Love the game cant find any info on perks or if they are passive or a menu to see which ones are active or available am we missing something?
Good Job, you managed to make a history game actually good in its criteria it was supposed to follow. The easy to follow content easily is a plus. Sadly, all the ads and annoying notifications do bring it down, it is still a great time. 4 Stars.
We’ve been playing the is game a lot lately. We really like the concept and overall it is really fun. The troops have good variety and really cool designs. A couple things we would change would be some improvements when editing your barracks. Im having to dig through to find the 1 star troops so we can replace them. You have to hold, not tap on them so Im having to hold our finger and move it over slightly so we can actually see the star rating. Second, some boss fights can be very annoying. A simple fix for this was to make bosses drop more gold. Im currently stuck on a boss and we’ve fought it probably 50 times. To get 1 more troop we need to battle it 15 times.. It gets old. However, once we beat it, Ill go back to the more fun fights.
Let us first say that this game is fairly fun. A good time waster if nothing else. However, we’ve been stuck on a boss battle for a long time (Battle of the Bulge Boss) and nothing we do will come even close to beating him. We’ve watched hundreds of ads during this game to get x3 cash and have been watching ads on the challenges to replay and get as many coins to get more cards and level up troops. We’ve even worked on offers to get gems to buy high level cards. Nothing works though as this boss one shots everything really quickly so it is impossible to beat him. Im fairly certain we could spend $500 to buy cards and still not beat this boss. Such a scam. We recommend NOT to play this game!
Once we were playing a level and when we got defeated all our progress and troops we unlocked disappeared but on the collection list it shows that it is in our army and says we have unlocked those troops.
We were enjoying this game and the fact we could spend a little money and remove ads from between levels sounded great. Ever since then, if we want to double our rewards or spin the wheel we have to watch at least 3/4 ads each time. Its a rip off, before we could watch one ad and double our rewards. Fix this please or at least let users know what you do once they pay to support you.
This game is essentially ad-watching with some short breaks of game playing in between. The game is nothing special, you gain cards that represent warriors, that you combine and make stronger with additional cards that are purchased with in-game currency. The problem is that you are very, very quickly forced to watch ads to gain enough gold to buy these cards. This game is a thinly disguised revenue cow that relies on you watching ads rather than enjoying a good game and compelling you to support a developer that cares about their product and the players. Skip it and try any other game in the App Store. It will still have the same premise towards profiting off you being mentally bombarded with never ending sales pitches from developers goading you into downloading their app with false videos of their games, but it will likely be hidden marginally better.
Really enjoyed the game out the bat. Great base and the build concept is simple and aesthetic as can be but your gonna miss mad cards. Even the ones you draw regularly, for some reason your gonna get robbed. Thought we could bypass it by gettin something from the shop and got finessed not once, but twice. Not pressed about losing the 15 it was more so that the game gone punish you for ripping you off. By the point that sets in the irritation of the ads will have you opening this game ever so often, but good luck and enjoy not a terrible game. Just tacky.
This game is chock full of ads we like the game, but if most of the time spent playing is 80% ads whats the point? We bought the no ads between levels pack, guess what? Every 5 levels theres a random pop up ad that takes 35-45 seconds to load through, you can close the app and play the level again thats really the only choice. We bought another item in the store, the store says if you buy something in the store there will no random pop up ads, guess what? Its still random pop up ads. PS the ads are mental torture and dont actually even do any kind of job advertising the mobile games their promoting, losing our mind.
We paid for the no ads this and we never received but our account was charged.
None of our in game purchases give us anything.
We purchased two packs for 5$ each and all it said was alreayd purchased so you want it again for free but never gave us the items we were supposed to get in the first place , they also never refunded our money atfer we contacted support it dosnt have any number we can call so now we have to write this review so no one else makes the same mistake !
This game is so well made! This definitely deserves more attention. But make maybe a 2nd game!
This game is exactly how a free game should be. Most games like this that we play are overwhelming with adds, this game has very few and you can choose to watch some to advance to your game. Warning- VERY ADDICTIVE we live this game so much its the first one that we have ever written a review for and we highly recommend it. Love to play at school perfect for burning time. 5 STARS EASY.

We love the game but one thing maybe there should be a sandbox mode maybe at the end so people will want to play more.

