We have read similar comments regarding feeling pushed to purchase additional coins to get past a level. This seems to occur more often after you have purchased prior coins for levels. We also noticed you can be down two colors to almost pass a difficult level and may need one specific color but the selection will give you a color that is buried underneath the color you need. That color will be just (one ) while all of the surrounding colors are the obvious same. This is more prevalent when the option to watch a video is available for additional shots to be added. Sometimes you will have two chances to watch a video or maybe one but each time it comes back with ball colors you don't need. Almost like intentionally sabotaging your chances of beating a level without making a purchase for extra balls to shoot. When that happens you will be so frustrated you will end up purchasing more balls. We have had this game downloaded and played for YEARS. Since we have deleted the app we don't recall the level we reached but it was pretty high since it has been over 6 yrs or more. We have taken breaks from it because of this push. Each time we want to keep playing and give it another try but we have reached our latest and last day of being so frustrated. We are finally deleting it because its not worth the aggravation. These type of games are to relax not give anxiety and frustrate.
As of June 23, Very frustrating experience when we have sound off but your ads BLAST the sound after every level discourages playing. UPDATE: the response we received for this feedback was a canned response about ads in general AND did not even address our comment which pertained to the sound level NOT the ads themselves. If you are going to respond, please take the time to read and understand what you are responding too.
Why am we being forced to play the Royal Hall rush? At first when it recommended we play we were able to exit out of it but then it popped up again and we had to choice but to play it again! This is super frustrating we just want to play the regular levels!!!! It should be an option if you want to play or not!!! Dont make us do it over and over again.
Detracts from enjoyment of it with all the pop ups and young kids cant navigate them.

Nice time killer, but the amount of coins you get for completing levels is pretty sad. Complete several levels for ONE coin? Come on.

Beware, This game snatches bubbles off your finger if you just accidentally touch one. Tried to overlook this , but happens too often.
We hate games that cheat, like this one, where, when you get to the harder levels, the player is forced to waste 10 or more shots because the color is hidden several layers above. And no, the no videos to watch has nothing to do with wi-fi capabilities. Players are not morons. We call the developers because instead of adding honest obstacles you place target bubbles in impossible places instead of having limited availabilities. We truly gifted developer wouldnt have to cheat.
It freezes all time. Waaaay to many videos. When we want more moves we watch the video and the wheel that needs to be spun ALWAYS lands on 3. Never more moves.
The creators did some nasty and unfair tricks in this game.

Game was fun for a long time, but eventually gets too difficult to advance. Requested that they make it possible to start over, but so far that isnt possible.
This is the second time we had an issue where we purchased a super bundle pack in the store. We try to make a purchase and it says purchase did not go through. So we tried again and it says $17.99 was charged. We then get an apple notification that we were charged double and fees. First time we thought was a glitch but will never make a purchase again.

We havent heard from anybody yet Ive written three times and dont see our review online. We just listen to a long commercial to get three extra bubbles and we keep getting to bubbles which keeps us from winning the game which Ive almost won four times after playing at least 50 times or more. Please correct game 199 to show Ive won. We had 2 blue bubbles left for our 3rd turn was on play free & it said no more. Your game has lots of errors in it.

Im currently up to Level 5732. Do you know how many levels there are? We do green annoyed by the ads, but Ive kind of become accustomed to them. Ive also come across a minor glitch that when we switch to a different app (messaging, for example) in the middle of a game/level, Bubble Shooter will freeze, causing the app to start all over. Any idea why? Thank you again.

We dont play many games but this one has intrigued us for some reason. Bravo to your designers we know designing Is not easy to do.
We like the game itself. But goodness could there be more pop ups? Every single time the app opens it has no less than 5 things pop up. We counted 7 this morning. It is a pain to close those out every time you want to play.
Its a relaxing time pass until it does you dirty. Ill be in a 1st time streak & it will freeze up leaving us to close the app and reopen it having us start all over again. 1 longer add should be optional all of short adds glitch & make us not want to play.

