This needs attention! Always problem notices when trying to get daily bonuses…. Going to delete if this is not corrected immediately!
If you love to play BINGO this is the BINGO to play. We didn’t have Facebook and we still can play. We think that this is one of the BEST of the bunch.
3rd revision of rating: Increasing our rating slightly. We finally heard back. They changed rewards on some rooms so we wasnt being shorted, but they really should be more clear when they change the game. They should also be more responsive to messages to support. Theres no reason to let a player send MULTIPLE messages without a response. Im glad they finally started giving freebies on the Facebook page too. 2nd revised rating (lowered again): we think this message to support says it all: our daily bonus remains 37 although we’ve completed 2 additional puzzles, so we should now be receiving a daily bonus of 39. We’ve sent support messages about this at least 7 times. Because of this error, Im being shorted credits daily, and we barely receive enough to play more than 45 minutes or so per day as it is. Im VERY frustrated by the lack of any response to our requests for help. Im someone who has made multiple purchases on this game. We would think youd be more attentive to your players, especially paying customers. We will post this message to the app page if this issue isnt addressed. At the very least, we expect a reply. 1st revised rating: Lowered our rating, and Ill probably lower it again if things dont change. The only reason we can play more than 2 games a day is fb friends send gifts. Games won pay the same amount the card costs. Theres no extra credits for winning 1st, 2nd, or 3rd. The fb app page is a joke. They rarely post gift links, and despite the very responsive to messages statement on the page, they dont really reply to you. They just send a generic auto-response. App doesn’t award sufficient credits to play regularly. If they did, they’d probably get more players because it’s a fun game. They don’t answer messages on Facebook either. You can’t send gifts by clicking othe players in the game like you can with Super Bingo (same developer). Too bad…
This game is fun sometimes but unless you want to spend your own money to buy boosters it is not much fun! Today we had to dob many numbers two or three times before they lit up and then we were way behind in the numbers. They also go too fast some of the times. You also do not give enough points. We wont be playing very often.
Love the game and the puzzle twist and the caller is easily under stood.

It’s fun UNTIL the beginning power ups run out. For each win, no matter the level, you are given ONE point for every Bingo. Power ups are ridiculously expensive. The previous reviews are obviously written by the people who created this game.
Really enjoy this game – haven’t played a bingo style game in a while, this one is pretty good!

It’s too hard to get anything. Stingy on bingo balls. Could be a good game, but you have to buy everything to get a head.
