We enjoy playing this game. Great graphics and a wide array of bingo games. BUT, we have learned through a costly learning curve, NOT to rush to climb levels, get extra bonuses or rewards. They will come eventually. We play to relax and we can do this now, because we FINALLY learned that valuable lesson. The extra rewards that are offered are nothing but a quick and very brief rush of winning something. The more we bet and rushed against time for extras , the more frequently we felt the rush of winning. DO NOT fall into the same trap that we did. Winning is very easy.at first. But, as you get to higher levels, the less frequent you will win pretty much anything. If you bet big, you will LOSE big. This game offers a couple days of free endless power ups. Im at a higher rank than those who are newer to this game, and the free power ups are a JOKE to us. The numbers on our cards that are not hit by power ups are barely called. Its almost impossible to get a bingo, so what good are endless power ups that are USELESS? We dont play on these days. We come in to collect our daily rewards and call balls for our fellow league members. We find that we can get more bingos and pretty much stay even with our coins etc. On most other days. So people, play this game patiently. Dont rush to be a so called winner. If you DO NOT spend cash and rush to win rewards , you will thoroughly enjoy this game. As long as you are enjoying it, you have won.
Cant seem to get to support game freezing up on tire commercial every single time and then we lose our bonus.
We really wish our game would stop telling us we dont have enough power-ups when we have over 5,600 we get to use a few then it wont let us again unless we spend 100 gems. Hopefully they fix this bug.
This is a wonderful game, with many bonuses. That is the reason we play it each day. The reason for 4 stars (instead of 5) is that in the chat rooms, some of the conversations are adults only.we would never want our 12 year old child engaged in something like that. Other than that, the teams are terrific.
Ive been playing this game for years and have noticed lately that in the event rooms that the double daub and instant bingos dont always give you the proper amount of daubs on the cards. Very disappointing especially when the proper amount of daubs would have given bingos. Have lost a lot of points and bingos because of this.
Its a great game but its getting to money hungry and we cant even past playing a couple games and Im out of coins for a few days till we build back 10k plus.
Great game, fun story line, balanced play..however the game has been crashing in the middle of play. We know its not our internet as we play other games (including other bingo game apps) and this never happens while playing those, and it seems to crash when we use any wild or instawin daubs. Im hoping there is a fix for this as it truly is a wonderful set up for a bingo game! But not much fun when your finally getting a bingo and it shuts down.

We are very disappointed in this game lately. The ultimate was your screw up in an update causing game not to load for over a day and not giving us something for your mistake thinking of deleting game. You have already taken away the option to get more coins by watching adds. There are a lot of other bingo games to choose from. You would think You would want to keep loyal players.
This game just stopped working for some reason it just goes blank after playing for years now it just doesnt work.
We just found this app and became obsessed with it last night. We played up to level 40 all in one night but now today we cant open it. We've had it for a few months and just updated and collected credits then decided to really check it out and played for hours last night learning how to play and collect bonuses. Been playing this game for a while and we have that monthly membership thing (Im an idiot) because now the game wont even load. Ive been trying to play this game for the past few days and we keep getting a black screen. Im afraid of uninstalling it to reinstall because we dont wanna lose any of the progress Ive made.

We love the game, and Ive been playing it for a while. After the most recent update, the app will no longer open. We have tried restarting, and re-downloading , and it will not open. Now Ive lost all of our progress and any daily streaks that we would have earned. Disappointing.
Currently have a black screen for over 24 hours. Cant play or anything. No updates and force closing the app and restarting our phone has done nothing. Kinda frustrating and we dont want to lose how far Ive come by deleting and reinstalling.

We cannot get into the game. Also the game simply shut numerous times while we were playing Rainbow for 216,000 coins. We lost those coins twice! And we list 150 green gems that Id used. We live thus fans but we didnt a lot in it and would like it to open and Id loud yo be reimbursed what we lost.
The game is really fun. However, it costs A LOT to keep playing and the winnings arent that great most of the time, and bingos are few and far between. There also seems to be a lot of glitches off and on, more so than with other apps. The only reason we continue to play is because of our team, which is amazing. Current issue is that the app wont load. Its pulling a black screen then shuts itself off. Very frustrating. If youre willing to spend $100 a month on a game, by all means try it out.

This is our most favorite game. But, we have been playing for a very long time, and we have never been able to cook a meal in the club section. We came very close but the game ended before we could get last ingredient. Because it is so difficult, why do we get several of the same ingredient? We want to skip the club entirely but we like to contribute to others. Im very frustrated with this section of the game. We love the rest of it and the bingo games are fantastic. The game is so much fun however winning is rare and when you do it isnt enough. You only get to go a few rounds if that. Its a shame.
Cheerfully designed and nice team atmosphere, however, voices are annoying, very expensive to add passes etc., and many glitches that customer service does not take responsibility for. Hope this improves soon. There are many bingo games out there otherwise.
We have had several issues with this game and we even spend an excessive amount of real money!!! We get lost connection and then take screen shots! They tell us there is no issue and it is a lie! They have cost us several gems and loads of coins! We have also been in the big rooms and was right at the end with mega bingos on more than 1 card and lost connection and guess what.. The win never counted never got the coins we WON and they said there is no issues.

