Wish we could chose a color booster during the game instead of only before. But the games have a variety of challenges And skill.

There is a bug at 135! Please fix it! We can’t go on playing!
We really like this game and we request ppl to install it but there are too little turns in the levels. First of all when you go into the first level its an intro of Anna and Elsa telling you they need help decorating the castle entrance, each item or decoration is at least one or two snowflakes, which means you have to play a level to earn a snowflake. Some of the levels are easy but once you start passing level 100 it gives too little turns for the hard levels its so frustrating. You have to complete the level in a couple turns but Im usually one or two turns short and Im only able to buy more turns once because they increase the amount of coins once you buy it. Please add more turns that is must for ppl who like to play the game a lot, other than that the game is very fun personally this is our fave game on our phone right now.
Come on guys we has exited playing this game and now we have to wait because our next chapter is coming soon… DELETE… But thanks we did really love the game.
Game keeps crashing but when we were able to play it, it was fun.
The game is fun and it grows and evolves in its levels and difficulty but it freezes and crashes a lot – takes your lives and doesnt register wins. We’ve contacted technical support and gotten crickets! Yes . . . We’ve gotten to level 1,000 but it can be very frustrating. Mor than once we’ve wanted to drop kick this game.
This does not work on many devices. When you find one where it doesnt crash its a bit too much. Every other level is marked Hard or Super Hard. Isnt that overkill? Slow your roll this should be fun and not torture.
We like this game… When it works. It glitches and gets stuck all the time. Its really frustrating to beat a super hard level youve been trying to beat for days, only to have it glitch and you have to restart the app and do it all again! We havent spent more than $e on this game and we just finished level 1055 but Im stuck here because there are no more levels. Hopefully they update soon and both add more levels and fix the glitches. We wouldnt hold our though on fixes the glitches.

Game has crashed and unable to reset, after latest update.
This game has stop working two(2) times. We uninstalled once then the second time, it froze again. Low points awarded & no points for boosters. Unrewarding & tiresome! Unrewarding!
We started out really liking this game. The story and animations were really well done and really cute and even though gameplay was a little slow it was still fun. The gameplay wasnt the most responsive, sometimes when we would drag a piece it would go a different way or something like that it just didnt pick up the moves perfectly but overall was a good game but after a few levels you really start hitting pay walls and its frustrating. They make the tasks for each level incredibly high and then give you a low number of moves to accomplish the task effectively forcing you to purchase additional upgrades to get through the levels. There is no skill involved, you will be forced to pay to get through the levels. Im in adult and we take our time and really look at things on the board and even we cant get through them, we can see a child getting extremely frustrated with this game because its just too hard too early on. Really disappointed, expected better from Disney.
This has happened to us more times than we can count. You complete a level, the game says it is complete, yet Elsa hangs her had sadly, and you are forced to do it again. Don’t try to ask customer support for help. They basically laugh at you, say oh well, we will tell tech. No return for any tools you used in level. Some way for a company that is representing Disney to behave. We guess they have NEVER read any of the Disney management books. Play game at your own risk, but do NOT ever expect support from Jam City. Expect to be laughed at and told its your problem.
We love this game and am anxiously awaiting more rooms to redecorate! Our only complaint is that sometimes the special powers snowflakes do absolutely nothing to help you beat the level. If you arent helping us complete the goals of the level, then what is the point of the snowflake? Thankfully it doesnt happen in every level.
Fun matching game but need new rooms. Collecting snow flakes for no reason is getting old.
Im giving this game 1 star. We would give this game 5 stars. Easy games are difficult and hard games are extremely difficult. Power ups and boosters are wasted for the most part and you end up playing the same game over and over and over again and again. Graphics are great. No one seems to care.
Repeated experiences where saved power ups are used on super hard levels, only for the game to freeze. Upon reopening, of course, the power ups are gone- without having had the chance to use them.

