Im not sure whats happening but lately it is so hard to login in our account. We had to try like 20 times before we can login successfully. We like this game so please fix this.
This 13 card poker app is fun and exciting, yet fast pace and requires you to look at your cards and think quickly in order to stay on top of your game as theres a time limit for you to arrange your cards before showdown. One thing thats challenging is that you need to position yourself in a safe hand as soon as possible, because if someone hits lucky 13, the round ends there immediately, and if youre still in the process of arranging your cards, itll count as bad hand and you can lose tons of coins. Also one thing we didnt quite like is that it ranks the suits as well, which is unheard of in 13 card poker, at least we have never played that way. But as long as you bear in mind with that rule, you should do fine. This game is for you if youre up for some brain challenge and/or trying to kill time.
Great classic game and platform. We do notice the app crashes if your internet/wifi connection is weak. This app could be better if there were an option to play with friends!
Im so tired of watching a video for a gem and then after its played it says no gems. Please fix.
TRASH.. U get to switch cards, if your opponent (bots) has a special hand your dead bckz the app gives you NO TIME to areange your cards. & if they arent properly alligned you will lose double 1 for the special & 1 bad arrangement. Dumb. & BOTS ALWAYS WIN SMH.
Been on about 50 rounds at 2 tables, only winning 5, dealt crappy hands, and other people (same) keep getting big wins while Im losing hundreds of millions of $$$. Terrible.

We initially gave 2 stars. We took one of. You will lose to lucky 13 4 out of 5 games. Those are fake accounts created by the games. You get bad hands often. No fairness in this game.
Something wrong with the app, on the game keep freeze or messed up the game.
The developers need to fix the bug when a player gets LUCKY 13, you automatically set a bad arrangement and lose a huge portion of your chips.

The game is just avg, its fun and we play it often. Things that make us deduct 2 stars: if someone gets an automatic win and you dont have a valid hand set in time you end up losing everything with a bad arrangement. Second is that for the log in rewards we’ve read that no one gets the top prize when you make your choices. Knowing this before we started playing we’ve been picking the same 3 cards in the same position for the last few months and guess what, we’ve never received the top prize. You pick 3 cards out of 12 so you should have a 1 in 4 chance to get it. Nope we’ve selected at least 100 times and have never gotten it.
Very confused on how flushed work….. Every casino we have been in a flush is awarded by high card followed by suit this game goes only by suit so if you have a flush make it in spades. Second issue we have is how the winning system works we have fullhouse flush pr we beat three of the four players yet we still loose credits/money!!! Other than these two items we like the game a lot but can use improvements.
App has many many bugs! First off, we’ve seen lower ranking flushes win over higher ones so many times we’ve lost count! We’ve also seen it rank our own hands – one higher over another when the one its saying is higher is clearly lower. And even worse yet, on rare occasions we’ve seen it give us a bad arrangement penalty when we KNOW KNOW KNOW 4 a FACT we had them in the correct order!! And another bad thing is how after you play 4 awhile, u run out of energy, and then it tries to get u buy gems to restore your energy and continue playing. If u take a break from playing your energy will restore on its own. Admittedly it is a pretty fun game when it functions properly- but we would definitely recommend not taking it too seriously and definitely NOT dropping any $$ into it b/c we wont spend a cent to play! Whatever we cant do for free Ill simply do without- and we would recommend the same to anyone else – we view it as a small diversion only! Also VERY annoying when an opponent gets a lucky 13, everyone elses screen freezes and you cannot make any more changes- even when u havent used all your time yet. That has caused us to get a bad arrangement penalty- and thats not fair; we should have all the time on our clock to make adjustments regardless!
Never seen an app with so many glaring bugs. This is not a professional-level program. Poor graphics, but much worse ranks hands incorrectly as others have pointed out but also YANKS YOUR INCOMPLETE HANDS AWAY with no warning even when you supposedly have time left! For the coupe de grace, ABSOLUTELY NO HELP OR FAQ ON ALL THE INCOMPREHENSIBLE RULES. There are MISSIONS, CMs, TOKENS, GEMS. WHAT THE HELL ARE THEY? It wont tell you anything. Poorly written, sloppily tested app that could be fun if developers would actually work on all the problems.
This has a lot of BS, theres never nuff time to set your cards, it takes too long switching cards and then the way they calculate the winning is BS, PLEASE DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON THIS GAME!!!! Totally not worth it.
The game is good but when we get 6 pairs Lucky13 never pops up for us?
Other reviews have mentioned a strange thing when hands are evaluated. At first we thought we were going crazy when flushes with a higher high card like a King were losing to flushes with a lower high card like a Jack (as in 3,6,10,Q,K losing to 3,4,8,10,J). Or, like the hand we just played, we had a flush with the King high card as our back hand and the one with the Jack as our middle hand and a 3 card flush as our front hand. The game said our cards were set incorrectly and we had a big loss. The suit shouldnt be an issue unless cards are of equal value. We checked their tutorial. It seems like winning is determined by suit. We’ve never heard of ranking that way, it doesnt make sense and ruins the fun for us. Its a major problem if a player is spending money on the game and assumes the rules are like other poker-type games. Why dont they clearly warn the players in advance? Why do they have a high rating if so many people have complained?
It would be good, but we dont have enough time to set up our hands. The way the cards are laced out is so unorganized for us.
Ya need to bring back the diamond quest rewards. Playing a lot less because theres no incentive.
You have to login with Facebook any time you start a session Many time it sorts the cards in a different way and when there is a lucky 13 there is no time to set your cards It needs to be improved.
We had lost many game for no reason , we took the picture but we dont know how to post in here . For example we had 4 aces and straight , and other game we had 2full house and we lost for the guy had only 4 pairs.
Like the game but lost so much chips due to lagging and frequent glitch.
Whats up with the log in ever since we updated to IOS 12 just keeps loading Now tells us to update and now. And now cant log in.
After reading lots of reviews, we can totally agree with all complaints. We will not spend a dime on your game until you fix all the bugs. Payout is totally off when you win and why do you need energy / gems to play? Seems like we would just be throwing away our money! Fix and Ill be okay to spend!
If you want to learn how to play 13 cards…. This is it…. Love this app….. Bring back our childhood memories of playing 13 cards with our friends on new year weeks. Problem login in after update the software though????

