Im having a lot of fun playing but we’ve noticed with the latest changes some things lag a bit. Im still having fun though.
We like the story lines what we dont like is how hard it is to win coins to keep playing them you can win plenty of power ups but not coins for cards.
We really like this game and the concept however before EVERY GAME after like Level 12 or something an ad pops up. We have been trying to figure out how to stop it, even paying for it, but can’t find anything. Other than that, we like the game a lot.
This game got us hooked and we were enjoying it for the last few years and accumulating coins and in a club, but with the new September update Im back to Zero. No coins, no club. We dont understand why it wont connect to our Facebook as it did before the update but it wont.
We loved playing this game before the most recent update. We met some great people in our club and the competition was really good. Then the developers decided to update the program and it completely froze our game! We’ve missed completing several events because time ran out while we unsuccessfully kept contacting support. Support does NOT answer! Its been ALMOST THREE DAYS and we have YET to hear from SUPPORT, outside of automated messages saying theyre looking into it. We cant get our free Bingo tokens, cant compete in the club ball calls, (notice MULTIPLE) cant collect or trade cps, cant message, NOTHING. We spent a lot of time and effort in almost reaching the end of Peters Pixie dust event and then, BAM! UPDATED AND OUT OF THE GAME! Now its too late since the event is closed. The game is effectively dead and unclickable, and after 5 or more support requests, still no response! Imagine how many bingo tokens, freebies, cps, bingo balls, event progress and designer points we’ve been robbed of in three days! Im not the only one in our club locked out either. We’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling on multiple systems and devices. This is the last straw. We will update feedback WHEN AND IF SUPPORT FIXES THE PROBLEMS! And we have contacted you by email multiple times, so please dont act like thats even an option!
Please fix the app it keeps freezing on us. We dont like that it freezes on us every time we try to play.
We loved to play this game. Those days could be over. We havent been able to get in and play for over a week now. Support says the are sorry for the inconvenience and to let them know if Im missing items. We would gladly do that if we could get in! When it works, the game is great. Please Clipwire fix this. UPDATE: Clipwire fixed it!
We have been having issues lately where the game will not load so cant do anything. We’ve deleted the game 3 times reinstalled logged in through Facebook and Apple and neither worked. We have used WIFI and turned off wifi and still nothing. Please help!!
This has been going on for 4 daysI have spent money on golden ticket but cannot get in to do dailies or to help club or anything. Cannot collect tokens.. Nothing. Sent many messages to support with NO answer. Very angry! Just want to play bingo. Someone please fix this!
Update !! 08/12/2023 entire game is off. Club members dropped off, members lost levels, points and paid for prizes. Searching for club members to add back to the club is difficult.. Fix it please !
We paid for pass 29. It randomly disappeared a couple days ago. So we messaged the support and got nothing. They just kept saying it was fixed update the game. Nothing worked. We showed many pics of not having our pass back or and rewards. So no rewards or even what we paid for and no reimbursement. So if you just want your money stolen give it to these thief’s. Pass on by try an other game. Update we’ve told these clowns on 4 occasions that we lost the whole pass. And they keep telling us to message them what we lost over and over and over with no money back or all the rewards.

The game is nice to play but then sometimes its just freeze up and the you lost your point and whatever you get, its very frustrating. Overall the game is nice with the help of your club members and friends.

Used to have free play, now it does not. It crashes constantly. Players on different devices have unfair advantages. Not a level playing field. After first levels, almost impossible to collect pieces to finish. Bonuses and prizes are very small.

Seems every time we get a notice that the game needs to be updated, we are unable to do so. If you click on update now it takes you to the App Store, the update is not available. The app only allows you to open the game which again tells you to update the app. Its a circular problem with no way out. Its very frustrating and keeps us from playing the game.
They took away free play and ever since there have nothing but problems! Game freezes and/or crashes, lowered our hourly tokens and now this game needs too be updated gibberish. How about, with the money yall MAKE us spend hire better designers and tech support!
We have been playing bingo story , many years . We even deleted the game and downloaded the game but its still asking us to update the game . Nothing to update ! Please fix the issue.
Constant update screen, but NO update, delete, clear cache, reinstall. NO update. Clipwire has absolutely no players best interest in their game as a goal. Its a pay-to-play game, and certain player expectations should be met. If you have an issue, they NEVER compensate adequately for their game issues, and what you to document the impossible to prove your point.
The app keeps saying we have to update it, but we updated it and we still haven’t been able to access the game all day, which means we’ve missed out on over 200 tokens. This is the 2nd time this has happened.