Hi our name is mousa the reason Im talking about this is because Im wondering if you could do us one little favour ifs you could let people upgrade there character if they cant merge it with a other one hopefully you could do this btw this is not a complain Im just seeing if you could do this for a awesome and amazing game.
Pretty good we like the different ages and merging concept, can allow for larger armies.
The game is great around the beginning when your troops are weak and the enemies are weak. But after you get to level 100 the bosses are extremely difficult we have a full set of level 3s and 4s but we cant take out a boss without grinding for a couple of days in the challenges section. The only feedback we give to the game is to make bosses a little easier based on troop levels. As the normal enemies are easy but the bosses are too difficult. Over all it is a good game. The worst boss is the lance knight type of bosses.
There are to many advertisements. The advertisement need more bang for your time.
Its a great game and extremely addicting as soon as you start playing it. The only complaint we have is the boss battles. The troops that you have just kind of stand around the boss doing nothing until there is room for them to get in so most of the power you have isnt utilized at the same time. It takes us a long time and a lot of ads for coins to finally get past one.
We were playing this game when it gave us an ad, but we already was in the battle and when the ad finished we went to merge and when we did it bugged out our best soldiers and now we’re stuck on this level,
You complete a level & as a reward are forced into watching an add. A personal pet peeve of ours & so the games not worth our time to play. If you like watching a whole bunch of adds to get the full game experience, go ahead.
Its litterlly just a Nock off of clash Royale so really just go play clash Royale.
First of all your server is so small it can barely fit the game, the ads on top of that makes it lag and crash every other battle. Okay so we gave you a dollar to remove the ads during battle. But we still need to watch ads to get enough gold to buy cards, so do you get instantly paid when we watch the ad? Because after we watch the ad and the app crashes we not only dont have the gold for watching the ad but we also have to do the same battle over again? Yeahhh its not our phone! Definitely poor development.
Ads ads ads ads and ridiculously priced subscriptions. No option to pay to permanently remove ads. Waste of time.

This game seemed fun the second we read the description! When we started playing we loved the cutscene at the start and how we would guess the goal of the game is to beat that boss! It seems pretty easy and we cant wait to see the new units we can unlock!
Theres only ads if you want extra stuff its fun and we just got it and we are addicted!!!

Playside makes amazing games. Easy game play, quick tutorials and short ads. Its worth it to watch them if you want more gold and to advance quicker!! We also play Animal Simulator another great game if youre into animal armies which is a lot more fun than it sounds!! This is shaping up to be just as amazing!!!
This game is so much fun! After playing animal warfare, we decided to give this version a try, and we have no regrets! This game is very well made, except the AI could use a little work. When we were fighting a boss about 3/4 of our armys AI glitched and they were having a lot of trouble attacking the boss, and basically just walked around him, like they were trying to find a spot to hit. Other than that, this game is awesome! Good concept, great execution!
But we wished that we could get new fighters for less.

We love this game but it should be easier to get gems and when you do a time warp battle it should give you a character from that time after the battle.
Just got this game a few minutes ago and we already love it recommend for all who like strategy games.
So ill start off by saying this is a fun little casual game. Satisfying graphics, more or less historically accurate (as in the troop design) and is just quite simply a well rounded game. Our biggest issue is that many times you will lose battles because some of your troops go completely stupid and have awful pathing and target allocation. Sometimes rearranging your layout will help (but never completely) and other times they continue to stutter in a seizing manner or just play ping pong with their eyes and do nothing to contribute. Its a little annoying but at the end of the day the game is pretty fun edit: would love it the dev team could explore the possibility of a sandbox mode!!
We really enjoy the game, however there are a few bugs. When you move up in levels and get a large army, they all bump into each other and wiggle around without attacking anything. Another thing that is annoying is you can only acquire gold fighters with gems and dont ever receive them from chest or purchasing card packs. Gold fighters also take forever to level up, as you have to purchase them with gems. The game has a good foundation, just needs some minor fixes.
Game is great, very addicting, but we find our self having to turn off our wifi to be able to play, otherwise we get an add every 10 seconds, and theyre very difficult to click out of, and cause the game to lag, making each add take over 2 minutes to get past, game is fun and very addicting though, just too many ads.
This game from the jump has you addicted, its very fun, progressing through levels and upgrading your characters brings a satisfying reward from putting in time and effort. We have 2 complaints. The first being that recently we played the game for a few hours, only to notice the next time we logged on we lost every unit and upgrade we earned, but we got none of our in game currency back that we spent on those units. We noticed our Mammoth was white before we left, we believe it was a level 4. Then it turned back to a brown level three when we returned, many of our units down graded, also, we left on level 148, and when we returned it booted us back to level 110. Our second complaint is the A.I. Has a hard time moving around the maps especially when you have a lot of units at play. This oftentimes leads to a loss when you shouldve won based on power and positioning. We hope the issue with the game saving itself fixes soon, as well as the AI movement. Aside from that its a solid and fun game, its very casual and easy to play. And like we said, very addicting. Which adds to the disappointment of losing your hard work.
This game is fun, we have only played it for 2 days an already Im way ahead. This is not a pay to win game like most games are. One thing that drops it in rating is that the game lags out to much and we often have to restart it, as well as the fact that yes adds are a small problem to.
Love this game, but the ads are overwhelming and its getting to be a bit much. Probably going to end soon :-/
It is really good except it has too many ads and we cant figure out how to do 3.5 stars. Good in general, but could improve.
Game is so far. Easy to pick up and put down. One issue though. The ballistas are bugged. They dont shoot unless they are attacked. This is bad because they are one of our strongest units because they have a stun which is a game changer, but now we dont get to use it. Im all the way up to level 134, and would love to continue. Please update this.
This is a fun game but it needs major refinement to either the AI or, from what we have just seen, invisible wall/collision/graphics. Once you get a largish army, a large number of the units seem to just run left then right without moving forward for most of the battle. Things were going well until a large number of units went flying from engaged with the enemy to the weird left then right behavior at the back of the our army. If those issues are resolved, this would easily be a 5 star game.
