We dont know why, but Ive had this app downloaded on our phone for months now and every time we go to open up, it takes us to the Pennsylvania site. Today we tried logging in and it kept telling us that our account wasnt valid and then it locked us out. The customer service and ask them why our account has been locked and when our passwords been changed and they said to us. To confirm that we are a New Jersey client. Ive never been a New Jersey client and for some reason the same app is now opening the New Jersey one. Be extra careful when you get suckered in on their promotions. They might look like theyre available for multiple days however you might only be able to use them one time a day and only for one time or a few days of the timeframe it shows you. On top of that their customer service is very poor. They dont honor any extra bonus or help and sometimes they get very rude on the phone and hang up. The games pay out about average, but if you have questions on promotions that dont hit your account good luck with dealing with someone that can actually help you or cares. All they wanna do is take your money.

The app wont let us login Every time we try to login, we have to reset our password and then if we log out and try to log back in, it wont let us. You cant withdraw to Cash app and yet you have to withdraw to the same place u deposited from. So Ive got $300 just sitting there. Theyll never get another dime from us.
Customer service is the worst game consistently freezes quality of customer. Service is very poor. If the game freezes, and you lose your credit or your money refund it back to you we sent them a video of the Game freezing and taking our credit they said thats not their problem.
