We downloaded this app due to seeing an ad in another game. We love bubble pop because it tests your skills and is very relaxing. Instead of just lining up the play bubble you can spin the cylinder to get more bubbles knocked out at a time to reach the next level. You earn play coins, but there is nothing you gain with these coins. There is no way to use them to purchase in app play packs or withdraw out to get cash or invest within the blockchain for anything. All this game does is relaxes you and test your puzzle ability. It would be good if the player could do something with these earned coins like withdraw into the blockchain for investment or cash in for actual money or provide the player the ability to cashout in exchange for purchase from online stores or pay bills. Im on level 500 and its the same thing over and over. None of the graphics shown in the preview have shown up. When does it get fun.

We should not be forced to use the color switch mechanic to be able to beat a level this is a major hindrance to game enjoyment. Its either a huge flaw in the game programming, or its an intentional ploy to try and make us watch more ads/purchase coins so we can use the color switch. Either way it ruins the game.
Give back the option of color changes with out the charge. Limits our play. Was a 5 star game.
We thoroughly enjoy the game but there is an ad we have to sit through after every single board.
We are very addicted to this game. We are closing in on level 800. The only issue we have besides too many ads is that it doesnt seem to be getting any harder to get thru the levels. We feel like Im playing the same 10 levels over and over again.
We really enjoy this game but we can only get to level 14 and then it says that we have $750 coming to us in PayPal or something and we dont want that all we want to do is play the game and we cannot get past that.

We have been playing this game for awhile and even purchased the no ads. When the game updated 4 days ago we lost all of our color swaps and when we finished the tower and watched an add to double our coins and color swaps, it never updated. Highly disappointed and we cant find any support avenues to discuss this with.
Im addicted to this game. Partly, we confess, because we like the popping sound. Its like infinite bubble wrap. Our question is, Im only on level 900 but am wondering if the levels get any harder. We hope so.

Easy to start ,and entertaining to play.
We like this game, but our pencil dont work with it and we cant make precision shots because our fingers are big. So we end up not playing the game now probably end up deleting it, although we dont really want to. Somewhere down the road to make it where we could use our pencil. We dont like touching the screen because it gets it all fingerprinted.
We love this game but we wish there was something we could spend our coins on besides extra balls to finish the level if we run out. Maybe like new colors of balls or ones with designs on them. Make them reasonable to use our coins. If that was to happen it would be a 5star game.
Would be great if the cylinder did not rotate when aiming the shot. Cool, though! Happy Turkey Day btw.

We love the game but it is getting stuck and gives us a black screen on some of the ads. Then we have to uninstall and reinstall. This needs to be fixed.
Enjoyable game just too many and too long of commercials.
When are you adding more dragons? We have finished unlocking them all but still play because we like finishing a tower to see what constellation shows up.

This is the only way we knew of to try to contact customer support: First of all let us say we absolutely LOVE this game, we downloaded it a few weeks ago and we quickly became obsessed and purchased the AD Free Version and Im already on level 1080. We have no real issues with the game it runs smoothly, doesnt lag or shut down etc. The only problem we have is that Ive never been able to login with our Apple Account. Theres a button in the Settings section showing the option but every time we click it nothing happens. We would love to have a way to be logged in through Apple or even Facebook because we have those options on all the other App Games that we play, Im just worried that if something technical happens or we lose our phone etc. Im going to lose all our progress and coins etc. Also theres no option in Settings to contact technical support for problems thats why we have to contact you through this review, we also couldnt find a way to contact technical support on your website. One more thing, can you please think of possibly having a booster like a rainbow bomb that we can purchase throughout gameplay for like 150 or 200 coins? We just thought that would be fun as we get to the end of a level we can purchase a bomb to hit several pearls at once helping to clear the level if we are almost out of balls and want to purchase it. We see youve taken away the option to earn 50 plus coins when finishing a level? To earn coins Id have to watch an add? We think we e reached the end of an era with your game. Give more instead of taking away.
Im on level 469. Ive enjoyed everything about this app – until now. We havent been able to master this one and the MAIN reason is that someone decided it would be a good idea to throw a wrench in the entire game. There are way less balls to play with. The balls seem to have a mind of their own – going just a ball off from where youve aimed. Ill give it a few more tries but after that its going in the trash.
We used to love this game. There werent tons of ads and the more skilled we got we were able to really rack up the coins so we had a nice cushion and not having to buy anything. Now our points drop faster than ice cubes in the fire ! We play just as well but penalties are either bigger and even if we watch stupid videos to get extra points, they barely add up than much more than just accepting the 5 coins per game. In a matter of a number of games our coin stockpile has dropped to one fourth of what we had. When we get to the end of our coins, this goes in the trash.
This was a great game, until someone decided to change it. Fewer balls and 45 fewer coins make it necessary to watch ad after ad after ad. Ill be deleting after our coins run out.
Ive found this game to be every bit as relaxing as popping bubbles in bubble wrap! We havent spent a dime on this game and have been playing it daily for well over a year. You only have to watch ads if you want extra points otherwise its just a relaxing way to pass the time.
We are on level 6431. We do enjoy the game. However, when can we get one of the towers in your ad and on this page? We wish there was an opt out of the star part with the prophecies and the crystals.
UPDATE#2: we are disappointed with the recent update. Before when you won a level, you used to get 50 coins/credits without ads or 150 if you watched two ads. Now you only get 5 without ads or 15 watching ads. For every ten levels you used to get three color change power ups, now you only get one. You also run out of balls faster because they reduced what they give you. The cost of eight extra balls was reduced from 1,000 to 600 however, most of the time you have to get another eight which the price then goes up to 1,200. The purpose of the pet dragon or whatever it is and the jewelry still remain a mystery. UPDATE: we are still playing the app because we find it relaxing when Im stressed out. It helps to relax our mind. We are on level 908 and it doesnt get anymore challenging. Im still continuing to collect the gems for the jewelry that has no purpose and the designs are repetitive. Still no purpose for the pets either. If you are looking for a relaxing game that is not timed and never goes anywhere, you will like it. The graphics are pretty but we havent come across a design they show in the ad. Also, there are some typos in the constellation names that drive us nuts. Not only because of the spelling errors but, because like the jewelry, the names are repetitive. Original review: This game is simple enough and addictive. It also includes pets that you unlock along the way. However, there is nowhere in the app or online explaining what the pets do but always asks if you want to upgrade them to the next level. Why would we spend credits or money if you dont even know what they do or how they benefit the player by upgrading them. As you play you also collecting gems that create jewelry. Again, there is nowhere explaining why you are collecting gems for this jewelry. There is nowhere in app or online to get assistance. We dont think Ive ever played an app where there is no information available about the features of the game. Will likely eventually delete it for this reason.
We're on level 184 and we keep losing. Not a big deal. But we're noticing that we're getting the exact same balls every restart. The level is rigged where you absolutely need points to change ball color. Took us too long to figure it out.
This game often does not give you the points you have earned. This is a game flaw that needs to be fixed.

