We love the game but it keeps cutting off on us needs to be fixed.
We havent been able to play in over a year. We go back and try to open it every few months, but it just loads to 100% and doesnt open. We have deleted and reinstalled, cleared our history and cache, restarted our device, everything. It would be nice if someone would fix the game.
The bugs need to be fixed because we were just playing the game and it shut down on us.
Please fix your game. Every time we try to merge things if we keep going the game shuts down and when we get back on the item we were merging is gone so now we have to get on the game merge something a couple times and shut the game down then come back on the game to merge more of the item it takes days to get an item since we have to keep shutting the game down after less then a minute. If youre not going to maintain your game then just take it down since it is impossible to play like this.
We do enjoy the game, its one of the few merge games Ive found enjoyable however the wait times seem to be extremely long. It kind of keeps us from wanting to play. Merge Mansion is about half the time and has an extra row on the board.
Hi, we really love this game and have been playing it for over a year. However, lately the game keeps crashing before we can finish a task. When we log back in, we have to start from the beginning again. Ive already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, but the problem continues. We hope you can help because its very frustrating, and Id love to keep playing.
One of the better merge games but has gone downhill recently. You can no longer earn extra energy with city man and fortress events. The amount of energy you can accumulate has decreased drastically. Also, we find it deceptive to have ads with no option to close after you have played it. There is 1 option to click, get app, and no X or another choice to close the app.
Why do our game keep glitching out man we wont to delete it in re add it but we dont no if our game would start over help please.

Played this game and truly enjoyed it. Spent $s on it. Now we cant even open it on our iPad!A bug they refuse to address, blaming our iPad which is annoying. Id love to play again, if the bug is ever fixed.
This game is enjoyable, however on the last 2 weeks the game has been crashing causing all progress to be lost. Its consistent and Im not able to meet the requirements to stay in the group that we have been a part of over two years. Big disappointment. No no support either just FAX pages.

Love the game, one of the best merge games out there but the most recent update has made the game almost unplayable because of the constant crashes. Ive been trying for days to get into the lemon event but it crashes every time.
We loved this game and wish we could give it a better rating because we played it for years and spent an absolute fortune on it but when we got a new phone and signed back in to the game it started us at the beginning again and there was no response from anyone when we tried to get help. We cant recommend a game that you might lose all your progress and get zero support. Never again, Sunny House! Also, that second lemonade stand is almost impossible to get.
Ive unloaded all the other merge games because we enjoy this one so much. However, our game blips out every now and then and when we reopen the game Im back where we started. Then when we get back on the game Ive lost the energy that we had. Any way to fix this. We love this game. Its definitely our go to game.

We like this game! We have a question. There are about 5 areas of the garden that are not available to fix up and no indication on how to start on them. Is there a way? For example, the dog houses. Also, will we be fixing up the inside of the manor? Otherwise this is a fun game.
Great game! The graphics and storytelling are sweet and fun. Would give it 5 stars however you are given way too much useless items to start the game, which just waste so much space or you have to get rid of them only to need later, UNLESS you want to pay for a larger game board. So yes, like all games, spend $ and it might benefit you.

We do love this game but the updates keep messing the game up. It constantly closes on us and then we have to redo ALOT which is frustrating. It closed on our 3x in 5 minutes and then it has to be reloaded again and it takes forever. We know its not our internet connection because this is the only game that does this. We used to play this game all the time but we now choose one of the others. Its so hard to get some of the higher level items. It doesnt matter what level producer you have it mostly throws out level one items. While it may be random its quite ridiculous. If you want to match and match and match without completing anything this game is for you. We have been working on the same two items for quite a while because of this.

