We love this game so much that we would have to give it a10/10.
We really like the game! The art style is cool and interesting and we like the sound effects. Our one critique would be that sometimes it can be confusing and hard to see the ball when the ball is the same color as confetti, the blocks and the rockets shooting out from the platform.
We stress on the free because of how well thought out and designed the game is. From the developer responses, we're guessing this is a single person effort which blows our mind even more. Like other 5 star reviews have mentioned, there could definitely be improvements in the endless level or other game modes or newer ways to spend diamonds like power-ups and so on. But, we're mostly writing this review as a letter of encouragement rather than a suggestion box drop-off. Sebastian, we hope you make more such games. We love how polished you have designed the game to look. We especially like the sound of the ball bouncing on the paddles. Also, maybe think about publishing a basic course on iOS app development and design on Udemy because we're assuming a lot of your friends regularly ask you to teach them something about it. We're now going off to download your other app. Hope to see more from you. Keep up the good work! :).
This game is so fun and super addicting. We beat the 50 levels, and it would be cool if there were more. Or maybe another mode? We say this because Endless mode, while fun, gets somewhat boring after a while. Maybe the amount of levels could go to 75, or maybe you could spend the in-game currency on power-ups or something. Maybe a power-up could be a temporary immunity to the kill blocks? Or temporary double points for each block? We genuinely enjoy playing this game, and Im just making some suggestions that we have. Anything that will enhance this game that we already love is a good update in our opinion. To those who are unsure if they want to download this game, believe us, its really good and you will fall in love with this game. -Ross.
Super fun game but definitely needs more levels…endless gets boring after a few times.
Great concept! Reminds us a bit of a game our grandma used to have on her computer called DX Ball, but with a twist. Good challenge/reward balance as you move through the 50 levels. Once you reach the endless level thats where it kind of dies for us. Its a bit too difficult. The option of purchasing power ups with diamonds would be cool! We also think the addition of a timer on endless would be nice so you could see how long you were able to maintain / try and beat your own time. The game is also a little glitchy. Sometimes app crashes out of nowhere or freezes. Also sometimes the paddle isnt responsive which is super frustrating.
So about the new paddles. We're thrilled, they look great! But when we opened our game, the 2000 diamond blue paddle we had worked so hard for was replaced with a reddish brown one that looked terrible, and was probably 200 diamonds instead so now we have to earn up 2000 again? That's extremely unfair. It's even worse cause the replacement paddle has one of our least favorite colors on it (reddish brown) thanks we guess :))))).
Sometimes the game glitches and the ball turns into a flashing blip that freezes on your paddle. Too many glitches for us. Ill wait till the problems are ironed out. Delete.
Really, we get flooded with call whatever and we keep on hitting cancel. We are starting to miss the ads.
As soon as we downloaded the game, there were many ads. However the game its self is amazing.
Fun game now. Brand new. Cant wait for more interesting, and creative ways to see where this game goes. Keep up the good work.
We know this is new and its just maybe power ups and we know the game just released and maybe and in game currency to buy powers or skins and power ups And we know Im crazy but a boss that you have to hit your ball with and attacts it would be cool.
Apparently when you get to open up a chest, you can spam test the screen for the next few seconds and get more and more money! As fun as this is, we hope it gets fixed.
Not bad. Super simple to pick up. Easygoing gameplay.
When more paddles come out, it would be great to have a deluxe paddle with a spike on either side. That breaks death blocks. There are many times when the ball hits a death block adjacent to you and its impossible to win in that situation. When its the luck of the ball its not as fun. Different balls with different trails would be cool.
When we receive our reward, if we spam our screen, it repeatedly gives us our reward. Its not fun when we can just glitch our diamonds.
It looked fun, and we were interested, so we downloaded this game. WORST MISTAKE EVER!!! Extremely repetitive and boring, not worth the $00.00 that we gave for it. Dont waste your time with this.
