We created an account abd bought a lot of coins now with the new servers that dropped recently we cant find our account, went through all the old server to find our account we couldnt find it.:(.
Why is the app support only on Facebook??? What if you do not have Facebook??? Must we create Facebook just to contact for support relating to the game???? There should be a better and more convenient way to contact for support. -issue is blacksmith is not opening and backpack wont display anything such as our character, power, items, tools, everything -cant alter our character without backpack -thanks in advance for response and help.
The current game system is terrible! Lots of issues. We DO NOT RECOMMEND TO INSTALL IT UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME!!! Regard the previous message once the issues are resolved. :)) Starting with the bugs in game, are when you turn off sound in the setting, the sound remains on. When you invite friends sometimes they do not see your invite. Even though your friends are offline, you are able to click the invite button. At times, the start button in dungeon glitch and you are unable to start the match. Also at times, you are unable to create a room in gamehouse and must restart the game. When using the search to join a room, even though entering a friends correct room number you get a message saying that the room cant be found. Next and more importantly, is the game mechanics and how bad it has become. The most important is the leveling of your equipments. Previously you used energy stones of 5 different levels and could see your success rate of enhancing your equipment. Enhancing equipment was more fair here. Now you use enhancement stone and requires plenty of it to enhance your equipment. The flaw here is that you dont even get to see the success rate, and once youre equipments are level 5, enhancing them to the next levels takes far way too much enhancement stones and do not feel fair. Personally, for instance, our weapon was level 5 and after having used over 150 enhancement stones, our weapon remains a level 5. With the cost of each enhancement being 9 enhancement stones, that was roughly 16-20 times of attempting to level the weapon to 6 with no success. Not to mention how many stones we also used to try to get our hat from level 4 to 5 with no success also. After calculation of how much the enhancement stones cost at purchase value, 150+ enhancement stones is equivalent to 50-100 US dollars in the game value. This much money spent should at least guarantee success when upgrading your weapon only from a level 5 to 6. Based on this, the game is very paid to win as matches heavily depends on your characters power and equipment levels. To the game developers, we suggest altering the enhancement systems to be more fair and definitely let us know what the success rate we are going into when we choose to enhance our equipments. Next, also for mechanics, is to remove the limits on how much cards we can flip in dungeons. That is ridiculous! More time will be spent on the game if this is removed, as we will be able to farm for items more. There are also more on the topic of mechanics but for now these two are good to revise.
First problem: When the newest server 92 opened. There was an event recharge ranking. We were rank 1 and get no reward, no 3 stars crock weapon, no suit, nothing after due day of the event. We talk to the admin on facebook about the problems. They already seen our text and not even give us a single reply. Second problem: we also play the server 90. Of course the event similar to recharging event. But this time was the strongest player will claim a dragon shards. We were rank 1. Our rank went to 0 instead of 1 out of sudden and we didnt claim a single reward. We also report same problem to admins. They told us to wait for 1 week for them to have vacation. After a week passed and they still havent reply to us. We are trying to be super patient and you are disrespect us and not reply our text. And also taking too long to fix the game problem.
So weird we downloaded a week ago and then now we dont know why the game didnt let us login?! We were upset because we spent money in this game and get what, maybe we lost our time to play, feeding the account in the game.
We shall report this app to apple and android team and will have more players to do the same. The policy is crap and unbelievable unclear on how the whole management handle situation. They do many things to unfair and doesn't care about players but rather on money. This management is very unprofessional on everything they do.
Its hard to open the app it keeps loading and loading its only 91% of completing the file and when we turn off the wifi and open the data its fast but when we click to start it always say check your connection and when we turn on the wifi and click the start again it keeps stop and the music when we go to home the music of the game still playing.
This was our childhood thats why we like it but you guys should promote multiplayer and sharing with more people and friend, focus in few but good missions and definitely better rewards, come on you are lvl 45 with lvl 8 weapon because always fails, you could try giving more stones or upgrading the percentage in the stones.
This is rediculous we cant play the game and it says go to http//:helpdesk.mmog.asia but its not working we go to other device to contact with them they send us another link if where to go it says not found.
We have played this game for almost 2 weeks and have put a bunch of money and time into it. And starting this morning, we cannot login any more. There is no notice or anything, even the color of the server shows green – no maintenance. The customer support page in AppStore is broken. Now we just want our money back.