Really liked the game until it started crashing constantly sometimes within seconds of starting the game. Too many deals and side games are gumming up the working of the game.
So we have downloaded just about every merge game available between games with as low as 10 ratings and games with 60k+ ratings. Im always playing them on our down time and we currently actively play about 12 of them, give or take. No matter what events are going on with other games, or what new ones come out, Im always finding ourselves coming back to this one. It keeps you playing, goals arent too easily attainable but also dont take days on end of tapping to complete. They are very generous on energy in ways you wouldnt expect from other games. No forced ads. Amazing graphics and smooth gameplay. We actually quit playing the dare we say it Merge Mansion because of this game. The events arent dragged on and you can basically choose which event you play next within your merge board. We have nothing negative to say about this game and Im always excited for new updates. It really is a feel-good game that makes you think about playing as soon as you put your phone down.
This game is great for any age from 4-70 is witch we would prefer but it we hard to find out were to get every thing and hard to follow the story line but we would still only give it a 4 star.another thing is that we love how insteadof the classic match games they did a merge game.

Like the title says. EVERY time we play, it crashes. We go to improve an area. Close. We go back in, it crashes again eventually. Ive tried support and we get nothing. Update the game.
We have played this game for a long time and we love it. The three starts is for the lack of recognition of problems in the game. It will shut down on you in the middle of game play. And instead of figuring out on their end how to fix it they blame the user for now having new enough tech.

We absolutely love this game and play on a daily basis. There are two changes we wish for, first, bingo happens way to often and the high level requirements and low participation means that you basically have to give up on your own needs and cant finish any areas. That would be fine if the bingo event didnt happen so frequently. Second, it takes a huge amount of coins to buy storage. If a storage spot costs 225,000 coins and most items sell for 12, its nearly impossible to get them. We think that drives away customers.
This is one of our favorite merge games, but its frustrating that youre limited on the amount of storage space. Why are we still collecting coins when there is nothing to really use them for.

Our name is Alecia Greer and we are being charged $17.09 for in-app purchases that we were never able to use due never receiving them! The game was also freezing immediately after the purchase. We deleted the game but now not able to redownload it due to the purchases that we are still being charged for that we never received! We have had this game for years and never had this issue! Please help.
Love the game but just recently it has started crashing on a regular basis when Im playing makes us not want to play. We keep it updated and have enough space on our iPad. Help.

We like different areas to work on simultaneously. But the bubbles that cant be popped make the game frustrating. There are times when we only get to tap 4 things out, make merges and then the board fills with bubbles. We quit the game because we dont want to just sit and wait.
We actually love this game but its so frustrating because it force closes every or 2 minutes or so. We make an item and it force closes ugh then we have to go back start all over and it does it it again. If this isnt fixed soon we will be deleting this game.

Definitely one of the better merge games but almost impossible to enjoy and get through when all the tasks you have available require high item garden tools that take way too long to generate. The generators or something need to be updated to resolve that issue. But overall, usually a pretty good game.
We just finished the back story event from when sunny and bright are kids – the one you have to finish in order to start the lemon orchard stuff. Got ALLL the way thru, but after we chose a reward, we tried to submit the lemon bag, and it said we needed to complete this event we had just finished. Opened it up, and it was back to the start! What the heck! We do NOTwant to have to go thru the entire thing again Also, the app crashes every time it crosses into the next day we have to delete and redownload the whole thing – its very annoying.
We love the game! We have been playing since it came out. Our only suggestion is that a safeguard be in place for bubble purchases of items, the ones that cost gems. An are you sure question. On countless occasions, we have hit the buy button instead of the delete. The last time was for an item that Im sure was close to 1,000 gems (it was the dust mop). This safeguard would stop these accidental purchases.
So as the title says, the 2024 Halloween event is broke. It says we need to fix the gate to participate in the event, which we did. There is no Halloween customers in the special event board and the silver coins you collect are lost. We tried deleting our game and reinstalling and all that got us was all our progress lost and still the event is broken.
The new update keeps crashing the game.

We cannot update AirPlay any of the games because yall have a glitch somewhere when we try to make a purchase it would sometimes they let us and sometimes they wont and when it does, it wont give it to us. We really enjoy this game, but we cant give it five stars right now. We belong to a team that has been working very hard to improve our score in the top 10 teams contest. We think we moved up to a high-level and were so looking forward to getting the prizes. Now it seems they discontinued that contest midstream they didnt even let us know. They just stopped doing it, very disappointed. We hope they dont do that with other things.
