It’s rated 4+ and currently has 58+ ratings on the App Store.

What Makes Bridge Doddle Stand Out

Whether you are just learning bridge or you want to perfect your game, the world's only Bridge Doddle flash card system is your ideal companion. Answer the question on the front of the card, turn it over and compare your answer.
This gives you an instant learning check. You then grade yourself within the five available steps. The more certain you are about the answer, the less frequently the card is repeated, while the answers you find more difficult are repeated more frequently. A counter indicates your learning progress.
The app is delivered with an initial set of cards. You can order further sets from a large catalogue covering a wide range of topics, designed for all systems and levels of difficulty. It couldn't be easier. We hope you have a lot of fun, and look forward to your feedback. Simply click on the bear in the app to reach our home page.

Train, test and learn for one year. Instead of buying card sets individually, you can sign up for a subscription and access all of the card sets in the catalogue at no additional cost. A subscription automatically renews for the same subscription period if it is not cancelled using the ‘Subscription Manager’ at least 24 hours before expiry. The charge for the renewed subscription period is deducted from the user’s iTunes account 24 hours before the end of the previous period. A subscription only ends when the subscription period lapses and cannot be terminated before this point. Deleting the app does not end the subscription! Player Experience Highlights

Community Insight:

We have 5 years of bridge experience spread over 40 years … Mostly party bridge, but lately duplicate. Bridge Doddle is the flash card app we had hoped to find to refine our bidding.

We love bridge!! We have six bridge apps on our phone and am always on the path to improve our game. We hoped this one would be helpful but it really hasn't been. There is no real game play and the advice is not bad but it's limited.

This might be a good program, if the prices made some sense. Download it and check it out. The simplest set of flashcards seems to be $20, in the complete set is $200.

We are a new beginner bridge player and found this app by accident when we were trying to figure out if there were apps out there that could teach this complicated new language. This is the best one out there (believe us we have looked!). -It's a flashcard system-question/answer; a hand is given then you bid or respond, apply a convention, or alternatively are given the bidding and asked to interpret what the players have in their hand. The answers are well explained. If you get it wrong it comes back later in a different format. A lot of work has gone into developping this! -Also really helpful is that the screen is unencumbered and the colors are bright -Very easy to use. -It's also growing we.e.: card play being added etc we saw so much potential in this app that we bought the lifelong subscription and so far worth every penny.

This is an excellent app. However, we are disappointed that the sets we purchased on our iPad do not appear on our iPhone. If this can be corrected, then we would rate this app with five stars.

After going through a couple of the flashcards, we thought we'd look at what was additionally available. In order to get to the information, we needed to sign and once again with our Apple ID. The first item to come up is priced at $199! This may be entirely legitimate, but one doesn't typically find charges like that in the App Store.

Doddle = Easy That is just what this App is. We are very much a sight learner and am looking forward to getting further into this App and sharing it with a partner. We should end up totally 'in sync'. An innovative take using an already successful learning method.

Unfortunately, the free sample is only of 2 (yes, two hands). Simply not enough to see if the game is any good.
