WORST GAME EVER YOU CAN NEVER WIN A GAME NO MATTER WHAT!! THE COMPUTER SCREWS YOU EVERY TIME!!! IF we COULD we WOULD RATE THIS GAME NEGATIVE FIVE STARS.
Don't waste your time or money. The game seems to have been a practice project for an amateur developer. It is left unfinished. Some games don't even function, they just sit there with the user unable to start playing. We've tried everything possible to resolve this, but the app is plain and simple not functional.
Well done. First 4 in a Row iOS game we wont win every time after 5 beers. Pls work on the speed. Especially at the beginning of the game we wait forever for the computers moves. Using 4 s.
Really slow animations though. Please speed them up, and maybe remove the "you are playing x" screen that pops up every new game.
It would be cool to add chess, fanorona, … To a game pak.
The game Morris is fun and makes you think, but wish it wouldn't crash when we make the winning move.
We got the free version of the game primarily to learn to play the 9 Man Morris so we could win in Assassin's Creed III. What we did is test whether we could win by imitating the moves from hard AI versus AI in Assassin's Creed III. But the app's AI, on Hard, made absolutely irrational moves that never once lead to victory.
Would be a 5 star but the main game we play (9 Mens Morris) has some major bugs. We only play Hard mode (we tried network many times but it never connects) regardless of the difficulty when we undo (which we rarely do but unintended moves happen) after a piece has been taken the piece comes back as black 100% of the time regardless of what color it was before or what color the player is. But the worst one; we've probably beat the AI in Hard (without undo, and we've never used hint) over 100 times in just the past few days because we play matches on the bus, while we're waiting for something to load, during commercials, et cetera and each match takes just 2-5 minutes or so and it claims to award 30 points per victory and our score on the leaderboard is 150 and every time we check after a victory it doesn't go up (but on a rare occasion it goes up randomly). And it crashes a lot! Particularly when we take a piece. And when they have a mill or two and we try to take their last piece that's not in a mill it crashes every time. We tried 4-in-a-row (Hard of course) and it doesn't even work at all, the AI never makes a move.
When you are going to win, the game will ignore your move.
Oh man, we really love all those games in one app. Unfortunately, always when we're playing morris against computer or human, it'll crash when we're close to winning. Fix it Felix.
Same problem as everyone else you need to fix Morris kicks you out if your gonna win -.-.
Every time we start to win in Morris, the program crashes. This program really needs a fix.
We love playing Morris but when ever we make the game winning move the app crashes.
It's a beautiful game. We mostly played Morris in the middle. Perhaps the other games are better, but some times in this game, it fails to acknowledge 3 in a row – which is kind of like cheating. If the bugs are fixed, we'd recommend this app.
While playing nine men(fly) we were close to winning when the computer jumped across the whole board to block our next move. Also again in the same game The computer wouldn't allow us to take his peice.
The games would be fun except it crashes a lot, right when we're about to win, as others have said, and even though when the app starts up again in the same spot, it continues to crash when we make the same move. Plus we don't really understand why the AI takes a really long time sometimes.
We would absolutely love this app, but it continues to crash. The unusual and rage-inducing aspect of this unexpected crashing is that it happens whenever we make winning moves. This really ruins the app for us.

We seem to be having the same exact problem as everyone else. Whenever we play the game Morris ill get real close to winning and then it'll crash. We swear it's almost as if the computer has found it's way to cheat itself out of loosing.
We love playing Morris but we have run into a glitch where the game closes out when we're about to take an opponents piece. PLEASE FIX.

This could be good but the games crash way too often. You've got to fix it if you want folks to buy it. The free version is worthless because of the crashes.
It keeps crashing on first move of nine man Morris.
Nine Man Morris on the hardest level crashes after the first move. Always. Maybe that's why there are no entries on the leader board at the hard level? Also, leader board tracking doesn't track wins correctly. When we win, our results/rankings don't update.
This is a beautiful looking app – it is just too bad that it crashes every 30 to 90 seconds… :(.
We enjoyed the free version of these beautifully designed games so we purchased both game packs which added a bunch of additional games to the enjoyment. We love the old time look and graphics. Excellent job.
It's alright, but it bored us after 5 minutes. Checks, Reversi, Tic Tac Toe, Four in a Row..you kidding us? Deleted.
The only thing we don't like about this game is that it only let's you make the move they want you to do. For example when we play checkers it makes you jump the computer no matter what. If we want to do another move it won't let us even if it's a legal move.

Great graphics! Gorgeous. The sound effects are simple and well thought out, they aren't the center of attention. Well worth 2.00 , but would be great if more games were accessible. They only have a few of the many original games out there.
Do not want to make some updates and improvement.
It's a decent collection of classic games but forced moves is ridiculous. If a player has overlooked a move & wants to move a different piece than they shouldn't be forced to make that move. Especially as sometimes there's a better move elsewhere. But otherwise for free, it's worth downloading.
Non responsive moves and old games that nobody plays anymore. Potentially good game.
This is a great collection of games and a very well made game. We would even pay for it :-).
The developers clearly are putting effort into this title, and with some more polish, it would easily replace a lot of board game apps. Here are a few suggestions to really improve this game: 1) graphic design: we see that they're going for a theme of ancient cartography and parchment which is very cool. However, the limited range of earth tones and wood grains makes some of the elements hard to read. In connect 4, the board color is very similar to the chips. Don't be afraid to use a little more color, perhaps aged coins with turquoise oxidation instead of wood? Deep reds like in wax seals, etc? More color! 2) font: we realize they wanted to keep it consistent with the script font, but it's rough on the eyes. Maybe use the script font for headlines and select a classic serif font like Minion or Garamond (not the best, but it's free and accessible) for blocks of text, like instructions and menus. The script font is just overused throughout the app. 3) the icon: looked great till it finished installing, then the final icon is bland and low res, and it just says "BG". 4) a full screen mode with a nice, large board would be a huge bonus. We give the suggestions because we love what you're doing with this app, and we think it has awesome potential! Keep it up.
Checkers is way too hard, we can't beat it even on easy. Make it a little easier so we can beat it once. Other than that the other games are very well made. Thank you.
Besides paying for a pack how do we play the other games in the free pack? We're stuck on tic-tac-toe.
We had never played fly before, but we were playing it on medium difficulty and felt like we had a handle on the rules, so we switched it to hard. Then after the opponent got three pieces left and could go anywhere it wanted to, we kept making mills but wasn't allowed to remove the opponent's pieces. So we made multiple mills and the opponent kept capturing our pieces, but we still couldn't remove any of the opponent's pieces. Reread the rules to see if we missed something. Couldn't figure out why the hard version was different than the medium version when it came to the rules of the game. Also, the medium difficulty for all the other games were really hard. Can't imagine how difficult hard is. Haven't played on easy yet. Otherwise, it's been nice to have all these board games at our fingertips. Much better than the other free board game app, scripty font and all.
Tic tac toe with banner ads. If there is an option to select another game, we sure couldn't find it.
