Classic Arcade Game with the main character ‘Bubblun’ to capture enemies with bubble and defeat it.
[How to Control]
Able to move left and right on the screen, and press the fire and jump buttons to play.
[Game Feature]
- Conveniently fire the bubbles with the automatic shot function.
- Able to get an extra life through gathering alphabet bubbles E, X, T, E, N, D.
- Able to get additional scores through hamburger, hot-dog, sushi, banana, and ice cream after defeating all enemies on the stage.
- The skull monsters are going to appear and chase if the player cannot clear the stage in a certain amount of time.
- Able to change the original or full screen aspect ratio in the setting.

- Yellow candy: Increasing speed of blowing bubbles.

Very much like original. Controls take a bit of time to get used to. Still fun and challenging.
Awesome game used to play it when we were 8yrs old now 45yrs old and still enjoying now on our phone.
It has no gamepad support if that gets changed we will redownload it and give it 5 stars!
To the skate deck to go spend all the allowance every weekend but this game is one of the all time favorites.
We use to line up outside the liquor store just to get in After you made it in, still had to wait till who ever was playing had no more quarters left Spend our allowance there every weekend $10 to $20 bucks Good ol memories.
Had’nt played bubble bobble since 25 years ago. It still is super fun to replay.
God we love this game so much, used to play it religiously. So much fun going through all the levels again, using all the different items, ect. However, the ads can get really annoying really fast, so if there could be a way to like purchase no ads that would be great. The rewards button also doesnt work for us, but we could do without it, just curious.
Bubble Bobble is a very Classic game! Please make it compatible, we would love for our kids to experience with the Backbone they are ALWAYS gaming.
So, our mom told us about this game and we asked her if we can try it out and download it. Its the cutest best game ever, we love the little dinosaur, and we really enjoy the music too.

We always used to play this game back then and playing it now brings back lots of memories. We finally beat the game after over 20 years.
We enjoy playing Bubble Bobble so much, but every time we start playing, those annoying ads show up. And whenever and enter the shop, there is no option to remove the ads. So is it possible if you can update the app so we can be able to remove ads? If you get this message, please let us know when its ready. Thank you.
Well, kinda. Our wife and we really got into this game on a game console. We beat the whole thing. Took some time, but we had tons of fun along the way. Only thing that would make it better is if it could somehow be two-player.
This is an excellent remake of the original Bubble Bobble. Theres one big improvement, auto fire. However there are two problems that need to be fixed: First and most important, it is basically impossible to bounce your way out of a tight space. Im the original you could simultaneously blow a bubble and jump, landing on it and bouncing higher. In this version, if you are facing a wall that is impossible. This is critical to beating certain levels, especially those later in the game. Second, when the player dies, it should reset the red, angry enemies and Baron von Blubba should disappear.
We wish the jum and the bubbles could be switch like the real game.
We have good memories (I think) of playing this game! Our one complaint is how quickly one has to face Game Over! We wish it would sustain life more than just two hits. Controls are a little difficult but not more than what is expected on a conversion from NES to iPhone app.

This port is pretty great which we assume was in part of Taito, but as you will quickly notice, the menus seem amateur for this kind of a game. There are also an abundance of ads that you cant remove, even without the optional ads. We feel that we would have rather that we would have $5-$10 spent for an ad-free game and maybe a few more dollars for extras. Considering that this was more of a collaboration with Taito and the development team that worked with them, its seems to be the norm for the development team. If you cant afford another version of the game, cant access a version of it (no arcade archives release on switch available), or if you just want to play the game on the go, you could play the game in this form, but you wont have the best experience.
We had this game on the NES and it just never worked. Getting it to work made us play it to death because we never knew when itd work again. We knew this game in and out. This is the same game we know and remember, albeit a little different graphically. Yes, the controls may never be as good as buttons for games like this and that is one of the main issues: it needs controller support. The other problem is the ads. We get their necessity. However, it would be amazing to pay for the full game and remove the ads altogether, even if we must keep the in-game currency to continue. We do recall the original game had a password system and you could warp to any level with it. That would be cool once the game is finished. We dont know if multiplayer is a thing, but that was a huge draw for us as a kid. A lot of the controller issues are rectified with auto-shoot on but then youre just blasting bubbles haphazardly. Bubble jumping is also difficult and its easy to get stuck somewhere on a level. But this game was always a little difficult and frantic especially with time running out or an item about to disappear. It does seem like everything is weirdly sped up, but its fine. All in all, Im amazed this is even a thing, but we knew it wouldnt be perfect. And it isnt. But its fun to go down nostalgias road on the go whenever you just need to pass some time, even if that means an ad or two. At least you can play as much as you want barring ads and your own personal patience threshold. Nostalgia wanes when you have to start from scratch every time. If you didnt grow up with this game, we dont see it holding much appeal. But its addicting within its limitations and we love being able to play until we die while waiting in line or the slow periods at work. But dont tell our boss.
We love these old console system ports to mobile devices, but for the life of us we dont understand why they arent developed with external controller support (which is how we played them back in the 80s – with controllers).
We used to play b.b. In the early 90s. Loved it. The bad thing is its way hard to hold a tablet and move. The jump and shot is livable. Is there any way to make it we can use a controller. We would defiantly give 5 stars.

The bubble/jump controls do not respond well, cant be adjusted in any way and the moving controls do not move to the correct sides when prompted. Overall great and worthy of even being paid for if they modernize the game and got with the program of allowing players to customize.
There should be an option to switch controls from right to left for us lefties. Thats our biggest beef.
Controls are really hard to control Game.
This game (a fine version of the NES classic) is rated for kids 4+ years. Why are there unavoidable zombie/sensual ads for games like State of Survivor that are rated for adults 17+ years old. Please filter your ads or give us the option to pay so that we dont have to have inappropriate advertisements. Apple parental controls useless on ads.

The new update is horrible. Someone keep say help. We have the game muted and we keep hearing someone say help. This needs to be fixed ASAP.
We LOVE Bubble Bobble. This app does it zero justice. Not a version to play if you miss the original Bubble Bobble. Almost impossible to play on a mobile device.

We dont know if this or Snow Bros was first but we see lots of similarities.
If we recall we had to use the C64 keyboard to play this. That was tough! Mobile interface seemed to work well for us though we wouldnt want to play too many levels any more. Would be nice if a) we could just pay $4 to just have a game without adverts and also ability to jump straight to any level .