We downloaded this game recently to kill time, and heres what we have to say after hundreds of levels. The Pros The card collecting system is cool if youre into that and gives you more motivation to play the game. The ranked system is pretty basic but still functions to reward those who play more (not better) and the rewards for reaching a high rank are also pretty nice. The game is also easy to understand but provides a few unique details that we personally enjoy. The Cons While we have played many bubble shooter and other games oriented in this style, this one is by far the most frustrating. Even if you play the level perfectly, the game can decide that you lose, ESPECIALLY when there is a reward for 1st time victory. Say for example you need a blue ball to remove a huge column and progress to the next stage. In our experience, 9 out of 10 times the game will not give you the color you need for at least 10 balls. This is less frequent in the normal levels, but in the super hard and higher levels the difficultly is only increased based on luck. There is no rhyme or reason to the game. It will waste 6-10 of your 20-30 turns on balls you cannot use and take away streaks and rewards. Even after playing the level and trying to analyze the best patterns and where to go, it is not possible to win every level 1st try even if you play it perfectly. We have a detailed process to figure out each level just to see if this is a skill issue or a game issue and we assure it is a game issue. We would like this game to have luck be normal and not rigged towards you. Please take more time into making your hard levels hard based on positioning and thought process rather than lessening the probability of a ball you need. Very awful mechanic. If youre looking for a bubble shooter game we recommend a different one.
We can ignore garbage ads but Im tired of the incessant fraudulent keto gummy ads. Its bad enough that the ad is for a dangerous product, but every endorsement is a fake as well.
While we love this game and use it to waste time often, that may change fairly soon. There are ads that pop up in the game now that you cannot get out of. The only option is to completely close the game and then reopen it. Super annoying. We dont mind the ads. The game is free. However, now we find ourselves closing the game and not reopening as soon as we see that ad pop up. Please fix this.
The game can be fun. But when you send color bubbles that cant be played it makes it aggravating and not fun.
After we watch the thirty second video the game freezes and we have to close it back out and reopen and restart. Which is very aggravating. Only started happening with the new Faceapp video with the babies on it.
Ive been playing this game for awhile currently on level 2000+ however this game is incredibly laggy and any time we get we pull down the top bar on our phone or swipe out even for a second it just stops working we cant press anything and then lose all our progress and power ups. Ive even won a level for all 3 stars and lost it because we swiped out for a second. We dont understand why this is and its really hindering our game playing.
Ive spent a lot of time playing this game Im past level 4000 and Ive enjoyed a lot of it. But it has two frustrating bugs. 1. Sometimes you get bonus lightning-bolt bubbles that you should be able to turn on for use when you open a level. If we get a timed bolt bonus it works, but the single-shot bolt bubbles just vanish and never turn up for us to use them. That is, we win them from chests or races, but they arent there to be turned on when we start a level. 2. When you run out of bubbles on a level, you have the option to watch an ad and get three free bubbles. Sometimes this works. Other times all too often we watch a video and then, instead of putting us back in the game, the app freezes. So the company gets the revenue for the ad view but we dont get the bubbles we earned and in fact lose our progress on the level. We would give the app 5 stars if the bugs were fixed, but as it stands we dont recommend investing your time (and possibly money) in an app that doesnt let you have the bonuses and other extras that you have earned by its own rules.
Love the game but all of a sudden it has started locking up right in the middle of a game. Incan get out of it, get back in, play a couple levels and does it again.
While we understand the game will become more challenging the more you progress, its absolutely ridiculous that the random bubbles you get to shoot will be completely irrelevant colors for 50-75% of your allotted shots. Im on an extremely hard level currently and needed one specific color as the rest of the bubbles were blocked by rocks. We shot TWENTY THREE shots without that color coming up. SEVEN of those shots were the SAME COLOR IN A ROW. There has to be a way to fix this.
After you reach a certain level you can not advance without purchasing more bubbles. We have been stuck on the same level for three days and we are always left with one or two bubbles and am never offered the opportunity to get a reward by watching a video. We must purchase more. We already bought the game and feel this is a way to force us to spend more money. We have already emailed support and they tell us it must be a technical difficulty which is why we are not being offered the reward, which is wrong as the reward is always there if we have more than three colors left and it is obvious that the three free shots wont help us advance. We refuse to play a game that just makes us mad. No need to respond to this with your platitudes and fake sincerity of your repeated and identical responses that you are giving to all of us here. We are so over this game.
Ive tried reaching out for assistance for over a week now and we have not received any. We tried to save our progress and it moved us down to level 1 when we were over 3000 level.
We paid the $4.99 to remove ads, and moments later got a charge for more than twice that amount. Super disappointing, to say the least, to be duped out of more money than what was advertised. Actually might even be illegal? Fix this before you get sued.
We enjoyed the original version, but the current version is much better. Even with the advertisements, its a great way to stimulate the brain.
It is a fun game that can be for everyone.
The easy levels after the hard level build up are probably what keeps us interested. If it just continued to get harder and harder until it was unattainable without in game purchase of ways to win, we would have deleted a long time ago. Instead, the couple of easy ones after 2-3 hard ones is a nice respite.
If we have to see the advertisement for Home Scapes one moe time Im going to delete this game! Ive been playing this game for years but have been stuck on Level 577 for over a month. Ive also purchased extra balls and was not given the correct amount that we purchased. Im probably going to delete this game because its not fun if you cant get past a level! Just bought 10 balls & only got 2! Not cool! You need to give us what we pay for.
We were obsessed with this game and loved it. Then they changed the competitions so that once you get to a certain level, all the bomb and fireball challenges are goneso its not about whether youre good at the game anymoreits just about whether you can play all day and spend money. Super sad!!! We used to be able to play a little bit in a day and still be competitive, but not with the new structure. Im so disappointed.
The way the app freezes constantly is enough to drive us away from using it frequently. We can deal with ever present advertisements, and we do mean ever present, but the only way to fix the freeze is to close out entirely, which penalizes you as if you lost the level and takes your power ups and so on. Its frustrating. We dont want to play and we wouldnt recommend it.
This could be a very fun game if you didn't have to watch ads in between EVERY SINGLE LEVEL! That's a deal breaker for us.
