Tired of watching a video for more lives and it acts as if we lost without giving us more tries. Bubbles shoot when Im trying to switch colors.
This is a fun game but we are unable to receive lives or coins. We have asked for help 7 times and they wont fix it! We are quitting the game!
We’ve been playing this game for years. Lately the game has been crashing more often than we play the game. We hate it when Im winning and the game just get frozen and we wait for it to unfreeze but then we loose the coins and restart the level again or restart the whole game. Very annoying plus too many ads.
While l love this game, and have been playing it for awhile it does seem to crash/ freeze up a lot which is very frustrating especially when you freeze up at the end of a game that you win and dont get credit for have considered deleting the game out of frustration.
This game locks up, restarted twice lost all coins and specials, hod to start from beginning each time,, sadly 3 strikes is enough, time to move on..
It wont even load most of the time. Then you spend your coins, the app will close as soon as you hit play and when you log back in your coins are gone. Very frustrating.
We bought extra lives 3 times.. Every time we beat the level, game freezes and level needs repeated. Deleting this game!!!!
We have tried and tried to play this level. Unable!!!!!!!!!!!!! We have deleted the game and tried to reload. It comes back to the same level 2117! We really enjoyed playing this game before this problem but unless this is fixed.
This game was our all time favorite at one point . UNTIL every time you turn around its freezing up after you win a stage and then makes you play it all over again!! We had a hard enough time winning it the first time what makes you think we want to play it over! Its so frustrating we’ve been tempting to delete it!! Been on a stage for 3 weeks because we refuse to keep buying diamonds and as soon as we win it freezes!!
After playing and enjoying the game for quite a while, it no longer loads. Of course the ad for NStage appears, but then the screen goes black, and thats it. Its been that way for months, and we see comments about it on Facebook, but NStage has obviously done nothing to fix it, and they dont respond to the FB comments.

Be prepared to beat the same level more than once and use your coins down to zero . Said they fixed it but NOPE.

It crashes, freezes up, wont load, turns off automatically in the middle of a game. When we first started playing this game on our phone we had NO problems then boom they were there. We enjoy this game but Im about to say goodbye.
This game cheats. Cheat cheat cheat .. The aim is off and the bubbles change colors on its own. Not enough balls for some levels so youre stuck for days. Disappointed..
We used to play this game until it stopped working almost a year ago. When we tap on the icon it takes awhile to get to the loading page. Once there, it kicks us out without loading the game. And theres no way, that Im aware of, to contact the developers to report the issue. Very disappointing….
Game was good for a while but freezes often now and will not pop matching bubble colors even when hitting with multiple of the same color. Continues to happen even with phone reboot.
We dont know what you all did but this is the third time we have lost coins, boosters and jewels we have accumulated. This time we had over 350,000 coins and we log in and bam their gone as well as our boosters and decreased jewels. We enjoy this game but not when you mess with the stuff we worked hard to accumulate and you never restore it.
We love this game but am tired of having 8 + lives and we cant use them. Takes our coins to play a segment instead of lives. Ill find another games that uses lives. Why have them if you cant use them??
Was happy with this game for a long time, then a couple months ago game started freezing. We lost over 10k coins having to close and restart game so much. Please fix. Im so frustrated.
How not to fix known bugs. This is not our first review, but will be the last. Game constantly freezing and the latest, piggy back ads. By piggy back, we mean if you watch one ad to get a free booster and then go to play the game….. Up pops a second ad…… Total….a good minute or more of consecutive ads. And, if you dont watch the second ad, the game is purposely frozen. Not a way to win or keep players. And, whether we use our 5 year old granddaughters iPad 4 or our IPad Pro first gen or iPad Pro 11 makes no difference. They all freeze at the most inconvenient time…. Usually when one wins the game. Shame on you developers. Youd make more money if you made your users happy.

We updated the app since we did, we cannot play the game it says loading, then boots us out of game not happy!!!!!!

Once in a while have unlimited play until you win the round.
The bubble shooter does not shoot bubbles where aimed causing many wasted bubbles. We believe this is a set up so harder to win and have to play same level again and again with the surprise when a bubble goes where you didnt aim it cause it is now time to win this level! What a sham! Disgusting!
When we run out of ammo game freezes up then we have to totally shut down in order to able to play again!
This game has so many glitches it really tests your patience instead of your skill. If its not crashing, it will probably be losing connection which means you cant use your boosters in the levels. It has thought we lost the level when we really cleared it with our last shot (it jumped the gun thinking we would lose we guess) many many times. We cant open some chests because for some reason it doesnt register we got all the stars. If you aim past bubbles it will likely stick to the ones in front of it because it doesnt hold true to the aim line. This game is a mess. Entertaining and would get way more stars if not so glitchy. We mainly play on our iPad but he same glitches happen on our iPhone so we dont think the device is the issue.

Update: Still having sane issue with freezing while trying to start the game or the game not loading at all. We love the game when we are actually able to play it. It takes forever to load and freezes while we are playing or when we level up.

We have made many purchases on our iPad. Recently, once we pay for the tokens, the app hangs and does not load properly. We contacted them through FB, after spending over $12.00. They have never contacted us, or credited our account. Fun gave, really lousy customer service.
Game actually steels your gems, they just disappear, and the aim is also dicey. Will no longer play this awful game that has problems.
