but the people of the city are still unaware of the situation. This city is one that lives outside the law, and is far from all countries, and has gradually become a battleground for all camps. Conflict between advanced technology and the decadent civilizations has become irreversible, and Cyberpunk has finally opened his curtains after long nights.

It was around this time on one of the street corners in a little humble detective agency, a sharp and keen detective sensed a change in the air, he quickly needed to round up a team to go and search out the hidden scheme that was in the making…

Community Insight:

We like the turn base games and this is a new spin keep us here.

Can you add a zoom in option so can look at our fighters closer.

The tutorial just glides you to victory and allows you to easily navigate the game! True to real life in the city.

At some point, youll hit a wall and the only way to get over is to spend a ton. Then another wall, then rinse and repeat. Even then, it still wont be enough. Rates are horrendous. Then youll just get bored and quit. Im here to save you the trouble. Graphics and vibe are excellent though.

Having lots of fun so far but not giving it 5 stars yet until we see the major paywall everyone is talking about. First off, this is basically our first Idle battle game as Im use to more Final Fantasy-like games like Star Wars Heroes and Marvel Champions so we cant compare this to other idle or afk type games yet. We read some bad reviews but decided to give it a try because they seem to have updated the game recently and we saw a few new heroes that original players may have not tried yet. Some games like this havent been updated in almost a year so we usually stay away from those. What first drew us in was the art style and animations along with the cyberpunk rpg element. Art aesthetic is a nice comic book hand painted style with great puppet style animations and cool fx. We received some nice draws the first couple of days and early on enjoyed the battles and strategic builds. We now have a few purple and many blue but mostly lower tier green units which we sold. So far we only purchased the VIP1 package for $5. Im getting good results in battles with our team build which usually consists of $age, A Zhou, Dreyfus, Tiger, Garuda and Patroclus. We use Dreyfus and Patroclus as tanks in front. We also have Minamoto and Phonoi but we switch out for Garuda sometimes with her Blood Sucking ability. It got tough hanging around level 30 for a while taking on higher levels but eventually we got stronger with more accessories and slowly upgraded heros. We would win basically every match until we faced level 36+ opponents. But we think the combo of units we have now are giving us an edge. When we were lower 30s we were actually winning matches against opponents 5 to 10 levels higher. Now our Zhao and $age are still level 40 and and Im winning matches against level 50-54 opponents; either thru the map, mines or arena. So we think our build is working for us so far early on. Im sure Ill have swap our heroes out in later stages of the game. Im a mostly F2P player and will spend to support a company that deserves it.but as of now, we see no need to upgrade and spend money super fast on this game. We see that its quite expensive for the passes and other unlocks so no way im paying that. Maybe if the pass was $20 instead of $30 we might think about it. We know leveling up is always the nature of these game but Im a pretty patient guy. We have a feeling that if we hit a horrible paywall we will just grind with collecting and upgrading until we can get back to winning battles again. Im in no rush to have high level heroes. There are a couple of other games we enjoy to fill in the time like Champion Strike (the best tower rush type game rn). To be continued.

Awesome game kindly give the updates coming we love fighting games.

Best game ever! Hardly any bugs. Shout out to Character balance engineer, dame best character balancing and game mechanics we have ever seen. Welcome the twitch generation to retro sylized .png pixel art games. Review by, J430N N33L Mutonh, aka. RuneBe4st, agent orange, aka sussy mufasa nurse in getup. * ->.

We dunno why people wouldnt like it. Its a fun idle rpg and most of the complaints we see are made by people who obviously dont understand what an idle rpg is as their complaints are literally KEY FEATURES of the genre. Its chill. Relaxed. Simple. Love the art.

Linear gacha game. It plays itself. No option to control the battle. Looks nice, but even then the sprites are so small and cluttered. Not even a fun enough game to mindlessly play when exceedingly bored.

This game really deserves a 5 star try it out.

It's only been like 5-6 days for us and so far the servers go down every. Single. Day. At least 4x/day. It's quite frustrating as a new player to try to play and have to keep waiting for the server to come back up.

Right on time type of game. Definitely worth shot. Ill give it an A.

Fun to play great character design amazing story love the idle rpg style of it amazing game.

You should include the controller option.

We love the graphics and gaming! Extremely good game and worth playing.

Definitely unique compared to other games. The fighting style makes us wanna unlock new characters and see what lineup is different.

We really like the art style of this game but it feels the game is too complicated and hard to get when you first start playing, making new players hard to enjoy the game.

So we decided to play this and keep an open mind. This is actually a very good game. Patience is key, there is grind involved as there should be. These games cant be finished in a few days or weeks then whats the point in playing. Lots of cool stuff to do, we like how the game lets you accumulate gold, experience and equipment while you are away. This reminds us so much of shadow run and Cyber Punk. We recommend this game. We think its really good. Every game has a pay element, thats why these games are made. So everyone wins, so far we are enjoying this game.

