We truly like playing this game but we feel that the screen is to crowded, what ever you have buildings for does not need an icon. We are actually loosing coins because maximum coin limit is to low (stops at 1 billion). We play most of the time on an iPad and during the parties you have to move the screen back and forth to catch the bubbles. You keep on coming up with updates that are useless to the avid player. On the pull out screen on bottom right you can get rid off the parties, celebrity and special sets icon because you have buildings for these. Also the bag icon with fork and knife. You can put the decoration the clipboard and friends icon in its place. Merge the ticket icon and merge game icon back together. And get rid of the lightbulb and shopping bag icons and put it under the chef/cafe name with star icon on top left. These are just some of our suggestions. What do you think? Also get rid of the blue hamburger theres no use for it anymore and put the disco cakes in its place and when you claim gift you can also put the disco cakes there.
We’ve been playing for over 10 years. Back in the day, clients actually sat down at the tables. All seats would be filled. Bring that back.
There was a glitch in the game where we reached level 300 and a list of requirements and never got the decadent delights truck. We sent you guys a request ticket two times already, and it has been weeks with no response. Its a fun game but we dont like the lack of communication and the glitchy bugs.
Please please please leave out food dishes from this lotto. Sausage plates and holiday dishes have no value to the game. The game should be for extras ONLY, NOT food if were already trying to level up them dishes. Get it together , fix that algorithm. How many times am we going to spin to get invisible cakes? Kind of annoying but we cook more though so kudos.
We have met a lot of awesome people in the room. There should be a way that we can talk to them out of that room. Plus Im like 221 in the room. We should get more items and move the ranking up.
We really enjoy playing Cafeland. We have played it for years and seen many changes. We love the Mimi match game. We miss being able to choose our own rewards. We enjoy the tournaments and look forward to playing them every week. Great game!
We have been playing this game for a couple years we wish there were new tile and wallpapers and new sets that were available and more of the gold bars the arts we love this game just new item and new food to cook.
We love the game, we really do. But the fact that we have to spend more money on things for the same amount of time is ridiculous! Why would you increase the stove cleaner to $200?! Im never doing that again, but we are tired of cleaning our stoves. You make things hard to get, but they are required to finish tasks! The sauceswhy cant we have as many as we want? And why do you make it hard for us to get the rare items in the spin? If youre not gonna give it to us, TAKE IT OUT!!! Why do we need to invite so many celebrities and we never have what they want so we can never level up! We do however like the mini merge game. Please dont mess that up! Also, since we have to buy almost everything at ridiculous prices, why cant we buy the coupons? Im tired of all these boxes in our restaurant!! We at least should be able to put them in inventory. Kids arent playing this gameadults are!! Consider that!!
Love how you can use your imagination and do some awesome things! Since you do have boats and ships, you COULD do with some Sea Gulls or Pelicans. How about some Tiki Totums. That would be awesome! Thanks for providing the fun!!!
It deleted our cafe even tho it said it would save our progress when we switched it itwould be better if in the login it gave us options to choose which cafe of ours we wanted to use.

All the developers seem to care about anymore is squeezing more and more money out of the players. So sick and tired of every response from them saying you can buy stuff to help in the tournaments or skip a task. Well heres an idea, stop making it so hard to get what you need or loosen up on the ridiculous tasks. In 2023 not many people have money laying around to blow on a game. This was supposed to be enjoyable but now its not.
Constantly losing connection. Nothing wrong with our Internet so its on the developer side. Why.?
We have enjoyed the new updates to the game, we have played off and on for several years . We left cause it never changed, but this time around we have enjoyed it. Keep up the good work .

UPDATE: never authorized charges but one came through yesterday. Immediately filed a dispute with our cc. If you let your gifts sit long enough before collecting them, the game will deduct one or more, without explanation. _____________________ Dont waste your time. We recently cooked over 1300 dishes of a dish and it never updated for the catering order. It said we only cooked 33. Watch the purple circle when you get purple stars. It will reverse ever so slightly during the collection of purple stars….a setback, if you will.
We would like the time on the trucks to go down from like three hours to one at least and some cheaper for the magic sauces so we can get feather in the game and yeah how about a pc game for this.
We like this game and we have been playing it since we were 21 so mind calming and time consuming we love it it!!
This is a fun game one we like to go back to often. We would like to see some new things such as new wallpaper colors and new colored tiles. This game used to have featured holiday themes for the restaurant with wallpapers furniture tiles etc. Would love to see that come back again. Would also love to see more magic sauce made available for example when you visit friends you always get 1 hour sauce drops would like to see more magic sauce drops.
Its been hard for us to find a game that we like, but we love this game. Im addicted to playing it. Its not hard to level up at all and we love how our cafe looks.
Its a great game, but if you not spending money, leveling up and upgrading your restaurant will be hard. Please make it a bit easier. Thank you.