We really did like this game. We completed all the levels. Im still playing games and racking up points. We hope we dont lose them. There are glitches here and there, which we feel should be fixed by now since we’ve noticed a lot of other people have written about them Regarding your points system, we think if you have at least 10 moves left when you finish your game you should get more than one point for finishing. Same thing goes for five moves left . One point is pretty stingy. You also charge way too much 830 to get five extra moves thats ridiculous. We also feel like if we have boosters available we should be able to use them at any time during our play. Not just pick them at the beginning of the play if theres more than one screen to a game, we have to use those boosters on the first screen, which is usually the easier one. Plus am we missing something? Is there someway to tell theres more than one screen to a game until you actually finish the first screen? Are kids seriously playing this game. Some of these levels are really hard. We dont understand how a child can play some of the screens.
We have been waiting for OVER 6 months for any new content. Frustrating.
We are now stuck on level 2160 with no hope of getting past it to move on and continue to play. Keep in mind that challenging is very different than impossible. When a player cant get past a level they can no longer play your game and they move on to other games. If the game gets frustrating its not fun. No one wants to play 30 times to get through a level! Please fix this game to reduce the number of challenges and increase the moves per game.
Love the game, but its been months now since we’ve completed all the stories. While we love playing the puzzles, it would be nice to have some goals to work towards. At this point, we have over 285 points to spend. We would compete the story line within a day.
Its been a long while since new areas were added. Good game but nothing to play for without new areas.
It has been many months since your developers have come up with an area to refurbish. When you do, please do 4-5 areas. We have 851 points to use so that will do a lot. Im a loyal gamer to Frozen and enjoy playing but really need something to play for. Please complete more areas!
We all love this and play nightly. We finished all levels & have earned over 1100 snowflakes with nothing to spend them on. Wed really love an update, seems likes its been a very long time since anything new has been added.
We love the game because there are not many ads in the game.
We really like the game! Its fun and has lots of features. The problem is how hard the levels are, you constantly need to use power ups and it constantly encourages you to purchase extras and coins. Great for adults who want a challenge, not for kids.

We’ve been waiting on new levels since early June ! Im about to quit this game if new level dont come soon. Im Tired of waiting.
This Hard level cannot be completed as either 1 to 3 spaces are unable or cannot be filled. We have used butterflies, line clears, boosts, and gold coins – all for nothing. This is the 2nd level we have reported in the past week with bugs. Ongoing frustration the levels in this release have so many quality control issues. Please fix this as well and make an effort to beta test future releases to not poor user experiences.
Game now has ads after completing a level. Freezes and glitches also now. Loved this game until these issues just started. Bye bye.
Im up to level 4374; last room we decorated was Magnus Big Ask. That was months ago. The app keeps saying more rooms coming but doesnt. We have over 1200 snowflakes, so when a room does open up, it wont take long to decorate. Magnus room was vey small and not much to it. Its like they have put this game on the back burner. We like playing the levels, but am getting tired that is all we do, the challenge was to be able to build.
Just we want to play. Without internet too.
We like this game but it has some things to work out still for as long as it has been around. Need to work on when the game freezes not taking our game attempt and also it always happens when we have used one of our bonus tool and of course when it freezes it takes that too. Very frustrating.
We love this game to help unwind. Unfortunately its become more buggy than ever. Im not sure if its the program, our iPad or a combination of the two. We have to frequently restart either due to the program freezing or when a gem blackhole opens and never ending devouring of gems happens. This usually occurs on a level we completed but due to the continuous blackhole it wont move to the next, new level. Im stuck restarting the program and redoing the level. Its frustrating.
Amazingly got to the first game and the app isfrozen! WTH is up with that.
Once again, after the update the game no longer loads. This is getting old. After the last update, our game will no longer load. It just sits on the Disney screen and doesnt load. We have made multiple purchases and had over 29,000 coins and was on level 1200+. This is very unsettling after spending the money we have. And after this most recent update, we cant get it to run at all. Contacted support, but when we couldnt reply and sent a general message both cases were closed and now no one is willing to help fix the issue. We are done with this game. Dont waste money on it because we’ve spent hundreds of dollars and we have nothing to show for it as we cant even open the game now. And yes, we’ve done everything they tell you to to get it back up and running and it just doesnt work.
Our granddaughter loves this game so much, but lately its been cheating her for extra lives and she still has moves and then shuffles moves, she has enough coins get more lives then says needs more. Very frustrating and disappointing for her.
Love the game except we have 470 points available to decorate rooms now. Unfortunately, we have completed all the rooms to date and have been waiting months for more rooms to get implemented so its beginning to get boring.