Well thought out and beautiful graphics.

Game is overpriced garbage to say the least. Everything is a MINIMUM of $30 it seems and the reward to price ratio is horrid. Dont waste your time or energy the game is strictly a cash grab targeting stupid people. This is a fact due to their grammar and spelling when it comes to descriptions of items, heroes, and stages. 2/5 simply because its at least playable.

Stingy events, you cant get any good rewards from events unless you pay, usually have to buy at least 2 packages to get to the good rewards, but thats just to barely get to them. There is a battle pass for everything, usually multiple tiers, weekly event pass, daily quest pass, obsidian shop pass, special event pass, there is probably a pass for the passes in there somewhere. Their daily pass that should be for 30 days is only 21. All the passes are over priced, 30$ and it still wouldnt get you most of the event rewards. You have to get 13 copies of the hero you want plus you have to sacrifice other heroes to level them up too. Everything is designed to make you compete with other players, got to get them wallet wars going! The art, sound effects and music are all mediocre. At least games like Raid have some good art. Pass unless you really want to have wallet wars and prove your bank account is the strongest.

We love the game and play it constantly. Or at least we did for the first week or so. Then we hit a wall. We couldnt advance the story until we leveled up. So we waited a day and advanced about two rounds10 minutes of game play. Then we hit another wall. Now Im waiting again. Meanwhile Im going to find another game that we can play more than ten minutes a day.

Its addicting. Gotta get back to it.

Its a pretty fun game, but they dont give you orange heroes when you use the tokens to get a hero. There are 3 levels of heroes, and it doesnt matter which level you use, 8/10 times it will be one level down than what you want. Ive been playing for 18 days and have 1 orange hero. Good game, just not interested in the blocks to advance.

Rookie Battle Night Great graphics and the game is generous first time player help. It also allows a lot of room for you to win and move freely though beginning chapters to learn the story. GREAT GAME.

Goodluck. Premium store not worth buying.

The best idle game we have ever played.

STOP TURNING MY MUSIC OFF! Stop the forced tutorial – there is 1000 games out there exactly like this one, we know how to play it. Dont make us have to wait till we can turn the music off, we dont want to hear a single sound from any game. Let us keep our music on.

This game looks like fun but we cannot hear anything plz we have apple 11 we turn up our volume check it on our cell all is good its only no Sound n this game :(.

Really good graphics and story line. Great game.

We went in believing this game was decent for the average player and f2p friendly due to all the supportive reviews of this game. At least more so than the likes of epic 7, genshin impact, any AFK Arena-esque, and a plethora of other gacha games. No. It was not. The only thing going for this game is its good 2.5d graphics. Rates are absolute trash in pulls. There are 4 rarities of units, green, blue, purple, and yellow. There are 3 pull levels. Free, which nearly guarantees the lowest. Freemium currency which you can earn through playing main story which has a really high chance of green, low chance of blue, and once in a blue moon purple. Note that you only get roughly 2 freemium draws every chapter, and after 3 days of painful grinding we only got to chapter 5. After 15 pulls on freemium or by buying, you can pull on premium which has the same rates as freemium essentially. Feels bad man. The infinite tower in this game has really bad rewards. Can barely upgrade your characters with the rewards and the character tokens in which AFK Arena-esque games at least reward the highest tier character after going through many levels. The rewards for this infinite tower give 1/3 progress towards a blue character. PvP is extremely unbalanced. Damage is scarce and meta right now is to have a really tanky stall team (tons of heals, stuns, and debuff clearers) and to not even attack since you realistically can only build 1 team. Unless you are a whale and you can focus on 2. Events dont even feel like events since you have to p2w those too. Absolute, utter predatory behavior. Additionally, the events they carry out arent even new player friendly. The valentines event one at least expects you to have decent teams for each unit faction in the game. Minimum barrier to p2w isnt even 99 cents like other p2w games. Its 5/6 USD which is actual bad as heck. And the character for first top up isnt even that good. We started looking into all the top-up options and rewards and they arent even good. Dont expect to pay $6 to be set in Genshin, $25 for AFK Arena, $50 for Epic 7, $100 for Memento Mori. No, expect to pay hundreds of dollars and still not be half the way towards building a nice core team. For f2p players, one hour in those other games is like 5 hours of grinding and careful resource management here. In the end. This game feels absolutely horrible to play.

The game is so paid to win with all its special deals and horrible rates when trying to spawn tier characters.

Love this game Im up all night playing.

