There is a known issue where you lose your friends list and your team if you update on iOS. Notice needed to be provided to alert people before updating.
After the last update before today us and lots of others were kicked from their club and had their friends wiped out. We were the co leader of the club with over 4,500 bingo points. We will not start over and will be deleting since the update today did not fix anything. Dont waste your time.
We really like this game.. BUT after we update this game ALL our friends missing and we were out of the groupPLEASE help.
With the new date we lost the club we were in and all our friends, plus no one is able to send us lives. We like this game but not the update. Please fix so we can get back to playing.
We love this game, been playing for over a year this point. We play in the app several times a day so we know that inactivity is not the issue here. After the app updated overnight automatically we logged on this morning to find Id been kicked out of our club id been in since you created clubs, we no longer have any friends except Bright, & all our extra energy is gone. Is this a glitch?? From an avid players perspective, starting from scratch with these things is extremely frustrating & it needs to be looked at.
Was enjoying game until we logged on and it decided to give us a new user name and kicked us off our team and now we have no friends. Also no way to get back to our old profile. Annoying!
We used to love this game and we dont know why, we dont know if they sold it to people who just wanted to make money from the members but man did they go downhill fast. The worst thing theyre doing is they made Halloween last for three months so they could charge $5 a week for the golden ticket. Seasonal thing. This game was awesome last Christmas. This Christmas Im playing Midas Merge because Im done with their greed.
Had our 20 friends full and was part of a club for a long time until now. This morning we played a game and everything was fine. Just went in and we had 1 friend (Bright) and Im no longer part of a club. Most likely deleting this game.
Yooo, what? We’ve been playing almost every day for several years. Im the leader of our group and we were almost done with Bingo and now Im just not in the group?? Did the group get deleted? Im not playing again until Im put back into our same group with the same rewards.
Im made because we love this game and play everyday. And today we go into the app and we no longer have any friends or am part of a group and we just worked really hard in the Bingo event and we wont get the rewards. We want to be put back into our group!
Any eta on when the groups are going to be fixed? We are a long time player and lost a lot. We will delete the game if not fixed soon! We lost too much progress to go backwards like this!
Our club was deleted during bingo and lost our entire friends list. Cant even add new friends or join a new club. We’ve been playing this game for years and now it feels not worth it, especially with how lame the events have become. Hope it goes back to the event style of tears of the pharaoh/ others from before.
Update just removed us from our group, of course right before bingo rewards that we contributed a lot towards. Friends list is gone. No way to contact support – we tried to find any way to and could not. This in addition to the weekly passes makes us want to quit. We loved our group which kept us playing. We’ve also spent real money on this game multiple times. If the devs can reset our friends list and group – which we couldnt even find again!!! – we will change our review.
Can you please make it so we can pop bubbles without having to pay jewels. They just automatically turn into coins? Also, can you upgrade the boxes, as the box gets higher in level it spits out higher level parts?
Can we opt out of the season passes please??? We hated the candy clogging up our board and we were so happy after months to finally see it go, but and now the snowflakes!? Its impossible to get items in this event and the snowflakes are just annoying, we just want to play your regular game please.
After playing this game for nearly two years, we will be uninstalling this game. The holiday events have turned into a clear profit-seeking tactic that forces players to sink money for any of the unique decorations. The coding is the exact same for the Halloween and Winter events. Im sad to go, but we dont want to waste our time on a game anymore that we clearly see going downhill.
Game keeps crashing after every few minutes, and doesnt save where we last left off! Dont know if it was the last update, but it wasnt doing this before!
We love the game however the Halloween and now Christmas events for 2023 are HORRIBLE. They go on to long are impossible to make it to level 12 by the end of the week and you must pay for the golden ticket EVERY WEEK for 12 weeks. Which is $5 btw. The last good event was the Egyptian event. Bring back more events like that.
This year the Halloween Edition was horrible and super annoying!!!! It took too much of the board and you couldnt get anywhere with it!!! The previous years you had more opportunity to buy Halloween Decorations and actually do something. Please upgrade it for next year or just do away with it all together! It was annoying to the point we stopped playing like we usually do and played and downloaded other games.
We really love this game Im almost @ level 48 But we updated the game now we cant open it anymore its start loading to 90% then stops plz can someone help me.
The game is fun and you arent forced to watch ads which is a bonus. But instead of forcing the players to buy more energy and gems, give us options to watch ads. We will gladly choose to watch ads if it helps us gain boosts.