Whats wrong with this game? After we update it today, out of 10 games, only 2 games went to through, the 8 deals always logging out.
We just updated it today now it lagging and we cannot play it kepps logging us out all the time we tried it will load but then will go then restart again.
For all who are playing this game. The game is rigged with payouts and the app keep freezing or crashing. Its design for you to spend money to buy chips or gems. You will never win with someone who has 3X multiplier. When you purchase gems or chips, app can freeze but YOU WILL GET CHARGE WITH NO REFILLS. BEWARE!! Developers responses are sorry your issues has been addressed to the proper department and THANK YOU FOR MAKING ME A MILLIONAIRE FOOLS.
Lucky 13 win based on speed of confirming hands… Used diamonds to increase card change or multiplier only to end up in table with 1 or 2 players losing maximum potential of winning… Timers too short… No time allotted to finish setting hands when someone has lucky 13 resulting in bad arrangement. All these poor game structure frustrates the paying player making us consider not spending anymore..
We have the same gave in the Philippines called PUSOY ~ For one this is very buggy ~ and whomever designed this gave has actually no clue ~ how the ACTUAL GAME IS PLAYED! But its fun to play.
It freezes to much. You need to work on it..
They need to use kicker to determine strength of flushes and high card not by suits. Example jack high flushes of spades is not stronger ace high flush of any other suits . And if 2 person have same high card should not be determined by suits but next kicker card . This needs to be changed. Thanks.
The only problem is that the screen doesnt fit the iPhone x, except that the app in one of the best app we used.
We really enjoy the game and it is addictive. However, there are too many problems with the game that are extremely frustrating. First off, every 20 minutes we got logged off during a match and when we get back in we automatically lost or have no time to arrange cards and lose. We lost so many coins losing big hands in the high lobbies. Secondly, whenever someone gets a lucky 13, they automatically win without giving you a a chance to arrange your cards so most of the time you get a bad arrangement after a chance he card. You should be given at least 10 seconds to rearrange cards to play the other players. Lastly, the people who have lots of gems will pay extra for bombs and multiply their wins. This is a huge disadvantage to everyone else. When you win you get the bae amount and when they win you lose big. We can win 2 of 3 hands but still lose a lot. Fix those things and we would keep playing and spend more money on gems. If not, it is too frustrating to play.
We noticed that the payout isnt right!! Go to history and look at your previous hands, youll see the calculation is wrong! Good game. But DO NOT PAY MONEY to play this game if it rips you off!! We’ve been playing this game for a while now. And its still NOT FIXED!!
Game style was bad, sometimes it gets u confused to deck up the so call back mid front!! It supposed started from front to back! What the heck is mission? Shouldnt suppose arrange highest front mid back??
We used to like it but recent changes made it too hard without spending money and we wont do that also cant listen to music and play at same time and foul hand when 13s hit, need to allow time.

Game is fun but its rigged. Cards are not random at all. If youre not paying youre not going to win.
We like this game, but the 45 seconds that allowed to arrange the cards is too short; needs to increase to at least 60 seconds or more. Also, when someone gets lucky 13, the rest of the players should still be able to finish arranging their cards. Oh yeah, the payouts are not correct; when you win they only pay you half, but when you lose they take the full amount.
You guys better fix this mess!!!! Man, every time you guys are always cutting us off in the middle of our good game man.. And we starting to like this game we cant go on like this.. So guys, come on man!!!!!! We are about to this close deleting this game man, it is so frustrating!!!!
Can you guys fix the bugs. It takes forever to log in and the game freezes if you are lucky to log in. Ever since we updated our phone this has been such a pain to login to play.
The app keeps crashing when we just start a hand and when we try to get back in it keeps going like we were playing so it is causing a lot of coins and power ups to be lost.
