We completed a tap joy task for bucks, specifically the Sirius task for 500 bucks and we have not received the reward? Why did we get Sirius if Im not gonna get our bucks for it.
For some reason this game keeps deleting the wins we get we had a record of 174-5364 and it keeps deleting it to like 171 wins or it sometimes 169 we dont understand why it keeps doing that we have to keep winning just to get our current wins back but it keeps deleting then over and over whats up with that.
The ten games we played today have been all 89 and none of player in normal spot than the goalie same score half time 1-0 always lossing the game with our 93 ovr team which means am crazy or its ai in the game.
Its wide and when we press the buttons it dosent go through.
We cant play this game on our iPad for some reason.
This game is tons of fun its just such a shame that the developers refuse to show it any love. There is so much potential this game can improve and build on.
Easily a great game but but for the positions when we put our defenders on defense it's the wrong spot. Hopefully u can change that.

If Hothead games sees this, please re-release boom boom football. It was one of our favorite games ever, and we would really love to play it again. We never really got to play it due to our old iPad being out of date, but if there is a way that we can play the game again, we would love to know how.
But theres one problem for five bucks when you win a game and A 25% chance of getting a superstar in a gold pack and in a big players pack it should be 50% chance in a players pack it should be a 30% chance.
Look Big Win games are amazing but there is one thing yall should do. BRING BACK SEA STARS. Sea stars was our childhood and if you bring it back we will be so happy. You cant just take down a game like Sea Stars. We cant get it back cause we had it on a previous Apple ID account. PLEASE BRING THE GREATEST GAME EVER BACK HOTHEAD.
This game really really deserves more than 3.7 stars, at least 4.5 Stars because it is really an old game that has been taken care sooooo good and the developers keep making updates. Thank you.

This game would be great if they had subs for every game besides race car so lets do this and go foot out the foot.
We loved this game but after we updated our iPad to IOS 16 the game doesnt work please update the game.

Love the big win games but why cant we customize the faces in this one? And we wish there was something to make matchmaking better because we end up playing 90+ overall teams about every time.
The game is fun but the matchmaking is awful. Our team has an overall of 60, however most of the time we get matched up with people with a full team of platinum players and overalls over 90. Even when we started it was like this, an overall 39 vs a 92? This is a HUGE problem when it comes to tournaments and events, it is nearly impossible for us to even have a chance at top 1000. Please make matchmaking fair.
This game could really use updating. The player models and animations are all just kind of ugly, and outdated compared to the other big win games. Customization isn't as appealing with the limited choices too. All the games could stand some more customization additions, but this one especially. Not fond of the championship events either. Whatever engine or process that is deciding who wins is… Lacking. Half the teams we face are overpowered and win by tons. The other half are teams we should be able to have a fair chance against- our team loses anyway unless we use the gold Big Impact cards. Even when the other team isn't using any, there's a better chance they win! This happens with the other Big Win games too. It's kind of frustrating. ALSO–none of the games have been giving us the daily card pack. What's going on.
We cannot recall the amount of games Ive lost because of pens. Id give up like 3 pens and then when Im in the box they make perfect tackles! We never gets calls and the cards are absolutely terrible. They never work for us. Then you got matchmaking. We literally have played against like 4 people who have been equal to us from all of our games. If you cant pull that many players to make equal matchmaking then lower the max rating for teams to make it fair. We literally just want to watch some virtual soccer but cant because you guys at hothead made a game for people with thick wallets.
We couldnt even get into the starting screen. It was so stretched out, and we couldnt even press new team. So please do not play this game. TERRIBLE.
Had this game for several years. Now it will not run on iOS 16. Is there an update coming.
And fix the matchmaking your game is so bad.
Bought the 9.99 and it ended up charging us 3 times and we didnt get any big bucks. Horrible system.
Pity the recent update didn't deal with the constant crashes and disconnections. This should have been the top priority. Hothead hasn't lifted a finger to fix this. If the App Store has an ounce of integrity they'll order Hothead to fix this mess or deactivate their apps.
Please update these games they used to be so fun.
Why are there ads blocking our screen permanently and why are there unskippable ads in a game that has micro transactions good game bad use of it.

