This game is awful. Theres no sugarcoating it. But holy heck is it some amazing livestream fodder. This has to be seen to be believed.
This game is a scam!! It does not work at all when you try to navigate and press things. Also it is zoomed out and not full screen so you cant see anything. Waste of money!!!
This game is a freaking JOKE. Not only are the operations completely glitchy, but the time continues to run out even during dialogue. It is also a complete knockoff of the game Trauma Center, even going so far as to have to deny its connections in the opening disclaimer. It also appears to have been extremely poorly translated into English, having so many grammar mistakes that at times it is rather difficult to understand in the slightest. We would absolutely recommend this game if you need a good laugh; otherwise, if you’re dead serious, just go get another game. :)

We love trams center which this game is identical to BUT this game freezes after EVERY LEVEL and we have to do them time and time again!!! Plus the spelling and grammar is RIDICULOUS Fix the bugs or we’ll delete!!!
This is a sad ripoff of Trauma Center: Second Opinion/Under the Knife. You can’t even stitch left to right; you must stitch right to left, which feels really strange.
Game gets stuck on first procedure. Doesn’t save previous gameplay. Exiting menu doesn’t go back to previous gameplay. Grammar deficiencies. Seems fun but bugs make it intolerable.
Game gets stuck after first procedure. Looks just like Trauma Center, which is what we wanted… Just fix the ad handoff.

GLITCH, GLITCH, GLITCH. The game is interesting in our opinion but its screwed up. It glitches on us all the time. Every time Naomi is giving directions her head is in the way and we can’t see anything. One of many glitches.
You guys where right we said pretty cool because it was cool at first but then it shut us down U GUYS NEED TO FIX THIS ASAP.

The glitchy graphics were annoying, but we could live with that. However we got to the first surgery and we tapped everything but nothing worked. The text was cut off and there were no instructions. Don’t play.

This game is huge disapointment. We downloaded it thinking that it would be like surgeon simulator, but it really is junk. We tried using a tool, and it did not do ANYTHING. We tried about 10 times, but that was it. This game is a total rip off.
Crap, crap, crap. Glitches everywhere!!! Instructions are stupid. Characters and names look like a four year old make them. We just wasted 20 minutes of our life.
Game has a glitch in it and screen shakes while stitching. Horrible quality. For sure not gettin the whole game.
The graphics are broken and you cant get pat the first surgery because of said broken graphics being in the way of getting through the instructions. This game is actually a cheap rip off of the game "Trauma Center" for the DS and Wii. Names are changed but layout of surgery panel and first surgery is the exact same to the game we mentioned. For the time it took us to find this game install and try to play twice and write this review we would be almost twelve surgeries in if not further on our Wii or DS game that this game ripped off. We gave it one star in order to submit this review but it doesn’t even deserve that.

All the other reviews are true, but we would not mind if it wasn’t for the crashes that occur so very often. -_- we don’t like being in the middle of a level and then it stopping and crashing on us. We’re going to delete this soon if it continues.
Very angry with this game… Won’t even allow us to play… Instruction is horrible and unclear… And when you quit you have to start all over. Get impatient with this game!!!

It takes us to the first surgery and just says look at the cuts but won’t let us do anything.
This was the worst game ever it had tons of glitches. Ages 4+ we don’t think so it said tons of curse words.
We can begin to explain why we think this is so bad, first of all we can’t play it because we can’t read or do anything actually a we can’t even beat the tutorial just because of that. By far the worst game ever. And we’ve played some really bad games.

Obvious knock-off of the DS game Under the Knife, and the beginning gives you an epileptic seizure… Idk if it’s intentional or not but this game is not that great.
Well it’s a good game buuuuut the instructions are un clear and we can’t get passed lvl 3 because it won’t let us use the ultrasound !!?!!!!?!??!???
We like this game but got to level 11 and right in the middle of it we get kicked back to the home screen. Tried to download it twice and still the same problem!!!!!!

This is another poor copy of a good game if you want the better version of this game and you have a Nintendo DS we would definitely recommended buying the real version call "Trauma Center: Under the knife.

First review ever, how do we start? When we first saw this game, we were a bit eager to try it, a Trauma Center like game, in the iPhone! Must be a great game, right? Wrong. For playability, we will give a two out of five. When we tap certain things, it depends if it senses it or not, when we use the stitch tool, it doesn’t trace the path we made very well. Same goes with the bandage tool. Game characters and art, one out of five. UNCREATIVE. Zack Starks is basically Derek Stiles, Markus Vaughn, and Erhard Muller (CR-S01) all combined together. Same goes with some other characters, others are just characters with tiny edits. And don’t get us started on scenes, copying the Cr-s01 pose and the Phoenix Wright glare ain’t cool. And also the gameplay levels are exactly the same to the levels in Trauma Center and Team. And not to mention, lots of spelling and grammatical errors. Epic fail. Finally, gameplay itself, one out of five. A lot of the levels are almost impossible to beat. And, have stupid glitches. For example, the first viral boss (parodic Kyriaki), when we raise the vitals to 75, we automatically lose, and not because of time. And what’s really unfair is how quickly the vitals drop. Trauma center is isn’t like that at all. Overall? Terrible game, like a Chinese knockoff product. We do not suggest purchasing the game, because its not even worth a penny.
Extremely frustrating. Really wanted to play this game. It’s exactly what we’re looking for and it doesn’t even work. Really made us mad!
