What Makes Bingo Caller Stand Out
This app is designed to randomly pick Bingo numbers and display called numbers. You can mirror to an Apple TV, output to a projector via HDMI, share the app window to a group video app, or just show it on from your computer display. You can have the app pick random numbers or click and unclick numbers chosen from your Bingo ball picking cage. The app can optionally say the numbers aloud. Controls are simple. Tap the timer button to have the app auto-pick numbers every 2, 4, 6, 9, 12, or 15 seconds.
SWITCH USERS: Users with physical challenges can choose a random new ball with the switch button, or press "1" on an attached keyboard.

Wonderful bingo caller for personal use at home or anywhere you want to play bingo where you already have the bingo cards and dabbers and you need a number caller. The only drawback is if you have a bingo card pattern where a letter group of numbers dont need to be called you have to manually touch all the numbers in that letter group so they get called before you start the game and since they have already been manually called the app wont call out that letter group of numbers. It really isnt that big of a deal and takes less than a couple of seconds to do. All in all it works flawless and we have enjoyed many hours of fun with the family and friends using the app. To the developers a big thank you.
We wish you could flip the board so it would be the long way not just side ways.
Whent to use this app with our kids class this morning and noticed new features, but now it doesnt call the numbers. We like the timer feature and if the voice would call, we could be hands free and be doing other things. Was considering paying for the bingo + but not taking the chance of its not going to call. That would be so awesome! What happened, can you help.
Gosh we really loved the simplicity of this app and Ive used it for a while for our bingo nights but they recently did an update and now theres only three different theme colors. It was really nice before when we could match the color of the screen to the proper bingo card we are playing so hopefully they will add more colors again soon. Otherwise this app has been great and very useful.
We use this app for the seniors we work with. This app was so simple and so easy to use with them. But this update has changed the game. What could be done in seconds before now adds time and consequence to the game. Its a little irritating. Why did this app need an update? It shouldve been left alone.
We use this app at a retirement home. It worked great, until the new update changed things. It is a much worse experience as it takes much longer to do anything with the app. Dont fix what isnt broken.
Our seniors lived this app for calling bingo at our senior center. The latest update has changed the background and number colors making it hard for them visually. Our phone automatically updated to the new version. How we wish we could go back to the older version.
04/12/2023 Got the automatic update. There is an important feature that is missing from the previous version. The presentation feature that would allow the app to display in 16:9 when plugged into a TV. Also, when hooked up to a TV, the controls would not show on the screen – but would still be available on the iPad (this made it look VERY professional)! We cant understand why this feature was removed.
As an activity director we do bingo 4 days a week and this app is a life saver! There arent any ads, you can change the background colors and even tap the rows you dont want to use if youre playing a specific game of bingo.
We played using AirPlay to cast to our Roku TV. The setting for whether it shows the buttons on the TV is a little wonky but the family had a great time.
So simple and yet highly effective. The only suggestion we have is to put a timer on it so the numbers get called automatically at the same time on top of having someone pressing the button every time. It could be construed that someone is cheating because the numbers can be called with the master board also.
We had a blast with this bingo caller. It was easy to use and made a Covid holiday fun even while social distancing.
This made day camp so much easier! It helped keep the campers busy on a day too hot to go out! Simple and easy to use! Love it.
It would be a nice feature to have the option for different colors on each row. So each letter row is color coordinated and easier to discern, especially for younger players. This is a super simple app that generates and records bingo numbers. We are using this for online Bingo that we are hosting and couldnt be more pleased with the app. Ad free and intuitive.
Wish it had different game modes like corners, X, etc. Would gladly pay some for that option.
Using this app with our iPad. We would have rated this a 5 star but when using this app through mirroring whether its TV or Apple TV the caller sound will not work. Doesnt happen often but often enough where youd have to announce the ball verbally. It does seem to work flawlessly if you set it up wired.
Doesnt actually call anything even when sounds are on. Its auto call only does 1 at a time, so whats the point of it? Theres no settings, and to change colors you dont pick them, its just random.
There are other bingo-calling apps out there. You can pay, get banner ads, sent to Safari for ads, etc. None of them compare to this simple yet beautifully efficient app! We used this for a school bingo night to help young children and those for whom English is a second language to make sure they got the right numbers. We projected the app onto a big screen and everyone was a big fan of having that visual cue! We actually used a physical bingo cage to choose the numbers so it was nice the way the app allowed us to just record the numbers too. Two suggestions which would really make the app perfect: 1. Allow the ability to turn off all sounds. The voice reading of the numbers is great EXCEPT when the iPad or iPhone is also driving a speaker (wired or Bluetooth) and you dont want to interrupt the music. As we were calling out the numbers over a mic we didnt need the app to read them out anyway. 2. The ability to hide the control buttons in the top row when you are using an external screen is brilliant, but it is also flaky. We couldnt get it to work consistently: sometimes it hides, other times it shows, and it seems to be very laggy if it even responds. As this is probably an Apple limitation we dont hold this against the app, but it is a promise somewhat unfulfilled. Anyway, a brilliantly simple yet fully-featured app for calling and/or displaying bingo games. Thanks.