Playing it again after 2 years just for nostalgia lol we already mastered the measurements of aiming the wind strengths and sorts we can hit you no matter where you are we have never missed since then but sadly this game is pay to win so if your enemy is stronger it doesnt matter if you can hit them anyway im just visiting our account regardless a really fun game but since the energy lost its use it goes downhill for us.
Purchased a $20 recharge never got the coin. Submitted a ticket where we were told to put one in about three weeks ago and have never received a response. Fun game and love playing it, just wish we could get either money back or coins.
We would rate higher but recently the game has just been kicking us out and not even getting through the loading screen. It just CRASHES. Im highly upset especially since we PAY to enjoy this even more than we did but now its just a NO. TOO MANY PROBLEMS.

Yo we believe that if weddings were brought back into this game it would be banger. Not only that but people would probably get married more and people would genuinely be excited to make friends in a new server and in general we really hope you guys bring back weddings.

We always played DDtank on the pc but now we get to play it on our phone and Im so happy about this but we wish there were spas or a place were players can just chat in a room or something like that, a place to hangout but overall we really like this Mobile version.

Ive been playing this game for YEARSSSS and let us tell you this mobile version needs a MAJOR update Im talking new weapons, clothes, hair EVERYTHINGGG. You guys would make so much more money if you just updated imagine how many people are on their phones everyday and will play this game! Come on developers give us something.
Ever since you combined several servers together, our nickname has the prefix "47_" So, originally our nickname was "SnowMan," but now it is "47_SnowMan" Let's take a look: 1) Game developers did not do anything about it. 2) we do not want to have our previous server in our nickname. It looks ugly! In order to change our nickname, we have to get some coins. 3) In order to get coins, we need to put some money in the game. 4) Okay, it is already unfair, but we've done it. The first time we donated we decided to spend those coins on something more important. Now we donated again, and the servers have been combined over and over since then. Guess what? We go to the shop with our 3 thousand coins… 5) The name changer is gone!!! They only left the renaming thing for the pets!!! Isn't that awful!? What did you think about? 6) It's not a big problem, no! But it becomes a big problem when game developers don't do anything about that!!! So many players have the same issue, and they are forced to put some money in the game so that they could buy those coins and get a renaming item. 7) Furthermore, nobody wants to respond on Facebook. We've written multiple messages regarding this issue. C'mon, such a nice game, and it really isn't funny at all. Not satisfied.
We first played DDTank 7 years ago on PC through Yoogames. That being said, we couldnt help ourselves from comparing. A lot of things are different which we expected. However, it ultimately got really boring due to the events being on repeat and that was very important to us. As the mobile version that it is, here are some of our suggestions on how to improve the game: 1.) Instead of 3 boss rewards per day, why not increase it to 5 or have days (e.g weekends, special holidays or random events) on when we can double rewards since its so limited? 2.) Have rare weapons available during card pick for hero stages. Give your gamers a chance instead of having to get lucky on their VIP wheel or refine when the advanced boomerang shards already rarely come by. 3.) Allow players to buy ES with their medals. We know that its something that the PC version had but thats what kept non-coin users active. You give so little during daily events and they fail so much… 4.) Events, events, events! We used to be a PGM for Yoogames and we can definitely come up with a lot better ones that we have on cycle now. Most of the ones we have involve recharging and its not even cheap. The new server events were actually great because they were fun plus it gave players a chance to have ** weapons without spending. Why not bring those back and come up with more? 5.) Increase the variety of outfits in the shop. Aesthetics is also important to keep people engaged and excited. Change it up every now and then and give rare ones during events! 6.) If you are gonna involve players on the Facebook page for an event where they can win prizes, you should choose at least 1 from each server. Now we know you have 60+ servers but whose fault is that? 7.) Bring the auction house back! Let players make some coins without spending their hard earned money while decluttering their bags since the guild vault isnt open either! Theres most likely a few more things but we got bored writing this halfway LOL so we dont want to think about it anymore. The boatyard or should we say dock dungeons used to be a lot more difficult yet fun especially with 4 people. Weddings were interactive and enjoyable. Definitely miss the spa and the auction house but it is the mobile version after all. If you dont update or change it up, it remains stagnant and thats what makes a game lose its players. Just our opinion.
Only reason why we gave it 2 stars is because this game is our childhood, it is still the classic pay to win game just as we remembered, copyrighted or not, we have no clue, but one thing for sure that after around 3 days playing the game, or 20 minutes looking at tutorials, your shots can almost never miss, making it a game of equipments and luck. When a non-paying player vs a pay to win player, the only 2 ways the non-paying can win, is that he got lucky and did not die in turn 1, then proceed to land every shot and dig the opponent off the map, that is if the map is destroyable. Proceed to events, even if a person spent half a year playing the game, he/she will still not be able to defeat a pay to win player. 1 star is more appropriate in our opinion.
Im downloaded this game few days ago and im are ready recharge for 65$ then now they won let us login at all / what a thief game.
DDTank is fun for us, but the server we're in doesn't have much players. The laggiest servers always have the most players. But it's laggy. So they should merge empty servers with laggy ones. So the empty servers actually have players and the laggy ones won't have as much lag. Also. Why is our accounts only in one server?! We have to restart when ever we join our friends server. Plus. ITS BORING. Had some new content Proficient City. We're still playing. But less each time. DO SOMETHING.
This game is fun….for about 1 month. The developer needs to add more things into the game(such as more clothes in shop, weapons, and events). The mobile version doesnt even match up to the PC version even though it has been up for 3+ years! Furthermore, the fortifying system is confusing(you dont even get to know a success rate??), servers are mostly dead(need to combine servers), daily events are overused. Decided to rate it 1 star to advise the developer to DO SOMETHING to this game. Stop leaving it alone and hoping to make money from it. If you would only update it, there would be more players= more money.