When we first played this game, it was the best game. Its been two years now and Im still playing. This is the best game Ive ever played. Im also addicted to big win football and big win basketball. Overall this game is 10 out of 10 so keep doing what your doing.
Ive been playing this game since 2013 (the start of this great game)The one feature Ive wanted is to open multiple packs at the same time. Please add it will make the game a lot better for us and other players. -One day later Also your bots are to strong our lowest player on our team is a platinum 93 and we lose pretty much every game because of your bots. Please nerf the bots are to strong. -1 week later You guys need to be more active on your social media you need to do the promos again. Like back in 2012 you did the super star platinum player promo that would bring tons of players back.

We love this game and it is really fun to play, but please add an offline mode with pre-season (maybe), regular season, and playoffs.
Im only lvl 2 and Im going up against lvl 90 people.
This was a solid game that we loved 2,3 years ago but a lack of content and a surprisingly insane amount of adds has dragged it down too a 2 star game.
What is this? All you do is watch some soccer game when you feel confident that you are going to beat a bronze level 2 with an overall of 40 team, but you lose to them because you are an overall of 60? What bull am we playing?! Im done with all of the Big win games, there all rigged, not worth your time.

We have a stacked 81 overall team and we are starting to lose to many teams in a 60 overall radius. We dont know how this is happening but its terrible because when Im in quick game we dont really care but when Im in cups like the pro 10. It infuriated us we spent time on this game unlike our opponent yet they avail. (CHELSEA FC ALLSTARS).
We guess its a fun game, if you wanna spend your time building up a team to constantly lose to people who just started a few minutes ago. Its pretty blatant this game is a pay to win when we have a gold goal-keeper with boosted attributes, and we get 3 goals scored on us by a bronze forward that belongs to a team that doesnt even have complete team chemistry yet and no big impact cards played, and then on the other side of the field, our gold forwards shots always seem to be blocked by the keeper who is standing in the middle of the goal, despite the fact we use off the woodwork cards every single game. We cant tell you how many penalties our team gives up, every slide tackle ends in a free kick or penalty, and then the other team, flawless slide tackles, one right after the other, doesnt matter if its an all platinum defense, or an all bronze one with nothing but out of position players. How many games in a row am we going to get a last minute goal scored on us? Its almost guaranteed if the team gets passed midfield anytime passed the 85th minute, theyre gonna score, really takes away the value of late goals when they happen 8/10 games, and really pisses you off when the team you were playing couldnt even possess the ball for the first 85 minutes, and suddenly become world class players and tie up the game in the last 5 minutes. This has the potential to be a good game, but it needs to be made fair and base the games outcome by the actual stats of the team, players, boosts, and level, and not by the stats of our credit card digits and how many bills we put in your pocket, pay to win is a corporate mentality that can turn the greatest thing ever to something that even sitting in a garbage can would be giving it more respect than its worth. Big Win is a Big L.
This game is Bad fix the typing error when you try to customize a player.
When you updated the game so your teams would go to find a team we just loved the app because we could do soccer game predictions like the rivalry BYU vs Utah.
We think that you shouldnt go up against level 156 when you are level 2 but other than that this game is pretty good.
Good game just stop with so many ads.
We have been playing this game for a long time, and have throughly enjoyed it. It was easy to play a match or two in your free time. But now, after each game there is a seemingly unskippable ad. This is incredibly annoying. There are already in-app purchases, why do you need to add in ads? In short, we like the game, but the ads are very off-putting, and we are having a hard time enjoying the game because of them.
Game is lame. Dont download. You can have a team with 20 plus more rating and use gold cards and still lose. Its a waste. Find something better. If we could give negative stars we would.
Ads destroy the continuity and waste the users time.
