Seems to be pretty fair. Ive had some good days playing and definitely some bad days playing. We guess thats realistic for the game so Id say its a pretty good app.

Ive loaded the app up and chips we know we had have been set completely to 0 on a few occasions. Thats somewhat shady considering the microtransactions but otherwise we absolutely love blackjack and the app(the musical score is a very nice touch) but Im just curious if its truly fair. Ive been practicing to play at a casino and keeping track of bets in our head and Im over 5 grand up in just 3 days of playing working on a 20-200 bet scale, we need confirmation that its not slated in either direction so that we dont sell our house and move to las vegas.
Ive been playing this game for a while, and we really enjoy it. We decided to go the no ads version, but our games are still interrupted by ads for upgrading the game. Whats with that.
Way too many ads on this free version. So frustrating.
We love the game and we would play it all the time if it was more realistic. We mean when is the dealer ever going to pull 3 blackjacks in a row. And how is it whenever we get 18 or 19 and the dealer has 16 he magically pulls a 20 or 21. If you change the coding to make it more realistic we would definitely play it more, Because the game is basically all about luck.

This game is terrible in terms of its goodwill towards players. If you dont pay you dont play. It currently refuses to load for us although we have about 16000 chips registered that we accumulated the hard way without $ allocation. Now we are stuck, they may just have a bug but the failure to allow us to use this product and our waste of time in generating chips is both untenable and unbelievable. The update only loops!!! Last update has bugs.
The program needs work ! We were up to almost 2 million and we bet bit all the time but this program needs to just deal cards and not have set amounts for the program to win. If we have 16 it has 17 if we have 17 it has 18 if we have 20 it has 21. The dealer cannot win 8 to 10 times straight. We have also never seen a game that pushes more than it deals. You have got a great game but it needs some tweaks to make it really believable.
It's Blackjack. Hard odds and little in the way of free in game currency. Probably great if you want to spend money on it.
Fun game but not the rules found in most casinos. You get paid for a blackjack even when the dealer has one too. Its good for the bankroll but not reality. Most casinos let you split card multiple times but only once here. Other than that its a fun game and good practice for the real world.
Overall the gameplay is excellent. We find the design more intuitive and visually appealing than other Blackjack apps. Ive noticed an unfortunate flaw, though, which is that chips tend to disappear into the abyss while the app is closed. We havent spent any actual money on them, but it is still a bit frustrating to see several thousand chips simply disappear between closing the app and reopening a few hours later. Possible bug.
The game is fun and the card turns are fair enough but theres a glitch where if we close out of the app then Ill only have enough for the table minimum for whatever table we were at last (five at beginners luck and so on). Could you please fix that.
We have played this game for years and always had fun, but have always been frustrated. The dealer wins in stupid ways a lot. We cant tell you the number of times Ive lost with a 19 or 20 to a five or six card 20 or 21. Its a joke. The dealer always seems to get low cards. Hell have a 6 up then draw a 4 and a 10 and we lose. We agree with others that this is rigged. When the player bets low you win more often. When you have a 10K or 20K bet you get smoked all the time. Just ended a 16 hand losing streak. Hands the dealer gets are not realistic. Find another blackjack app even though the fast pace here is outstanding.
Annoying amount of adds, including videos detract from the game. We understand that adds pay the freight, but enough is enough.
We've been playing this game for years and we had 111,000 chips in our account. Then we noticed that we could join our game with our Facebook account. Well, after doing that we ended up with 500 chips in our account. Tried contacting customer support who's great advice was to log out and back in again. Well, that did nothing. So we tried to log in with the old account but didn't know the password, so tried to have them send us our password. Still waiting on that email. Just give us the darn chips back. What does that cost them.
Cut the ads. Ive paid for this game 3 times.
Chips are not given when winning or after watching ads. Chips arent given when free are due. Unreliable game. Games like this are not enjoyable. Of course these events do not happen all of the time, but when it does happen its very disheartening. We guess games of this sort would be available from a different source. Too bad, was fun at first, but more of a problem than a joy now.
Ive played thousands of hands in this App. If you think this game is fair or random, Ive got a beach house in Arizona that Ill sell you. Dealer draws 4-5-6, they almost never draw a 10 for the second card. Player busts in 3-4 cards while dealer will run off a 6-7 card win. Very obvious that they want to sell chips.
Computer games/deck of cards are already preset for the dealer to win.
U may have a short streak of luck and then the dealer wins or pushes the next 10-15 hands. How can the dealer play 5 hands in a row and get 21 in all 5.
The algorithm used favors the dealer in this game…thankfully not playing with our money.
To many dealer pushes. Unrealistic card flow. Compared to a real single deck table in Vegas this is a poor version.
We like the game very much but the amount and frequency of the ads is maddening. This started very recently with the upgrade. We literally had millions of points on the old version, that had no ads, and they were not carried over. We would happily, joyfully pay to have the game ad free but cant find any way to do it. Im truly on the verge of deleting this app altogether and finding something with no pop ups.
We have downloaded this game on to our iPad and iPhone, and on both we have noticed that if we build up a sizable bank of chips and then dont play for a day or so. All of our chips will disappear the next time we open it. We have deleted it from our phone due to always losing, as others have mentioned the dealer wins the majority of the time and with out paying to play your out of luck. We are not deleting it from our iPad due to our chips being stolen. This last time we had 1345 and when we opened it this morning we had zero.
Every time they say get extra chips for winning, you can bet it will be the game that will win.
Never saw dealer get so many black jacks cant believe how many 10 and 11 we get followed by 2 and a10 and how many 10 and 11 dealer gets followed by 10.
Chances of winning drops when you get tons of free chips.
