There is a bit too much going on, but we like it. It would be 5 stars except they added ads. We have to give them credit that the ads are (mostly) kept very short and you can make them quit in a very short time. However, it does take away from the enjoyment of the game.
Im not saying that this is a terrible game and you shouldnt play it, im just saying that around level 300 the game screws you over. The bubbles they give you are useless. You will have a strand of purple and all they give you are blue and orange to shoot. And the worst part in our opinion, they give you like ten useless shots and when you have no chance at beating the level, and you have two shots left, they give you the purple (or other color you need). Game is entertaining but impractical for winning. Thank you!
We have been playing this game for quite awhile. Our biggest complaint is when you are playing and have another app open that is background streaming the game freezes up and will not respond so you have to shut the game down and restart it losing your progress or rewards earned. God forbid anyone tries calling in while you are playing this game the same thing happens. We have had way more than the 4 instances where we contacted support, this has happened they had given us our reward we earned in their weekend competition but now are refusing to help us get our rewards we earned until we send them a video SO THEY CAN KEEP THEIR REWARD we EARNED OF 15 COINS AND THEIR LACKLUSTER CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSE AND we WILL BE FINDING A BETTER GAME THAT DOESNT GLITCH IF we TAKE A PHONE CALL OR LISTEN TO A PODCAST OR MUSIC FROM MY IPHONE. DO BETTER SND DO NOT ASK FOR VIDEOS TO PROVE YOUR GAME HAS ISSUES. JOW DO YOU EVEN RECORD A FROZEN GAME SCREEN THAT WILL NOT RESPOND TO TOUCH AND HAS TO BE FORCED CLOSED.
The game is okay if you can get around the ads that occur after every level. And we mean EVERY level. To do this simply close the ap right as the ads start and reopen the game. Dont hit home button. Double ta it close the app only then reopen it. Its boot up thats just a few seconds so its more repetition than anything. The whole process takes less than 10secs (6-7) Id give this 5 stars otherwise.
Really tired of the needed color not ever showing up to win on hard levels. We dont mind needing these, but it is too obvious they appear when they do . If you are so s, so we have a chancemart, realize we arent stupid, and give us some randomness. Also tired of no video available when you need it, only at certain times.

We love to play this game after a long day at work. It helps us to relax with the soothing background music and colors.
We have been playing this game since 2017. It has always been one of our favorite bubble games. Now, the player gets a measly 3-4 coins, sometimes other bubbles. When we started, every level was designed to be defeated without spending coins. The old daily bonus was 9 coins enough for at least 1 extra try. Also, there used to be more free plays. We love this game but Im also not going to pay a lot to play it. Also, adjusting prices in packages. The players is not getting very many coins in each package for the price. How about a special package price once a week? We enjoy this game but changes and charges will drive us to abandon this game. That would be too bad for both of us.

We’ve played this game for years and we don’t understand why we can’t use the coins we collect. When we need additional coins to complete a level we can’t access them. We know we’ve accumulated hundreds of thousands of coins, but we can’t find them to use them. We enjoy the game but if this isn’t fixed we’ll just give up and stop playing.
We like the game. It would be better to you could buy no ad options. Also, if you come accumulate the fireballs.
This game is a lot of fun at times, and other times it is so frustrating that we have to stop playing. It often has ads that dont stop. The latest one is a snippet game that you must have to play to get back to this game because it just doesnt let you x out of it. You basically have to close the app to get out of the ad, and then you have to start your level all over again.

Why do these games freeze up? When they do we dont get rewards. We play on our phone and tablet and it has happened to us several times just today.

So disappointed. We wrote to you guys July 17th telling you it repeatedly crashes! Obviously yall have a problem! Several users are reporting this same issue. Please fix it. This was our favorite app!!
Each time we try to access the game it closes.
We cant even open the app to get our user ID. The app crashes immediately and has been for almost a week. We have deleted and reinstalled multiple times. Please help.
We have emailed and sent an in-app support chat and have not received a response. Its been over a week. We were charged for coins but the coins were not filled.
Learning how to play bubble bop is a fascinating game takes us into the game as though you r really there playing in person every level is a new adventure.

This is REALLY FREE!! You NEVER have to pay for extra items unless you feel like it. EVERY other free game gets so tough you cant progress without spending money. On this game, some levels took us over a week to pass while the other 99.9% were first time passes. Get this game!!
When watching ads the X appears in some in the upper left corner. It was a way of allowing the user to opt out of watching the whole ad. Now it stops the ad and goes back to making the user listen to yet another ad.
We had earlier reached an impasse and was pretty annoyed. But after setting it aside for a day, the game seemed to take pity on us and let us pass the level. We’ve made it through several dozen since (yes, its very addictive), and we’ve hit another impasse. So Ill set it aside after a few tries every day and see if it lets us pass again.
After several games when you try to get extra time by watching an ad it says no videos available so you have to completely back out and start again. Very annoying.
We wish we had! Once you spend real $$$ on a coin pkg you are severely limited in watching videos to earn extras and so you have to buy a pkg for additional coin to win. Not only that our coin cache is not credited with winning weekly challenges or the daily awards. We are deleting this app and hope folks read ALL the terrible reviews before you buy any pkgs, the greed is obvious here.
We’ve been playing this game for years but as of recently we’ve been unable to make in-app purchases. There used to be prices next to any upgrades in the store but now when we attempt to buy anything it immediately gives us an unable to make purchase message or something like that. Please fix this if its a bug issue.
Its Friday and bubble quest is not available.
We have been unable to play the Bubble Quest. It will load then crash. The game is always freezing.
Since the last update the has been crashing.
If you dont pop all the bubbles to clear a level you can watch a 30 second video and get 3 more shots but after a while you have to spend money to go any farther. To get 10 coins for 5 more shots cost $1.99. And the cost to play keeps going up. Too much money when we were hoping for a mindless game for relaxing. Its doing the opposite.
We have become stuck for about a month now on the same level, its impossible to win this level, but before this it was challenging and more exciting.
Too many stupid adds, and no we’re not gonna pay to block them.
