Just wish it wasnt so hard to get chips to play without purchasing them we dont spend money on any games that are free.
Since the last update have to close out game and restart. Freeze every game.
We love the game to keep our hand-eye coordination and brain sharp but the crashes are awful. If the crashes can get fixed we would probably never stop playing.
The old Price is Right Bingo app was much better and at least we had chances to actually win a bingo. You at least got to play real price is right games and your bingo boards were Price s Right themed, not just countries around the world puzzles. We think you meant to call this Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego. These diamonds, we should be able to use them to buy coins. You cant really buy anything with them. And payouts for what you have to spend to play doesnt jive. Again, the old app we think owned by Zynga was much better. We were able to win over a million coins and kept playing for hours. Youre lucky if Im on here 10 mins before youre low on coins. Cost vs payout should be better. And wheres the Cosmic golf ball?! It showed up once and now gone again. Just a tease to get you to spend!
We bought a Golden Pass for $9.99. Lasted 12 days out of 30. Then we bought a Season Pass Bundle for $14.99. That lasted a whole 4 days. Bingos are few and very far in between.
We went from about 100,000 gold to 500 gold without one bingo. If you dont pay you dont win, period!! Stay away from this game. Im so glad we recorded every game from 80,000 on.
As soon as we make a purchase with real money, it cuts out and we lose everything! We’ve left support messages with no response back. We think Im going to do what others already have and report them as a scam. To bad. We could see how it might be fun if they werent robbing everyone..
Great idea Great concept Thats all the good we gotta say about this game ! Stop with the bots and actually listen to a real human . First of all, were not dealing with real money people you can loosen it up a bit. We will literally play 8-9-10 games in a row of 4 cards ( thats 30-40 cards for the common core folks ) and never get a bingo . Games are over within seconds no chance ever . You run out of money and power ups way too fast and get very very little in return. Fix this Bob Barker would be very disappointed. Dont forget to have your pets spayed and neutered.

This game is great and it rewards you even if you dont get a bingo. We have only been playing for a few days & Im already hooked.
Twice now when we’ve won multiple bingos, just as it starts to pay it goes back to our Home Screen and when we take it back we havent gotten our wins or bonuses. Unforgivable on a game that wants you to pay REAL MONEY to play. We would like compensation.

Love the games, hate hate hate that we have to click off a sales pitch (at least one) for EVERY SINGLE MOVE YOU MAKE outside an actual bingo game. Its just ridiculous. You certainty dont stay long, which we thought would be the point. We love TPIR, was so excited when this app showed up. What a disappointment this turned out to be!
The game is ok but way to many adds. Also hard to get power ups without paying for them.
The game keeps glitching and we keep losing the money we put into the bingo because when we sign back in after it clicks us out and tells us its refunding our money we put on the cards but then when we press on it, it doesnt do anything, so therefore, we lose what they gave us back sour game it cheats.
This game, while fun to play, is very disappointing. We’ve never been able to figure out how to crack the Piggy Bank to get our coins. We even paid the $6.99 three different times in hopes that was the way to crack the Piggy Bank, but it never gave us any $$. We’ve qualified as the top player, just this morning, with over 24,000 points, but never received the 5,000 coins for that. Now, the game is locked up and we cannot even collect the hourly coins. We think Im done.
2 times today we have made a purchase on this game and never received anything!!! We have put in a request to th developer and Apple for our refund. We will see what happens. If we dnt get it back we will file a fraud complaint w our bank!!! Very upsetting bc its a fun app bt forget purchasing anything!!!
We’ve played almost 20 games today and do you know how many bingos we’ve had? 1. Cant even get one with the extra golf ball. Its ridiculous and the low payouts force you to either leave or pay money. Not worth it anymore.
We paid for the 20$ coin pack and it didnt give us the coins.
There is no bar to claim bingo on our recent update. We won 3 out of 4 cards vs and then 4th card should have been third. Where did the clams bingo button go? Worthless without! We feel cheated!

We have playing this game for awhile now but last night we won 60,000 on the wheel and now we cant play the game because it will not let us do an update. This really annoys us because we love this game.

We really enjoy this game, BUT. Its hard to build up any sizeable money. Also what really upsets us is that in all the bingo calls we only got 10 numbers between two cards. It will call I-21 and Ill have I-20 and or I-22. Its like that with almost every number we dont have on our card. We never get to be a first BINGO call, but it does seem like its the same top three people who always win! Id just like to have a card that actually wins once in awhile!
We like the game. The problem is the game is very glitchy! Freezing up, shutting down and rebooting. Shutdowns causes you to lose new puzzle pieces, coins, power chips, prize boxes, etc. The latest is the game shorts you on prize boxes. The other day we had 7 prize boxes & only received 1. Support only gives 1/3 of what they think you should get. Unfortunately they cant give you the new puzzle pieces.. You would have gotten if the game didnt shutdown! To stop shutdowns 80% of the time it worksbut from it happening, you need to refresh after 3-5 rounds of gameplays.

This game would be fantastic and a lot of fun to play but unfortunately the bug issues are terrible. We’ve been stuck on the Paris level for days because its not registering our new puzzle pieces earned. Will be deleting due to no response from support.
There are far to many ads in this game. Bingo Bash has NONE. Because of all the ads making progress and advancing is slow and frustrating.

We have lost a lot of money in this game and they do not reimburse you for your losses when the game glitches. Love to play but very frustrating and upsetting on how they handle major glitches.
We are totally frustrated. We cleared a board of all the puzzle pieces last night and the game crashed. We have had to go to support five times, yes five times and we are yet to get a response. If you havent started playing this game, dont. Its expensive and addictive. We love it when its doing well, but we get so aggravated when it is really glitchly. We hope we find our money when we go back to the game.
You can only keep playing if you buy stuff and rarely ever get a bingo. You get an ad after every single bingo game, so if you like ads and spending money on nothing then this is the game for you.
We really like this game if it is behaving but it crashes frequently and even with support reimbursing what you lost, it just is too frustrating. Plus the game costs way too much. We took a star away. There is no way this game has a five star rating. The game is extremely frustrating to play. You think you won and it crashes. We are trying not to spend 50 dollars a day just to play, but the hourly awards have gone from over a thousand to a few hundred. The game wants your money.
