This game needs a lot of RAM, but this requirement may be demanding to many phones, especially iPhones. Since this game has been available on Steam, a better option for players is to play this game on Steam, as desktop computers typically have more RAM so that they can run this game without crashing. However, we think it can be beneficial for both players and game developers to optimize the code, otherwise the game will ultimately become more and more unplayable on phones.
A VERY INTERESTING GAME AND VERY CUTE AND FUNNY.
Its good, one of the few games we havent gotten bored with. Its a game you dont have to grind on, which we like. Gameplay is lackluster but the character models are so cute it doesnt bother us. Gacha system is predatory, but currency isnt hard to obtain at all even late game.
Great game but we dont why everytime we play in combat during missions, raid, boss. It will crash 8 out of 10 times. So Frustrated ( we set everything at low on iphone 12 promax ).
We enjoy this gacha game. Its fun and had a lot of story (which is optional to read). The girls are cute and girls with guns are also cute. The stories arent animated, just your typical manga story boards. We give a 1-star review to a large swath of the community, though. Youll find way more borderline CSAM on the forums than you will game guides. They like to take these 14-16 yo girls and mentally abuse them. Its kinda gross.
Hard to build all the characters to max and we have been playing th game for a long time. Also hard to get enough currency for the characters that you want. Also is very hard to know what to do in the endgame without looking up guides because the tooltips in game are almost nonexistent. So the bosses are very hard to know how to counter. Wish we had more currency to pull more characters so we didnt have to wait for the anniversary to pull every time because we of the increased rates for pulling a 3 star. We wish the rates were always 6% it would make us spend more on the game. Also we need a lot more character level up materials to be able to build more of them instead of just some.
Game is adorable, each character is designed perfectly and the story is interesting. But an issue we have is with the community and the players the game caters to. We see borderline csam on forums for the game, some of the characters in this game are even under 15 years old and the youngest being about 9 to 11. It gets to a point where these people mix reality and fiction to make abuse material for sick individuals, and it seems to be a massive problem.
Where is Izuna swimsuit banner and Chise swimsuit banner.
Every update seems to add another minute to this step. It can take upwards of fifteen minutes on an m4 iPad. This really needs to be addressed.
A perfect cute game, above all. But why it often glitches? If that fixed there would never be any shortcomings we guess Hope bugs will be fixed.
We hate when daylight savings ends, the daily time refresh is pushed back by 1 hour, and it is annoying to deal with, so please make it feel more accurate, also increase the three star chances for limited banners.
We love this game but Im not able to play for some reason.
Ive been playing BA for well over a year now and we just see one major problem, its the IOS optimization. We know the Steam version is there and all but if a game originated from mobile and you cant play on its supposed OS? And its not like a new problem or anything, itve always been there and worsen by each update like you cant even fight bosses on events anymore as itd just crash even with low device temp and empty cache. So thats it im done with this game, we wont come back until the developers really take this problem seriously and fix properly, we hope we can play this game properly soon but for now, see you soon, Nexon.
Im a veteran player and Im enjoy the game very much. But after the new update in banner of Shupogaki event, the game literally unplayable for iPhone player, the game always crashed when we start the mission, even though we have set the graphic into lowest, turn off ex skill animations student, the game still crashes. And right now the game are having Total Assault and Final Restriction event, we cant enter the match, whenever we start the match, which is frustrating. So please Nexon Developers team fix this problem once for all.
Everything is so nice, itd have been perfect but the iOS crashing issues still prevail even after 3 years. Its so annoying its not even worth playing.
Love this game really do, but this new update, we claimed all the level up rewards plus the extra 10 pulls and eligma. We got NOTHING. Please give us the rewards as soon as possible if you can, this is honestly very irritating considering that we were expecting to get them.
They hand out free pulls like crazy and really disincentivize bulk premium purchasing. At the same time they have a MASSIVE amount of story content that is engaging and enjoyable. The amount of QoL improvements is excellent as well. Our daily log in time is usually under ten minutes and the vast majority of events have some kind of storage system. For example, they just had a week long raid event that we didnt have time for until the last day. No worries, it saved each daily ticket so we could still get all 7 days worth. Searching for specific items? Click on them and it takes you to the mission where theyre found. Play the mission 50 times in a second with a button press, and when you exit out it will take you to the original screen where you needed to spend the materials.
Love BA and will continue to play it, but we cant even load into the missions without crashing. We have to boot up the game again and again and its always a toss up whether or not the game will crash again mid mission. Its getting really annoying.
What we want to say here is that the problem of game optimization in the past or as long as a year is that your game developers really dont seem to know how high the running memory of your game is, and they dont care about the feelings of many of us old mobile phone users. In this case, we have experienced a lot of flash back and heating problems. After the recent new version update, our phone can no longer play the game. As long as we enter, it will flash back. Here we are also begging the official to solve this problem. This is the request of our players and users.
Ive been playing Blue Archive since December of 2023, we experienced no issues during a certain period of time, that was until August of 2024. When we would do Missions or Total and Grand Assaults, the game would crash entering the battle or before completing it very frequently. After Tokis banner, we would take a break. We come back in May and the issue is there but not as bad. This new September update made the crashes very noticeable. We entered a Tactical Challenge and upon completion, was kicked out, which had never happened before. Id appreciate if the developers looked into this problem.
Amazing game honestly. But only thing to fix is the constant crashing.

