Every few months we can hit a nice win but right after we go back to losing. The games constantly freeze and crash FORCING us to close the app or reset the game. Most of the time it will crash as soon as we get the bonus feature and then the feature will pay very little or nothing once we restart it. Its almost like they think youre winning too often so the game glitches or kicks you offline. Its definitely rigged.
They will send you to the IRS even if you dont cash out any winning and you keep playing it. The IRS will still make you pay on every winning added together for the whole year. They do not look at what you even cashed out or lost right away. Be very careful.
If we could leave 0 stars we would. This is the stingiest online casino ever. It just takes takes takes takes. Good luck ever getting a bonus and if you do it hardly pays anything. Hundreds of spins and no bonus at all. Its gross. Save your money and dont download this trash.
April 19 , 2023 we were sent a promotion called Kings Ransom. You get to spin a wheel for a prize , so we did. We won 10 free spins on Gonzos Quest. Doing those we won $4.41. We never was credited for that amount. We contacted the online help and ended up explaining the problem to 6 different people over the course of a month and they all said it was reported to the relevant team and they will contact us within 48 hrs. Its now May 17 , 2023 and they never contacted us. We would avoid BetMGM , if they wont even pay up a small amount as this who knows if you happen to actually win something big.
Put $500 and didnt even make it to bonus. Theyre nothing but a dam thief. Dont believe nothing the ads says. Its sad how its easy to put money in but when you win you having problems to cash out. We have played on this app in 2 different states. All the people talking about withdrawal being next to impossible is true. Glitches that burn you for wins, bonuses that dont fit your gameplay. Your better off throwing the money in the trash. Also casino tends to just crash constantly.
BE CAREFUL. We won $110 and had it deposited into our savings and then for the next 3 weeks we had a $10 ACH transaction taken from our savings the day before we would get paid which resulted in a $35 overdraft fee. Then shut our account down once we noticed it on the 15th of may and had another $20 taken from our credit card on the 18th when we didnt even have an account. We tried to fight it and they did a review and told us they did nothing wrong! They took money never credited it to our accounts and now refuse to pay it back! Dirty Crooks!

Update: we’ve given MGM several more chances but they are still the same as our review a while back, they still are absolutely horrible, time for them to go! MGM closed our account and wont tell us why. All they said was something about taking peoples privacy seriously and they reserve the right to terminate the agreement. Then told us that if we tried to make another account, they would confiscate all our money and delete that account as well. When we asked if we should be concerned about a security breach with our account or information, they said that they reserved the right to not disclose that with us and that their decision is final. Would be nice to know what happened. Sounds super sketchy to us. FanDuel it is.

We have been an online MGM customer for a couple years now and They were by far our favorite app to use. Mostly because they had a huge selection of games. However with the new app upgrade they have removed a lot of games. Why??? Every other casino we use has added games over time not take them away. Horrible business practice. Had decent slots up until few days ago! Most are now gone that we preferred! All Slingo games gone too ! Had sad! Not sure how much longer Ill be using this app !
A lot of issues with loading games and when they give you free play it doesnt work.
We re-downloaded the app and it was completely different. All the games we were playing like Black Diamond Deluxe and KingsMaker among others were no where to be found! Its like an old version with old games as new releases. Not thrilled.

We love the selection of slots, we like the app itself. We like that they have different challenges and promos daily.. Things we dont like.. 1. If you dont set a limit they apparently set a limit for you and then so not inform you they did so, then you get locked out and are unable to play. For DAYS.. Weeks on end. And ironically right in the middle of working on a bonus.. Convenient for them of course. 2. The app logs you out often! If you leave one game to go to the next or to deposit.. Youll more than likely have to log in again. 3. Some of the games lag badly, especially the new high 5 games. 4. Their online customer service is not helpful at all, chat or email. Took us 3 days of chatting and email attempts to get an answer as to why our account was locked.. See number one for the reason why.
