Ive had this game for yearsss on many devices! We havent played it for a while tho! Im trying to play it now on a new device! Do they still pay or not?! We really love big time so much but our one concern is that we are not able to know and view how fall am we on the willing draw, they need to fix this because there is no way someone is going to play without knowing how fall are they. Its fun and does payout however the minimum payout is 10.00 and it does take some time to build up but when you reach the 10.00 payout it psys you via paypal but its 10.00 CAD which is Canadian currency after using paypal to convert it to USD you end up with just shy of 7.00.

Ive played this game before,& we can truly say that we liked it better when there was a vault in the game. We enjoyed having the ability to decode how many tickets we wanted for ourselves,& how many tickets we wanted to put into the drawing.

We have an iPhone 13 and the app is fine with the minigames but our only problem is that it doesn't let us do anything more than minigames, it doesn't let us access any type of adjustment. For example, they mentioned the wallet but we don't know how to access it. We saw that there is an arrow under the tickets and the countdown but we touch it and it doesn't do anything. We would like you to help us with our problem because the app is not bad at all and we don't want to leave it.

We Love solitaire we been playing for years but there used to be a cash out thing but now its saying you cant cash out at all Why? The other way we LOVED we might delete this game Ill give exactly 7 days to see if the game changes if not imma delete.
We played this game for years and we always had the bank in wallet on the right side of the game. Now when we download this on our iPhone its a totally different game he doesnt have the bass on the right side we dont have our nine dollars we had saved up to cash out and its totally different so the money we had saved up to cash out is gone and it started us all the way over and we guess you cant cash out money no more? Tickets are interesting but one of the person that won had 1.3 Million tickets, they are either hacking or addicted to this game, Like how is anyone supposed to win if they are there to just win tons of the raffles!? And for the games, they make the 2.5k tickets for the game just out of reach. There is something wrong with the app last couple days our points hasn't been registered & When we play the big time game why we cant see our score with the new look of the game we dont see our or even get any credit for the game such as chromo combine. Oh & by the way we have cashed out twice & still havent got the first cash out plus it does show we cashed out just last night shows no record os this becoming another one of those app that try & get you involved by pays you nothing but ads what fun is that. Where withdraw option and how to see how much we earn.
Re-downloaded the app after 3+ years. They used to let you cash out tickets for actual money instead of just using a raffle system. We think it took 100 or 1,000 tickets to get 10. Even though it took awhile to earn tickets and you needed at least $5 or $10 to cash out, it was really awesome. Theres also too many frequent ads now and some of the games glitch. The layout is kind of weird- its set up as if you need to play one game to unlock the other (you dont) and the games arent even in order of difficulty so using a map layout is pointless. We guess the only good thing left is that the games are still fun and challenging! We also like the noise when you get tickets.
First off, too many unskippable ads. Second off, the games are terribly made and are made to make you lose easily.
No longer lets you cash out and any tickets that you previously exchanged to help add up to the 10$ are just gone.
We loosing all our money around 8-9 dollars to the new upgrade.
Every time we play the bank and ticket withdrawal doesnt open the arrow at the top is there for no reason.

So in the iPhone Xr you cant access you wallet so you cant save tickets, so until the issue is fixed we're leaving it to 1 star.
Ive had this app for a really long time, loved it, have been saving our tickets for over a year to convert to cash , now the app doesnt offer cash anymore? New interface has only games, our tickets are gone, no other option to select, only play. Cant collect tickets or anything. Was only playing for money, going to delete now.
We play because we want to win money, but for some reason we no longer can log into the app. On the new screen, theres no way to earn tickets or anything, so theres no point to us playing. We emailed support about it but have yet to hear back from them. Its the same with nearly every one of their games which is super frustrating. So Ill be looking for a new company that pays to play. There are plenty of others to choose from now.
What happen ,!! This new update is confusing. Where are our tickets? How do we get to Them ? How do we get to our characters.