We have not received any of our in game purchases. We have been going back and forth with them and apple to get a refund or our purchases. They do not respond very fast and you have to jump through hoops to get what you paid for! We swear they want our birth certificate and license as proof, but can track all that you are doing. Give us what we paid for or is it a scam? Its to bad because we like the game.
We cant see what is in our shop, we did the additional download and then our shop disappeared. We can click on it but its empty.
We really enjoy playing the game but we wish there was a way that once you had the item to use you didnt have to go back and regenerate. In other words you only get one use out of each item and then have to find them again. We feel like that is a waste of time and the game could move a little faster.
This merge game is like every other one out there. The only thing that sets it apart is the bingo event which we could take or leave. The board fills up fast and it spits out a lot of bubble items that take one minute to burst and you dont have the option to burst them like other games, which is quite frustrating especially when the board is full and you have to sit there and wait for it to pop so you have extra space. We have just started playing, but it is refreshing to know that this game isnt filled with some ridiculous love scandal, same sex crap or a stupid love story that takes forever to develop.
The Halloween event started with Halloween decorations in itmost were very hard to earn. Now the Halloween event has worthless prizes that have nothing to do with Halloween and are easier to get with regular game play. Last week in the exotic plant event we earned plants and seeds to try to earn the rarest of all plants. Apparently we have to create 4 plants to get the rarest one. This week didnt offer us any plants or seeds. There are other merge games that have become more fun ad more interesting. AND they dont make you wait for a bubble to burst when you arent interested in it, you can burst it for free! We hope the developers make some changes, Im starting to lose interest.
We just bought more time to finish the city and so far we have not gotten it yet.
The only reason why its not higher is because whenever a bubble appears in the game with a certain item, we dont have the option to trade the bubble for coins. Other games make it so you can pop the bubble for coins and get rid of it. We don’t know why this isnt a thing yet. Developers, please make this a thing in your next update. Not being able to is making us not want to play this game.
This was a great game two years ago. Now the devs are slacking. They dont answer requests for weeks. They used to give free energy on their Facebook page 4x a week. Now they only give once a week. The events used to be fun to participate. This years Halloween event has been a joke. Im on week five and not a single Halloween item is available. They are also charging weekly for the event to the tune of $9.99. Previously, we didnt mind spending a few bucks on a new exclusive area. Now it seems like they are trying to make every aspect of the game pay to play. If you bring up a part of the algorithm that seems off, the devs treat it like part of the programming, instead of a bug.
This game used to be so much fun. Played daily for years but now it has become unreasonable. Events are one of the biggest things your player base look forward to and now you make it completely unobtainable for people to collect Halloween stuff. This latest update is just the icing on the cake to lose your players. Offering zero items to earn for Halloween unless you reach level 12 and have bought your game pass. The amount of pumpkins you can get for taking up space on such a small board is useless. With the amount you need just to gain a level is like throwing a handful of salt into the ocean. Am we angry? You bet we are and so are many others. Your devs have turned a great game into garbage. It is sad because we also enjoy the story and unlocking locations but we guess its best to part ways before we have to witness what was once a great game go further downhill. New players dont waste your time or any money to further shoddy development.
Certain items, especially for some of the generators, its hard to get. We accidentally sold one of our generators thats hard to create because they place the X button on the purchase packs right over the sell button and we hit it twice on accident and so it sold whatever we had selected on multiple occasions, including this generator. Most games we play have the parts to merge into their generators easily accessible. These guys dont. And also its harder to get through the events than it used to be. Havent gotten many Halloween events, or able to complete the big flowers. And then they started wanting you to pay for areas to be unlocked. Nope. Deleted the game. Its too much stress and aggravation for a game that was once our favorite stress free game.
The Halloween season pass isnt working. We’ve collected so much candy and it still says we havent reached level 1. We genuinely dont understand whats going on.
We cannot change some of our decorations, and they are stuck on the Egyptian theme. We would be so much easier if you added a tool where you could scroll through all the design options at once and choose from there rather than having to hold down over each individual spot in just the right place in order for the design options to pop up for that particular decoration.
Generally we enjoy the game, but the other games we play have some obvious method for contacting support in case of issues. We accidentally deleted a workbench generator, and although we did hit the cancel button, it did not register and give our bench back. We tried support through the app, but the issue is not in their searchable database and there is no way we can tell to send a message through the app to the developer. We tried the app developer link through the App Store, but that just takes us to the developers homepage, which is almost entirely in Chinese, with no obvious way to see information in English. We will most likely keep playing the game, but the lack of access to support in case of accidents is troubling.
