We really like this game and we request ppl to install it but there are too little turns in the levels. First of all when you go into the first level its an intro of Anna and Elsa telling you they need help decorating the castle entrance, each item or decoration is at least one or two snowflakes, which means you have to play a level to earn a snowflake. Some of the levels are easy but once you start passing level 100 it gives too little turns for the hard levels its so frustrating. You have to complete the level in a couple turns but Im usually one or two turns short and Im only able to buy more turns once because they increase the amount of coins once you buy it. Please add more turns that is must for ppl who like to play the game a lot, other than that the game is very fun personally this is our fave game on our phone right now.
Come on guys we has exited playing this game and now we have to wait because our next chapter is coming soon… DELETE… But thanks we did really love the game.
Game keeps crashing but when we were able to play it, it was fun.
This does not work on many devices. When you find one where it doesnt crash its a bit too much. Every other level is marked Hard or Super Hard. Isnt that overkill? Slow your roll this should be fun and not torture.
The game is fun and it grows and evolves in its levels and difficulty but it freezes and crashes a lot – takes your lives and doesnt register wins. Ive contacted technical support and gotten crickets! Yes . . . Ive gotten to level 1,000 but it can be very frustrating. Mor than once Ive wanted to drop kick this game.
We like this game…when it works. It glitches and gets stuck all the time. Its really frustrating to beat a super hard level youve been trying to beat for days, only to have it glitch and you have to restart the app and do it all again! We havent spent more than $e on this game and we just finished level 1055 but Im stuck here because there are no more levels. Hopefully they update soon and both add more levels and fix the glitches. We wouldnt hold our though on fixes the glitches.

This has happened to us more times than we can count. You complete a level, the game says it is complete, yet Elsa hangs her had sadly, and you are forced to do it again. Don't try to ask customer support for help. They basically laugh at you, say oh well, we will tell tech. No return for any tools you used in level. Some way for a company that is representing Disney to behave. We guess they have NEVER read any of the Disney management books. Play game at your own risk, but do NOT ever expect support from Jam City. Expect to be laughed at and told its your problem.
We started out really liking this game. The story and animations were really well done and really cute and even though gameplay was a little slow it was still fun. The gameplay wasnt the most responsive, sometimes when we would drag a piece it would go a different way or something like that it just didnt pick up the moves perfectly but overall was a good game but after a few levels you really start hitting pay walls and its frustrating. They make the tasks for each level incredibly high and then give you a low number of moves to accomplish the task effectively forcing you to purchase additional upgrades to get through the levels. There is no skill involved, you will be forced to pay to get through the levels. Im in adult and we take our time and really look at things on the board and even we cant get through them, we can see a child getting extremely frustrated with this game because its just too hard too early on. Really disappointed, expected better from Disney.
This game has stop working two(2) times. We uninstalled once then the second time, it froze again. Low points awarded & no points for boosters. Unrewarding & tiresome! Unrewarding.
When we first entered this game, we thought this was the greatest game ever because we watched frozen two and Elsa is our favorite character.
We like the games however there havent been any new rooms to decorate in over a year. We have over 4000 credits accumulated that we cant use for anything. When will there be new games.
Wish the power ups unused would carry over game to game.

We downloaded this game after a suggestion from a friend, and we like the graphics and gameplay! Haven't discovered any bugs. However, maybe in the next update make more colors? We like the usual teal, blue, purple, orange, green, and pink but maybe add red, white, and black? Also, maybe more than three options for furniture, maybe 5? And also, make more lives cost less. These are small requests, hope that they happen! Thanks.
We lost two months early this year due to the update issue, and then we ultimately had to delete and start over. (we were compensated with coins and such for the most part, we gave up asking as we discovered more things missing & just decided to rebuild.) Since then, events are ending three to eight hours earlier than shown. Its so frustrating to return to the game in the late afternoon to finish off an event that was supposed to end at 8pm or 9pm only to find it has disappeared completely. Ive learned to lower our expectations significantly.
Love the game but it takes too long for them to add new levels.
We would like this game better if there were not so many directions.
This used to a favorite of ours (Im an adult!) but it doesnt seem to work anymore, despite having a recent update. When we open, it just stays on the Disney logo and doesnt do anything. Id love to play again is it not supported anymore.
The Terms Service keeps appearing every time we open the app – even after we had clicked the we Agree button. It should only a ONE time acknowledgment – not every single time we open the game. While not a dealbreaker, this is incredibly annoying and would think the developers can easily fix this bug / glitch.
Game freezes just as you win a level or star.
We love this game so much-Im at level 3,402 and have 616 snowflakes! The problem is, our game is now Frozen (and we dont think by Elsa) we cant play levels, spend snowflakes, decorate, open the settings menu or in-game shop. Ive tried closing the app and shutting our device, but nothings helped. Im playing on an IPad, and we have plenty of storage space. We dont want to uninstall the app and risk losing all of our progress. Please help us recover access to this amazing game.