Ive spent so much money in this game and hours and we recently started playing in server 67 username Pinoy. Today we couldnt log in our account and its through our iPhone and now we login today and it saids we have to make a new profile account. Meaning we have to start all over again. This game is fun and addictive but the fact that this happens is really inconvenient and disappointing.
No updates at all. Everything just keep being the same every month…. It needs a new update to have more new things (such as clothes, weapon, event, etc.. ) in the game plz!!!!! The coins r so expensive.

Seriously? This game is way worst than the one on computer. Where's plunger and medical kit? You can't even get married and there's an event to "hug and kiss your husband/wife." And the fashion choices are very little.
Every time we try to play, it crashes every half an hour! We were in a middle of a battle and it crashed! Our battle did not save, what so ever.
This game is okay but not good. The thing that would make this game better is if it was exactly the same as the old ddtank before enchantment stones on PC. The thing we liked about the old ddtank on the PC is the enchanting system, where you could use energy stone of different level to enchant your equipment. This ddtank is slightly and is kind of boring since it is difficult to obtain the orange enchanting stone and takes a while to just be able to enchant your equipment. You would be level 20 with only a +5 weapon and a +1 or 2 armor and hat..! Thank you.

The matching system is horrible. It is inconvenient having a team of level 10-11 vs. A team of level 20+. Also, the quests are repetitive & get boring overtime.

We dissapointed that we're trust lv 28, we enchant weapon from +3 to +4 failed 12 times (spend 84 echanting stones), Why all friends lv 20 or higher enchant +5 easily, so it is very high pressure for us playing this game.
The matching system is awful compared to the web based version, the prices are also outrageous compared to the Chinese ones.
The new update is amazing and thanks for fixing the iOS9 problem. Just one thing, we understand you guys want to earn money, but come on!! We used to be able to find permanent items in dock.. Now it's 7 days Everything.. It's getting ridiculous.. Please reconsider.