We really enjoy this game, but when we go to use coins for extra balls it takes all our coins no matter how many we have and only gives us 1 ball instead of 5other than that Im addicted to it.
We dont understand why we can choose the color we want to use when switch color is active. Also, the game doesnt include all the colors in the feature, so we have to waste switching colors tapping it 7 tomes to find a color on the board and accessible. Overall, the user doesnt have enough control in the game to make it enjoyable.
We had three mid level game freezes over 5 days. That was enough for us. Uninstall.
We like the game but only 5 coins!? There are no power ups and too many ads. We understand you need ads .this game is different from all the others and we really enjoy it please make some changes and Ill give it 5 stars.
We like the game, but we paid the 7.99 to get ad free And it didnt work on our iPad. Ive been trying to find a way to contact them to solve this problem and Im not having any luck. We hope somebody reads this and can tell us what to do.
The game is quite fun and the levels are a good challenge, however you should allow us to use our saved up points / coins to pay a REASONABLE price for balls when we run out. 1000 coins for only 8 balls is high. Even though technically free, thats 200 coins each, ouch! Lol And watching ads for balls isnt fun either. Thank you.
It would be nice to be given the ad choice in the beginning instead of saying ad free ad free. Have 1 price that is ad free & not keep us running in circles. We went ahead with the Ad-free option of $9.99. We are still getting forced ads. Why? What benefit is this to pay ad-free & still get forced ads.
Every time we finish a level, an ad conveniently has to play. Its annoying when youre trying to decompress by playing the game. Everyone should get at least 5 solid minutes of game time before any ads play, and then they should only last 20 seconds. Thats more than long enough, and more than frequent enough as well to promote for paid advertisement.
We normally dont rate games but Ive found ourselves on level 400 and honestly shocked ourselves with how far Ive actually played this. A couple things we wish would either be added or changed, more of the diamond creations because Ive done them all and now its restarted from the beginning. More dragon eggs because we got those all too and maybe some little mini games or something. It would definitely up the popularity on this for sure.

This game is hard to play because when you try to make the balls fall they dont we have to keep taping over and over again until they do fall so if you like hard games then this one is for you but we do like the game but only gave it 3 stars.
We paid for no pop up ads, it work and could play without all the ads. Started to play today and now the ads are back. Tried to find away to contact their admin and cant find it anywhere. We paid now please remove the ads.
Dislike having new games populate on cell phone screen when playing the main chosen game and signing in on the first chosen game.
We havent got Ralph on it but so far its fun keeps you entertained so well just have to see.
Pop in bubbles on a tower ranks with watching an obsolete smelter tower demolished by dynamite.
Fun game with a good twist on the normal bubble pop games, which we like. The colors of the bubbles are really pretty and its fun to watch them fall. The little dragons are cute too. The only downside is that the background and tower never changes. In the pics it shows these really cool towers with different themes and stuff but the tower stays a boring brown tower. Im on level 100 and see no way to change or upgrade the tower or anything. So the game mechanics are fun but the visuals definitely need some work. Seems like it could be upgraded with very little effort from the developers.
