We’ve been playing this for a long time. Im almost to level 63. Since the new year it doesnt allow us to collect bonus in each game. We emailed and still waiting for resolution. So all we do is collect hourly bonuses. Other than this issue, we have enjoyed playing.
This game is rigged and unfair. Its been a few times the same set of numbers were called twice in the same game.
For a simple game, this bingo is fun. But when you rarely ever win, why bother. We can play one round every few hours because we have to either collect the bonus 4 times or spend an exorbitant amount of money. Come on developers! This is a game, not real life.
We injoy the game it everytime we play the jackpots they start out fine an get faster an faster an them lights flashing in your face when your looking for numbers its ridiculous. We keep up with bingo games pretty good am 62 years old been playing many years but you go faster an faster so we just quit we like to injoy bingo or feel all stressed out and we like your game but we’ve had to quit again tonight in the middle cause it started going faster an with those lights going on an it makes it hard to see the numbers.

We were on level 14 with over 10000 Points and then we went to play again we lost most of our points and we were back to level six. Very disappointed.
After 3 years of playing and data gathering, we find the ratio of perfect daubs to Bingo is extraordinarily high. Thus, one has to gather a pool of plays for weeks, play 4 games, have 4 perfect daubs and MAYBE win a single bingo, and then take another few weeks to gather resources to play again. So it is now time to drop out of this rat race and spend our time on the several bingos which allow players a modicum of rewards so as to win more than once in a blue moon.
If you get more than 1-2 bingos you should receive at least what you bet.
Really.. A few days ago we could bet 4.5 million and get better odds of winning the Mega… Now we have to bet 18 million to get the better odds???? You have truly messed it up.. And when we complained about our winnings, we got a sorry oh well response.. This used to be our favorite game and now its not even worth it!!!
People could win more if you all didnt roll numbers twice or three times when the number come across we’ve seen it many time were we just marked a number and two rolls later it come back up again so wrong real bingo doesnt use the number twice.
The jackpot games now require more money to play. This just recently happened as we were playing it yesterday and it didnt require 18,000 dollars to play all three jackpots. This game is fun to play, but… It gets bugs often and when you write to support they send an automated message and never fix the problem they no longer use Apple for support so youre stuck. We’ve had it with them so quitting the game.
Game used to be fun & customer service was great, but im not sure what happened but someone or something screwed it all up. We were told as usual un & reinstall & clear cache. This is the only game we have downloaded in the the 10 yrs we have had an iPhone that is a rip off. The other day we won 22,000+ in chips, the app conviently crashed the second all our winnings added up, we immediately opened it back up and guess what? Our winnings were gone. When we emailed them, the refunded us 250 thousand. They have a reward mini game that there is no way to win. We won 21x our winnings but because the game doesnt allow u to stop playing till u lose, u will only win 1x or 2x the winnings. Who ever designed this game, made it so the people who play lose one way or another. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

Probably one of the most relaxing bingo games available on the internet. Can be a little slow if Im trying to rush but overall enjoyable.
We really loved playing but we had to pretty much stop because we were spending about $200.00 a week to play. We feel that $100.00 should buy a lot of coinage. If someone spends more than that they can play longer than we could. Some people win billions of coinage and we dont know how but we certainly wouldnt be able to buy that much. There is no chance in this game. Have played it extensively and paid close attention to the timing of payouts. When you are close to a goal , this is when you win nothing. Every time. Of course they hope you will pony up a dollar or two to buy a little more playing points (which are wildly overpriced) so that you can reach that goal. Of course all games of chance that include betting have odds stacked toward the house, but with this game its just ridiculous.
We could love this app, but you might win a bingo 1 out of 10games. A triple or more the odds are worse. There is nothing that explains the daubers and Id like to know what Im earning, if anything. So far the daubers mean nothing… We refuse to buy coins when the odds are so bad. The algorithm is horrid and the developers need to let us win once in a while or we wont come back or spend. We have no problem having coins as we win and dont ever have to purchase more. However when we get mystery boxes its for stones that we maxed out for that board 100 games ago. We wish the stones were more evenly spread out. We’ve probably won 500 red stones for which we dont need. If you spread them out more evenly then this would be a perfect 5 star game.

We love Bingo games. But unfortunately this is another one that we sadly will delete. Its a very fun game in our opinion, hence two stars instead of one star. But the win loss ratio is too far on the loss side. You must make larger and larger bets if you want to progress in the game. But sadly when we hit level 15 we kept losing more and more coins. And the price to purchase is ridiculous. . We read some of the reviews. Yes it is a game of chance but you are in control of the win/lose ratio. So your responses are crap in our opinion. Im out.
We thought we were just being crazy when this first happened but heres what we now believe to be true. We really only play the jackpot bingo and we would win at least a small jackpot every other day, at least! We had so many coins for weeks but then we ran out and bought some, which was fine and in our impatience, we went to that well two more times. From the moment we went there the third time, not only did we stop getting a jackpot ever, and its been a couple of weeks, but we never get anything anymore. At worst there would be double bingos, triple bingos, coin tiles. Since we made that last purchase, we have never gotten more than two Bingos per game. We’ve been playing for months and that never EVER happened before. Im convinced its not a coincidence anymore. Im out.