We honestly understand the developer getting pretty frustrated about the situation, but we are FURIOUS about the word choices in facebook announcement that accuses the player, and ANGRY about making changes without notification we are also very disappointed about your customer service that leave players for wks because no-one showed up in 72 hrs, and you automatically closed the conversation. We literally have to take a week to find someone to help us with something, WOW. DISAPPOINTED, DISPLEASED, and all these new updates are an ABSOLUTE DISGRACE. We no longer believe that spending money in this game can bring us happiness. You can keep updating, and we will keep playing the game in a free way until we spend all gems we have purchased in the game. Update: very, very disappointed about the new event. You need to pay 4.99 each week for 12 weeks in order to get 2021 Halloween decoration. The 4.99 includes barely minimal items, thats not worth it at all. You also need to spend a ton of energy in order to get the required points to unlock the next level, and we are not joking about A TON.
We really enjoyed this game and spent way too much money on extra gems and special packages. At some point, we tried buying something and our payment was taken but we never received our purchase. We contacted support, but they claimed there was nothing in their records so we needed to contact Apple support. We did that and ultimately, the only option was to request a refund once the problem was reported. We were denied a refund, disputed the denial, and was denied again. We went back to the game support and received no reply to our additional request. All, we wanted to do was keep playing the game. We lost about $30 in purchases that we were not compensated for. About a week ago, we opened the game and an error popped up saying we needed to update the game to continue playing but there is no update available, so we cant even play it now. We’ve tried repeatedly to contact support. We’ve tried removing the game and reinstalling it. Nothing worked. Im very disappointed but we guess they dont want a user who will spend real money to play their game instead of just playing it for free, because we cant play it at all.
We would love to win decorations for our mansion but you cant because to get through the levels is too hard. We play 2-3 times a day or more we only got to the third prize. You guys need to make it attainable.
We play a lot of merge games, theyre our favorite game. This game is our least favorite, by a lot. The board is super tiny, so its hard to advance or store items. You have to pay extra for a normal size board or storage. Unlike other games, when you run out of energy, theres nothing else to do in the app. Other games we play have puzzles or other side missions to do in the meantime. This entire game and app just seems like a money grab. We’ve played for a week and Im bored.
We cant seem to play the game and we did delete it and redid it but erased everything we had and it wont let us touch the other icons to get their items off of them. We mean it says charge, but its not.
We usually enjoy this game but its not very enjoyable when every action we do gets us a bubble. If we have something that we need to work towards, a bubble will usually pop up every other action if not every action. They stack up fast and we cant pop them without watching ads or buying them. It wouldnt bother us as much if they didnt pop up so often, Ill give 6 squares at a time taken up by bubbles that all have a minute still to go because they keep popping up back to back.
Of course the game is engaging and nice to look at, but the concept is not to challenge your mind or skill – only to get you lured into some dumb waiting game for things that you feel like you need – things that fill up your game board very, very quickly and can be EXTREMELY difficult to attain by way of stupid long-winded chain merging – and then you wait some more for more things, but then theres nowhere to put them. And then you wait for more energy. Oh our gosh, the dumb energy. And then you wait for more space. And then you wait for more things. So on and so forth. Designed to lure you into spending money for digital nonsense. If it were more fun and challenging, and if some of the items werent EXACTLY the same as Merge Mansion items (why didnt you folks take a more original approach?), then it wouldnt be so bad to try and get people spending their hard-earned clams on your game. But its not original, more fun, or the right kind of challenging. Add a side hustle, non-merge game to the original so people can be doing something fun to earn energy during all of that incessant WAITING. ALSO – we just recently downloaded the game and we see every other day UPDATING why is there no compensation or reward for choosing to use up valuable space on our device with your game updates? AND! Its pretty shady to not show how much time is left on energy consuming items. You show expiration time on the annoying bubble items, but no time on anything else? Unethical.
This game was fun until the update. This the second time our game reset to the beginning of the game. Very annoying.

The lemon event took 45k coins for an in app side game!!!! Fix this!!!
We have bought a few in-app purchases but never received them. Complained to Apple for refund, was rejected. Complained to developer support, was told they could not found our purchases and told us to complain to Apple support. Really crazy!!! We deleted this game cause when we complained to their customer service, they said our account is faked. We have spent a few thousand dollars for their in app purchases and they said we are faked.

We love that theres no ads this game not only does not have ads but also helps us relieve stress even when it can be frustrating because maybe it takes a week or even a month to find what Im getting too we still enjoy chatting with our team and we know a lot of people that play this game you should definitely say yes to Sunny House even though sometimes it can be a little bit frustrating we still absolutely adore this game and that will probably never change so you should definitely get this game Sunny House now play have fun and you can tell us we were right.