Can you update it again, we have been trying to get in and it is froze up and it wont let us in. We really love the game a lot. It is amazing. It help us to clear our head.

Have always enjoyed this game until recently. Now the game has completely frozen up and once app is opened unable to play as nothing is working. VERY disappointed.
We think you guys are really nice because usually in our other games when theyre like this they usually like when we move something and it doesnt work they take that point away but with you guys you guys dont do that you guys when we twist one you guys dont take that point away so thats what we like about it and they let us read sentences or you can skip them and yeah you like thats the reason why and we really like all the details and stuff they do but thats the reason why we like Anna and Elsa and we keep forgetting to snow in the name we dont know we dont know but yeah thats the reason why we like you guys but.
Update: receive an email after posting this review. All the suggestions to correct our problem are all the things we mentioned below. So nothing has been solved. Loved playing this game for a long time. Then one day it locks up. Went through all the help options, still didnt work. There was an option to email for help. Well, we did and many emails later its still not fixed. Now Im sorry we even started this game.
The game was fun for years. Wouldve given it 4 stars before (often had glitches but not too bad) but the most recent rooms to decorate have been much less involved and cost way more snowflakes to do anything. And the prizes for finishing the rooms were pathetic. And then recently the game froze. Solid. Rather fitting considering the name. You can log in but no button on the homescreen will respond. We made sure the app was up to date. Still doesnt work. Reached out to customer service and they told they were working on it. So we think it s been down for 17 days now. No update yet beyond this from customer service: we apologize that this has taken so long to be fixed, our developers are still working on this issue, we're sorry but we don't have a precise timeframe on when this will be fixed.
We love this game we can spend hours just playing on it. It helps us decompress and relax after work. The puzzles are always fun and exciting. The only problem we have and the reason we didnt give it a 5 star is because its been at least 3-4 weeks since a new room was created and we have 200 stars just waiting to be used. We think the developers are doing well with keeping the puzzles going but we started playing this game to decorate Arrendell Are any new rooms in the works? We have over 300 snowflakes because its been so long since a new room has been added. Edit: we havent been able to play for over a week. The game appears to be frozen. Ive even uninstalled it and reinstalled it twice and its still not working.
Our game is not working. We keep checking to see if there is a update and there isnt Im sad that ours isnt working.
Been playing this game for a long time. All of a sudden its locked up and wont open. No update available. Ive closed and opened our computer repeatedly and nothing has worked. Guess its bye bye for this app.
Will there be any more levels or goals to complete..? We have completed 3834 levels we have been playing this game for years and have no complaints sure a few levels can be frustrating and take us a week or so to get past, but at some point luck will go your way The game was saying more challenges would be added, but it seems with the new year the game is not doing anything at all Thank you in advance for your help,.

We love this game, we think it is very entertaining but there are a few things that we think could be better.(no offense:) we think that the levels are too hard and when we run out of hearts the only way for our to get more is to pay with real money but we dont have a credit card. Please make the levels easier,thank you.;) next when we tern on the app it takes forever to load. Please fix that two.:) and last some times we are playing a level and the game glitches out and sends us to our Home Screen and we lose all of our progress in the level:( please oh please fix that:). Freezes up, you swipe to go one way, it goes the other. Very frustrating.
Started out being fun, but now the levels are taking days to pass and you dont earn enough rewards to do any good. Also the decorating takes even more snowflakes. It was fun while it lasted. Now most of the time the game is frozen while loading! Ads are in there and you have to wait 30 seconds to get rid of them! Every time we play a game, an ad pops up after and then the game is frozen and we have to go out and come back in to play. Very annoying. Also not enough moves to accomplish moving on to the next level. If we were a child, we would have given up a long time ago.