Overall: A great game for either the hardcore everyday person OR the casual non $ spender. Why we personally love it: we dont plan to spend any money on this game, and Im fine with that. We wont complain that, yes, if you want to really go the distance you WILL need to spend money. We love the graphics/aesthetics of the game its absolutely gorgeous. We LOVE the fact that we can hop on a few times a day, do our dailies, and not spend our entire life focused on this game and still enjoy its beauty while doing so. We are still doing everything the game has to offer for the most immersion and its perfect for what Im looking for. The downside: yes, we would love to have all orange and reds on our team, who wouldnt? But realistically you need a LOT of coins in game to get good characters AND gear AND weapons. The game gives you a decent amount of several currencies to make you feel good, and you can still get pretty far in a timely manner. But the fact is that most of these mobile games charge way too much money, even more than console games just for the battle pass ALONE. Then there is everything else to pay for. Its really not worth investing ANY money in this game, unless you can afford it or you at least know what youre getting yourself into. Dont get sucked in for a few bucks here and there.

Cool game and graphics, play it.

We bought 10 perfect hire and didnt get our characters Idky but we have our evidence screenshots because we went to our characters we have our same people no new ones and our proof is the hire event it says we have 11 on the board but we havent received our guys so 1 star till further notices.

Its all nice and fun at first. They put you in a new server and you spend a little money and start being in the top five and having fun doing well in arena and guild wars and the story mode. AND THEN BOOM THEY MERGE YOUR SERVER WITH ANOTHER ONE THATS BEEN OUT 5 MONTHS LONGER THEN YOURS AND NOW YOU CANT DO ANY CONTENT OR EVENTS CAUSE YOU HAVE A WHOLE GROUP OF PLAYERS ON YOUR SERVER THAT ARE DOUBLE YOUR POWER LEVEL. NOT WORTH THE TIME OR EFFORT. ANOTHER MONEY GRAB TRASH GAME.

This game has absolutely beautiful art style and animations for a game of this sort. There is a decent variety of game modes and a good bit to keep you hooked especially at higher levels. The game falls down hard on the predatory gatcha mechanics that is often not worth the time (and in some cases the money no doubt) that you put into being able to do a draw. Also the PVP is pay to win and more that that it operates on a system that considers it a loss if you have a full team and they have one person person left if you go past third rounds. This is terrible and exploitable and frequently is by players who take the time to visit any resource on the game. We want to love this game, we want to call it our favorite even sometimes, but there is some glaring issues here that are obvious to anyone looking.

The drop rate is horrible in this game. What is the point of having three teirs of character drops if all three are going to give you worthless green level characters on all 3 the majority of the time. Additionally, the events are rigged to leave you short of being able to use the rewards to purchase new characters. It is a she because the mechanics, theme and artwork are very nice.

Just started but honestly a lot of fun cant wait to deep dive.

No way the rating is so high for this game ,it worth 2 stars ,thats it.others have already told you all the truths you need to know , we dont have to repeat them.

Game seems fine but frequently rips control away from you and forces you to run content / upgrade / craft even if you dont want to do that. 40ish min in we had the resources to upgrade a hero and it forced us to upgrade a hero we did not like nor want to use. This resource requires you to sell off units you draw, meaning its not as abundant as other resources and forcing us to spend it in a way we did not want to prompted an instant uninstall and negative review. This sort of game design is anti fun and anti consumer.

Ive been playing for a hot minute. Our level is 123, which takes a while to get there, and we never write reviews but after reading other reviews we felt like we had to write one because we felt that the super duper 5 star reviews were kinda misleading. Why its very predatory. So the draw rates for this game is horrible. There might be a better chance of getting struck by lighting than drawing someone good. Technically it is a F2P because you really dont have to spend anything to play it. But youre not gonna play it for long. Youre going to get left behind very quickly and progress comes to almost a complete stop unless you dont mind waiting 3 months to get a great chance on a guarantee awesome draw. If you wanna win, and be able to play you have to pay. Im at a point where our guys are literally stuck and cant progress because all the enemies are very strong. So we have to get our guys stronger but in order to do that we have to either pay to get the materials we need or wait for months until we can get what we need. Mind you our teams power is 21mil. So all we can do is a few events then log off because theres nothing else we can do. Trust us when we say, IT IS NOT A F2P FRIENDLY GAME. But this is our opinion. If youre rich this game might be for you. P2W is the name of the game with these games.

This is a pay to win game. You can spend 40 senior hire coins and still don't get anything above a garbage blue character. If you do get a purple its going to be garbage as well.

We didnt expect this type of fun.

We did not get the 40 free draw like the game advertised with the code.

Game is super but don't buy diamonds every day or 2 it disappears from you account. Keep and eye and you see is like the game wans you to keeps buying it.

Awesome new take on tho whole idle genre.

Played it. Deleted it. CD Projekt RED could have done better.
