We have one money, but theres been times where we won for example, five bonuses and the second try was 10 bonuses, and then it seems like we were cut off and went back to us spending our money again without the bonuses. When we called customer service, they told us that they saw 25 extra bonuses on another game that we never played and when we went to it, there was nothing there for us, but to play with our money other than that we’ve had fun on the site.
You took away all the games we used to play not loving some of the new ones.
For months right in the middle of a game we would have server problems or geo disconnect problems happens pretty often and we would just have to reconnect to game its a little irritating to say the least but alls fair had same problem on another site Al the other sites seem to work well.

Unauthorized charges on our account.
This app used to be good. Until they started flagging your account after you make a withdraw making it impossible to get your money!!! We withdrew a total of $365.78 and instantly got an error message followed by an email stating that for "my safety" they need to verify our account and to submit our photo ID along with a selfie of us holding that ID. Sounded a little off to us, but we complied. Upon submitting that, we get a follow up email stating that the images are too blurry or cropped and to resubmit and that it’s a 5 day process. We went on the online chat where we were left for 45 minutes without a response back, then to have another person respond to us stating what the email said and not answering our questions. Then we call them and we’re told the same thing, wouldn’t answer our questions and just kept repeating the email and then we requested a supervisor and am told they don’t take phone calls but we can email them. Anyone else having issues with this company besides the 3 people we’ve spoken to? We’re about to start a class action lawsuit.

We like playing the app but some of the promotions dont make any sense. For example, this week the goonies if you spend $30 you get $10 free to continue playing but thats not even a game that you can play on Borgata app. We had some major problems a couple weeks back with a few of their promotions, and we have never been compensated for it.
Not only did many of the games disappear after the new update, but now you win free spins or money in the promos for games that are no longer available. Did someone buy out Borgata online casino? Borgata used to have all the same games as BetMGM, it was basically the same app. Ill stick to BetMGM unless Borgata undoes what it did. Used to be a great selection and app, now, not so much.
