Cannot get our game to load at all now!! We love Beswitched!! Can you guys check it out and see if there is something going on? We have tried several times to open and it gets stuck around 35%. Download of update went well. Thanks!! Blessings!!
We downloaded Beswitched on our iPhone and had no problem doing so, however ever time it goes through the process of opening when we press PLAY…, is get a Message that states Oops …. Unexpected Error… Continue and then it sends us on a continuous loop and reopens and downloads and it just continues over and over again in this same cycle!! We have removed it and have attempted to downs load it hoping for success but it just keeps doing it over and over again. Any suggestions???
We changed phones and we lost all our levels, everything it put us back to level 1. Can you help us please?

We love to play this game but they need to add more levels it been two months . And still no level.

We used to have this game, but we dont any more because it was take a lot of free time! We love it, but now we realize that this game is addictive and once you start you can never stop playing it! The game put its needed info about moves and your pieces needed so far at the top it is hidden behind the part of the screen that drops down. Basically it is all blacked out and you cant see it. So why bother?
We love this game, but it needs more levels. Updates arent coming fast enough.
We love this game except today when we went to play it was like it started over or something we were way up in levels had dragons now its at the beginning what happened.

Loved this game. We have been playing for more than two years. We were past level 400 and we opened up the app today many times and every time it lost all our info. Im back to the tutorial! What in the world?!?!? We will try tomorrow but if it still doesnt work we are deleting the app.
Thanks for finally updating it, we’ve been at level 600 for 6 months. But Im NOT HAPPY because the update completely wiped out all that we earned and made us start the whole thing all over again, that is why we’ve given it only 1 star.
We dont want to be a magical player. We want more levels. We have been waiting MONTHS for some more levels.

We really enjoyed this game until our jewels started vanishing. We’ve had 2000+ disappear in the last week. Will be glad to give better rate when fixed and reimbursed. Need more levels!
We love the game!! Im at level 600 and the game has stopped. Will there be more levels to this game? We hope! Its been a couple months, and still no games. Is this the end, dont want to delete the game if there are going to be more levels.
We love playing this game but each level/board gives you a set amount of moves to clear it. If you run out of moves you have the option to either use another life and restart that board or you can buy an additional 5 moves for 900 gems. If you cant clear the board with those extra 5 moves then you can buy 5 more but the price goes up to even more gems. We have only done the 900 gem buy in a handful of times and never the second buy in so we cant remember how many gems are needed for that 2nd buy. The reason we bring this up is because the amount of gems that can be earned through regular play are really not that great. We feel that the 900 gem buy in for 5 extra moves is a little steep. We really wish the extra moves buy in was lowered or the ability to earn more gems was increased. There have been times where we knew we only needed one more move to clear a board and hated the idea of wasting 900 gems for one more move. Also we wish the owl would stop coming in and flapping so loud and pointing to remind us while Im in the middle of a board that we can use a broom line sweep or something like that. We could see it reminding us for the first 10 levels or so but by level 30 Im fairly aware of all our options. He just doesnt go away until you make your next move and if you need a minute to think on your next move it can be very distracting. We could change the audio in the game or silence our cell but we like the sound when we match a good line. If you really want him there then maybe his flapping could be a little softer after a couple seconds. Other then that this game is great. Another thing we would like to mention is that we beat level 599 and when we went to play level 600 it said Youre a magical player! Never fear, more levels coming soon!….. That was 3 months ago. Are more levels coming? If so then when?
Really fun and creative game although, all our levels got reset during one of their updates. Besides that 10/10.
We love the game but its taking so long to develop new levels we may end up deleting soon if one doesnt come out soon.
Please be quick, so addicted to this game. We really need to play more levels. We love this game, we play every time we pick up our phone. We guess we will keep going in and getting as many things that we can before new levels come in.

Are there going to be any more levels? Also are there any more secret rooms. We’ve been playing for quite some time And no new rooms have become available and we have a ton of keys. Also the tickets to buy dragons, we’ve needed one yellow ticket and have played a ton of levels and can never get the yellow or purple tickets. So frustrating! Love the game but need faster incentives like rooms and tickets to buy dragons. Also need more levels. Apparently done at 600.
And there we go again, you launched the Flag Festival 2 days ago and finally we could move on from level 449 (finally because we have been stuck at 450 because there were more levels being added while there clearly were more levels already since others could move on from 449. Now, 17 hours away from the finish of the Flag Festival and on 1st place, the game stops again at level 500! This is VERY frustrating, especially because others appear to be able to play on and we get the more levels to add soon message again. Time to move on to another game? Come on people fix those damned bugs! Well, we guess this is where it stops for us, we want to give you five stars because we love the game, it got down to 3 when we couldnt move to higher levels and kept getting the same stupid message what a magical player we are and that more levels would be added soon. Well, that was what, 5 months ago? We are still stuck and now we have deleted your game from our ipad. Even your support link doesnt work anymore. Not cool to let your players down and never respond. So it is bye bye to this b.s.

Love the game. Played for hours to get jewels in the 1st flag fest. Got 1st place earned 3000 jewels. Did an update yesterday, now we have 600? WTH? We worked hard for those and was saving them. Want our jewels back!!!!!

We got to level 500 and we push the play and it said you did it your magical player new games coming soon whats up with this is it froze. It cant be the end Of the game because there is Other little critter that says 502 so whats going on we have not gotten all our dragons yet either but it said come back tomorrow and get our pointsI like the game but Im not happy with what just happened.

Really enjoy playing this game except they dont warn you that there are only 400 levels. Then it just ends.
The game is fun & Im on level 207, meaning we have been playing for awhile. Since we’ve started playing at random times the ADs dont work causing us to miss out on some major coin increases!! Basically doubling our money earned from the level & depending on the level isnt easy. Especially if its 300 plus coins. Which is rare! Recent update, but still doesnt work!! Frustrating & annoying… Fix it! Ughh…

Exceptionally beautiful game. Can be challenging but not overwhelming. Need to use some strategy but does not seem to be as arbitrary as some other games. Very enjoyable.
Relies much too heavily on the gimmick of adding weird squares that need destroyed in various ways, and difficulty in clearing levels without spending real money happens much too fast to remain enjoyable. Just make the game $3 and stop with the Energy/Gems/Microtransactions silliness.
