This game needs a software update. It freezes and takes our chances to play the game. We usually move on and occupy our time enjoying other games. We’ve been playing this game for awhile now. Sad to see this happen to us.

Really fun, challenging and rewarding game! Daily gems available to use if you get stuck on a level. Just received free lives in response to the global pandemic to encourage players to stay home and play safely. Game freezes up & causes us to lose points etc. Then it makes us be have to start over & buy more coins then it totally just stopped the game at about 2,000 & caused us to have to start completely over at 1? We think we are owed $$ and/or free coins, etc.

It has never bored us nor has it exasperated us with puzzle that are too hard to conquer. It is enthralling and exciting which keeps us hooked. Thoroughly enjoyable and an exceptional experience. Im having problems with this game we purchased and dont get it we have to start all over help. We have pass 1183 twice and it will not let us go to the next level Why Im we losing gem we look up and 8 gems are missing.
We like it because, even when Im frustrated trying to complete a step, we know its our skill or no skill that gets us too win.
We enjoy this game more than any other bubble game! We’ve had it on our phones for years! We’ve got a glitch – the watch a video for gems quits working for a couple weeks at a time!? It happens randomly and then starts working again.

This game is fun and not to horribly hard. Each level does get a little harder. But we think Im addicted.
This is our favorite game to play but we have been waiting months for the levels to be created and nothing has been done. Im stuck on level 2934 with the cloud on the following level thats not opening up.

We enjoy this game the most. Its challenging & fun.
We love the game and play it often. The big problem we have with the game is when we use a wall to bank or bounce a bubble in order or bubbles that cannot be hit with a straight shot, we have no way to accurately know where bubble will end up. The dots from the ball/arrow are too short. It doesnt show you where the bubble will end up. It is like a crap shoot. One has to guess or estimate where bubble will end up unless it is a straight shot. We would like the game much better if this situation/problem to us and probably for many others as well was rectified. Else wise, the game Is fun.