We really enjoy playing this game. Its fun to play, but watch out very tempting to get you to spend money to buy little power ups, coins, extras in game to get a head. Not expensive if caught at right time, but can add up. Still very fun and easy to play once you get the hang of it and get on a good team that helps each other out. The bingo games themselves could use some work, time goes fast on some, slow on others. Starts in middle of games sometimes. At times on last ball there are still like 5-10 seconds where we feel a couple more balls could be called out. Sometimes it seems like it takes forever to get a bingo or prizes when playing same room for multiple cards. Dont like that we have to back out, pick another game in order to start getting rewards again. In team bingo should not have to wait so long when comes down to last couple of numbers especially when multiple people are calling balls. Sometimes have to wait over 700 balls to get last two numbers on your bingo card for 1 ingredient. Thats a waste of time to us, but in order to help team and earn points you have to participate. Need to fix that issue with the game. Especially when your card fills up within seconds and then takes almost 10 minutes sometimes to get last couple numbers for bingo. Also why doesnt our profile picture change when we update our Facebook profile picture if accounts are linked. Why cant we change that picture? We should be able to change that picture to whatever we want if it linked to Facebook or if its not it should be able to be whatever we want. Why cant you just set up an account? Not linked to a social media account? Makes it difficult to set up a kids account. Other than a few small annoyances fun game to play.
We tested so many bingo apps to find one that has a good balance between playing for free, paying once in a while, and keeping ads to a tolerable amount. We think Bingo Wild is the game Ive been looking for. Im an old lady so there are portions of the games that we dont understand, but it doesnt stop us. A big plus is that every day they shower you with ways to get free coins. The biggest problem we have is running out of power ups. Compared to other (greedy) bingo apps, this app is the best Ive tried.

Like the game but we lose more then we win and run out of coins so cannot play long we dont believe you should have to purchase anything to play or get bigger rewards but if you dont then you cant move up very fast.
Fun game but when opening app the music cuts out and Ive tried closing and reopening but music still cuts in and out. Can you please fix this issue. Cant play if this happens.
Ive played this game pretty regularly since Sept. 2022, and with this latest update we have played game after game with not getting very many daubs. Literally one game we had 12 daubs total on 4 cards (each card had 2-4 on them). Cant exactly win any bingos this way, or earn any money to keep playing the game. So long.
We had over 400,000 coins now down to 50,000. Trying to fill the 3rd task of winning 150,000 coins. Not going overboard with our bets – no more than Big Win level (46,000). And have only won 45,325. There is no way we can win 100,000 in one more round. We cant get anywhere on the Beanstalks and Slides – move forward and land on the slide. While our opponent lands on beanstalks and extra rolls. Soo frustrating. We actually got a gift card so we could buy coins but after today – theres no freakin way we will ever spend money on this game. Im keeping it – but only because we like bingo. Ive lost our desire to do well. Maybe we should have given just 2 stars – but it could just be our lack of luck. We worked hard at building our coin balance – now Ive got enough for 2 rounds. Shaking our head.
Pros Great game to play with wonderful graphics and great place to meet new people from around the globe. Definitely reach level 25 and join a club. Cons Game very glitchy will take your coins and not refund. Continues to freeze up. Rebooting game and uninstalling does not help at all. Can take days for support to respond to you and sometimes they are helpful and sometimes they are rude and dont care your having issues. Guess it depends on who is answering you at support. Game can get costly for all the extras memes/bubbles/daubers etc which dont make sense that you get pass points but cant use them unless you pay for an elite package so they are useless to non payers. Wild Gallery is the worst. You will keep getting same cards over and over again so you wont complete unless you spend money. The higher the level you are the more issues you will have as far as getting bingos on your card and getting club balls etc. You will definitely lose more then you will win and thats when you start spending money and lots of it to continue to play.
It has become pretty obvious recently that something in the games algorithm has changed to make it more difficult to get bingos amongst other things. Many cards have same numbers that are never called. Super fun game before this recent downturn. Hope it gets back to being a bit more rewarding.
Only free in the beginning the more you play the more it cost- developers are getting greedier every time you play- used to absolutely love the game but getting ready to delete- have game rigged so you cant win and are forced to keep buying coins if you want to play. Think twice about downloading unless you have lots of money- we dont see how they can get by advertising it is a free game- extremely costly.
We dont know how to get ahold of support..but it wont let us play task games..If we cant play we cant get balls for team ..we tried deleting app and coming back in ..it did not work..plz help UID..2325519476 Ty.
Love the game but when there are issues with it there is no help or support from the developers of the game.
This game advertises free-free-free well yes you get plenty of bingo chips, but no way to achieve daubs. This is a great game if you enjoy loosing about 75% of the time. (Always popping up trying to sell you daubs).
You are overdoing the commercials, the game was fun before you made the ads change up! Go back or we will delete this account, if we can not enjoy the game we will leave.