This game is absolutely horrible.
Why is it so hard to get the supply box when you get the bingo balls with your team? Its one supply box. And you have to call like 200 balls just to cover your card. Then you give us duplicate prizes, so we cant get the 1 supply box?? Seems silly if you ask us. Been playing the game for quite awhile, and we dont think we’ve ever one the sacred supply box from the weekly team bingo card. Is it so special that you have to make it that difficult. Seems like a waste of time.
Live the game but its time for the bad fairy tales to be removed and replaced with something else. We started playing them but realized that it wasnt really worth playing as you had to work even harder to get the prize at the end verse just playing the event room games.
We loved playing this game. Then the past couple weeks the hourly gift got higher from 24 coins up to 64 coins then back to 48 coins. The daily coins went from what it is now to 120 coins. It was nice. Even the prize box coins got higher and higher. It made it to where you could play more than two games without having to purchase anything. Then boom it went back to the lowball amounts where you have to make a purchase which Im not able to do. Not happy at all anymore with the game!
Seriously Ads loved this game until ads are now every round. The game has became the worst.
05-23-23 And now you are forcing ads on us. The main reason we selected this Bingo over others was that it was ad free. Down to one star now. Obviously all the negative reviews arent registering with you all. Early 2023 post : we started this game giving it 5 stars and over time have continually downgraded the rating. This game used to be fun when you could play and at least make some progress. Too much has been taken away and costs if you are willing to purchase has gotten to be too expensive. Its too bad. Dont know how much longer we will stay. We downgraded the stars again today because of all the recent changes that have not only made it more difficult to progress but also the raise in cost for most everything. We have seen in chats how much people are becoming dissatisfied with all the above. People are leaving and have quit buying.
Here are some of the things: 1. In puzzles we keep getting duplicate puzzles filled in instead of a new puzzle that has not been completed. Ex: In Tom Thumb we have 2 Ogres and 2 Tom Thumbs but still not the bird. In our opinion, you should not be getting duplicates in a puzzle set until all puzzles in that section is completed. Suggestion: let players trade puzzle pieces, otherwise you need to stop doing duplicates; 2. There have been many changes to games from token cost to play games, token cost to add 5 more balls to game, getting less and less club balls on cards (for 80 token game get 4 or less making it hard to complete collections), mostly getting 3 or less of token spots on boards (makes it harder to complete bonuses after games); 3. The token ups and downs for hourly, daily and level up bonuses have gone up and down several times. We were getting 150 tokens for a level up, 114 tokens for daily bonus and 64 tokens for hourly bonus. This last time it lowered our hourly, daily and level up tokens to less than what we were getting before all these changes. Our hourly is now 20 tokens which is what we were getting when we started playing. Our daily is now 57 tokens which is what we were getting after about a year of playing. 4. Starting Thurs. May 25, we get constant pop ups to buy tokens. When we first login to the game, when we click to enter event games and after we finish a game, too much interfering in our game play time. 5. We have a chance to double our winnings after game is finished. However, it is the same video every time. And lately we have noticed it is for other Clipwire games. More pushing for Clipwire purchases. 6. This is the only bingo game we have ever played where most of the time you get zero tokens for each bingo game. In the beginning we would get some tokens in the chests in game, then prices to play games were doubled and we get less tokens than before. We play an 80 token game and get 0-24 tokens back. This can force you to buy tokens to play, wait a long time to get your bonus tokens, or quit playing. That is not free to play anymore. 7. Your customer service is lousy and needs a lot of work. If some of these things do not change we will be forced to quit playing the game.

If last review wasnt bad enough the game has gotten even worse. Now you have to watch an ad before EVERY game that you play. To force us to watch ads and not have any free gameplay is a RIPOFF. They want you to play with blue tokens that they barely give you any of for free so that youre forced to buy them. With that they USE to have great deals. Now. Do yourself a favor DO NOT DOWNLOAD. Youre wasting your time. Wish we could give it no stars at all.
Theyve been updating the game over the last year and each update gets worse. The latest one makes you watch an ad before playing a game and you dont get anything for doing it. Todaygame worked fine at lunch, now it wont even open up past the contact support page. We even tried to click on that and it wouldnt do anything. This company needs to listen to the 1000s of current and probably former players complaints and correct them!!!!!
This game is so sad and lonely now. They took away your ability to chat with your club members, after every thing else they take away and continue to take away, they took away your ability to communicate. If youre looking for a fun friendly bingo game where you can sit down for a few minutes and socialize while playing bingo, this is not it. The norm, now, is you get to play ONE bingo game per day unless you pay for more. This has turned out to be one big scheme. Dont waste your time getting to know anyone becuz youll have to decide between paying to play or not being able to advance in any way terribly sad to find like minded people and join clubs only to take your ability to communicate with them away.
This game used to be alright but the more updates that come out, the worst the game gets. You hardly get any of the supplies you need to complete the special rooms that come out every 60ish days and now theyre stealing the amount of free tokens you get per hour. No warning! Clipwire chalks it up to a glitch/bug in the system and says after the most recent update, it would be restored. WRONG!!!!! We have gone from 64 free tokens per hour, to 40 and now down to 20 with no reason. The game has some great clubs and people but some do scam you out of trades and then theres the constant unsolicited messages from the creeper men who think the site is best used for dating. Clipwire does nothing at all to help its players. We will never play another game that is associated with this crook of a company again! Greedy.
It started out to be a exciting game we could play with friends. Now, though they make soo many changes most are to only benefit clipwire. This latest change to MAKE players watch ads is just one more move to push long time players away. Its just a game people, just a game.

If we could give this app a zero, we would. It just goes from bad to worse everyday. Final straw : ads. It was supposed to be if you bought something, the ads went away, but now ads play anyway. So they took peoples money and still make them watch ads. Bunch of thieves in our opinion. More worried about getting money by any means and could care less about players or about doing the right thing. The game is okay, the developers are crap.