Not crazy about buying expensive things but, enjoy the Game.
We seriously, after 5 years of playing, wouldnt recommend this game. Recently changes to trucks in spite of extra stoves, has made the game more of a dreadful chore than enjoyablenow instead of looking forward to game, we look forward to the arduous task of cooking nine dishes, many twice to tune hours constant play where many are leaving clubs because they cant play the game 24/7 for very little reward since removing another $175 game cash from game. After playing, there is very few magic sauces, without running many many parties which gets pretty boring, and little cash to buy anything which necessitates putting in real hard earned cash for overly expensive items. They really have sucked all the fun out of game with last two upgrades unfortunatelyI believe they know that it is difficult to quit and leave the clubs for dedication to other players so they think they can pretty much make any change even if it is a massive determent to the game and ultimately players imho. Sad they have made this game now a unenjoyable massive unmistakable chore :(
The new update on trucks is terrible you need to change. This getting getting where it is not fun to play.
This game was AMAZING and then they made too changes and updates. It is now nearly impossible to get rewards such as pink and wholesale sauces. The food trucks used to have food categories and now the dishes are so specific you end up using tooooo much counter space, sauces and money. Sauces that you dont even have in the first place because theyre very hard to come by now. The tournament missions have become nearly impossible to complete. We have lost interest in this game. Creators, please go back to food categories. And simpler tournament missions. We want to keep playing but all these changes and updates are pushing us away.
The update that no longer allows categories of menu options for catering orders is making the game very frustrating and tempting us to stop playing. The 10 hour recipes just sit on the cupboards languishing. Poor choice if developers are aiming to make the game fun.
The merge idea is a waste of time. Get rid of those stupid invisible plates and the cakes for prizes. Update decor items and add new cafe machines, games, parties, characters, celebrities, etc. We’ve been playing this game forever. We stopped because its so boring now. Nyou are even repeating the same decor we’ve had forever during holidays or spins. The extensions require way too much money and tickets for a 1×1 inch extension. Its just stale and boring to play at this point.
Im so over the 2hr dishes when we are having the truck challenges and tournament. This is too time consuming this game is not fun nor relaxing anymore.
With the games past few updates, it is no longer playable in Tournaments without spending cash! It USED to be a fun game. It has become very time consuming & stressful. You need to be on 24/7 playing. So if you d/l it just play alone dont join a club. We’ve had our Club since 2019 & players are quitting & the developers dont care! Very sad. We give the game 10.
Our party level which is 228 went down to 0 with todays update please fix this Wish you wouls give back the chance to open support tickets which hasnt been available for months!
We’ve been playing this game for years and like it a lot. We Enjoy the cute kitchen we have set up but you really make it so difficult with the points. You make us spend money for a stove, a counter, etc and then we cant use it four months worth of gaining more points!
There are often been over the years changes which wasnt geared for player enjoyment but strong arm tactic to in-app purchases. Cooking tasks jumped from 6-8,000 up into 10-30,000. Tasks difficulty in other game functions geared to push purchases. Look, when you are enjoying something you dont mind spending some. Some dont have the money. Removing game cash prizes removes players. Making every dish specific on caters do not allow players a chance to clear counters, cannot use spice.. Log jam. Clubs are disbanding as members leave. We would take it down abt 10,000 notches and return the things to make things fun.
We did a review and they took it down, go figure dont waste your time, they want to banned you for speaking your opinion. Then they changed so much we have lost over half our players! So sad this game used to be so much fun, they said they are getting rid of cheaters but banned good people. Then let the real cheaters stay, they did an update where if you try to boot the person that is doing basically nothing and getting all the rewards from the people who are really playing, you lose all their points which may not be a lot but it is in a tournament you need all your points why do they get to keep rewards they did not even work for but the team that works their butt off get screwed, especially if the person leaves because they are being babies are arguing with someone else, its just sad is all, then the trucks every since they did that update no one will play its so sad, the owners of this game are greedy.. They get money when we sit and watch a million adds but want us to use our own money to play also we have in the past we didnt mind it but wont be doing it anymore. If you cant keep the players happy they stop playing and giving you money. But they dont care this game will die soon its so sad because it was our favorite.
This used to be the best game but now they want everything to be fair. So If youve been playing for along time they penalize you for that and require you to do more than the new players. Also it used to be easy to get pink sauce which you have to have for the game but now that takes forever to get no matter what you do unless you buy them and Im not spending money on a game! So Im deleting game they took the fun out of it!

This game used to be fun. Too many changes and updates made it undesirable. We used to really love playing this game. The changes they have made make it impossible to earn game rewards. Its all a money grab now. Too bad.
Theres been many changes. Some good, some not so good. As a level 300+ player the truck challenge has become mind numbing. Changing the second row of boxes to specific cooks gives us no reason to be on the game after finishing a truck. Now we play candy crush more.
We’ve played this game for long time. We just deleted it because you have made all these changes that makes it not fun anymore we have spent cafe cash to buy wholesale sauce many times and then when we use the sauce on a counter it wont seek the food yet took the 15 cafe ash from us. The truck changes is terrible. We advice others not to play this game its become too difficult to fill trucks and play period.
This game reminds us so much of Zombie cafe minus the attack other players option. Instead you work together with friends and compete in tournaments. Its literally the best!!
We have played this game for a long time. The changes made make it harder to reach goals. We used to be able to make lots of food in different categories so that we had it ready before needing it but this does not work anymore because all the slots in the catering truck require specific food instead of a category where you could use the food that is ready. We realize that progress requires change but the latest update was not progress. It just made it harder to reach goals.
We really enjoy playing this game, however we wish there is an option to rejoin back into the club by going into your friends cafe. We got kicked out once just because we wasnt that active and we were super active before for a long periods of time in the club. When we want to rejoin back by searching it, it became difficult because although we have the name of the club we couldnt find the one we were once joined. Please please make this a new feature on the next update!!!!!
We’ve been playing this game for a couple of years now, what we’ve noticed is that,it’s gotten more expensive, more repetitive, we see the same items for years , if you’re going to charge more , give us a different experience. The game is even more expensive, in our everyday lives it’s more expensive due to corporate greed , this game has become that way it’s no longer a respite, it’s a chore . We don’t think we can continue to play this game It’s not fun anymore.