We been playing this game for a while as a Vietnamese live in Vietnam, but we have to region change and using a VPN playing the game or else it wouldn't let us log in, please unblock Vietnam as a region please the game is great, we appriciate the experice, and we love the cute 'n funny in the game.
Why does it take up the space of 10G on our mobile phone? The gameplay is also very ordinary, only the plot is the most wonderful.
Story? Fun, enjoyable even. Gets better the more you read it Soundtrack? Addicting, but it really depends. Character design? 50/50 Gameplay? Boringsorryauto is on at all times. Navigation? Manageable. Overall: 3/5 as you could see on our review LOL. In our humble opinion, the game is carried by the story. We dont like the self insertion facet, sorry. But from a business standpoint, you gotta love it. Why else would other popular gacha have it? We could nitpick about flaws this game has but its just not worth it. Give it a shot, see if you like it. Thats all that matters at the end of the day.

Ive been having crashing issues so we were hoping it to be fix in the future.
Cute game which is getting better thanks to improvement in localization, the story, soundtrack, and the characters and especially Hoshino and Azusa is what made us stick to this game longer than other gacha games we played, although its not a perfect game with some issues with translation still present which hopefully will be fixed, still a five star game.
Dude, if you can't handle it, don't play.
6/25/2025 we were looking for games today. We found this game. Now, this is our first time playing Blue Archive! :3 It turned out great! This is our second favorite anime game! We were so sad that Hatsune Miku Tap Wonder (HMTW) has ended service last year and we first knew that Space Leaper: Cocoon has ended its service 2 years ago on cocoon and reboot last year. We wish Hatsune Miku Tap Wonder and Space Leaper: Cocoon was back so that we can enjoy 3 anime games in a bundle. Now, Im addicted. Im new to this game, and we dont know their names yet, so we just gotta keep playing to know their names. Im having a wonderful time playing this game!^^.

Its peak, oh, oh so peak! Why? Its the absolute top tier of course.
Why is the fight in volume 3, chapter 3, episode 24, a fight which requires your actual characters (like in missions), and not the characters in the story (like in literally every other fight prior in the story with trial characters to use based on the story). It doesnt make sense story wise (considering odds are your party characters are not anything like who is actually there story wise). Also, might be a skill issue, but we and a lot of other people find it too hard relative to where our levels currently are by the time we usually make it there. We mean right now Im about 30 levels behind the recommended 57 with nowhere near enough AP to get close to leveling up to that. Outside of that, Im absolutely loving this game. Great story, fun gameplay, likeable characters (well for the most part, they cant all be winners, thats life), and amazing soundtrack. Art is solid too. Incredible work. Very fun, ignoring the outlier of Volume 3, Chapter 3, Episode 24, this is a 9.5/10 game so far. Anybody reading, go play this game. Incredibly fun. Very well written story and characters, Hifumi is our favorite.

BlueArchive has been one of our favorite games for years we love the characters, the story, the gameplay, and their music.
But pls fix crash bug , when we were playing , at lobby , its always crashes , pls fix it, our device is ipad 9.
We love this game, but Ive had this problem where anytime we tried to do something, like while rolling or after finishing a story chapter, itd just exit out of the app without reason, its been very troublesome had a bit frustrating. Its enjoyable, but Id rather not have to deal with this, if at all possible.

From a country got block and has to changes the country from apple to get updates is quite hassle.
We would love to rate the game higher, but cant due to it crashing every 10-15 minutes on an iPhone 13. We know its old at this point, but this phone is capable of running Wuwa and HSR for long periods of time without a single crash, so this is quite frustrating. Even lowering every setting we can to its lowest, the game continues to crash. Please look into it.
Fun gameplay but expect to spend a lot of money on characters you want as the pull rate is horrendous.
You will likely find the gameplay sorely lacking or even frustrating at times but the writing more than makes up for every fault this game ever had.
Good game but we cant play it without it crashing every time we play for an elongated amount of time. Overall, we like the game no hate.
