We’ve been playing for a while and there are ads but honestly they arent that bad until they started with the make money playing games ad, it takes FOREVER to get through and we end up closing out the game and just stopping for the day. Please cut it back to the 5-10 second ads again!
This is a fun and addictive game. But the ads are constantly interrupting the game. And the boosters (hammer and swap features) get more expensive as you use them which is somewhat maddening. When pop ups for deals ask for $15 real money its enough to make us want to delete the game.
Did the current download but we cant get our game to load now. We can select all other features in the game except for the actual Game itself. Totally bummed.
More often than not, the daily challenges are not counting as complete no matter how many times we actually beat them. Please fix this.
You move a few cakes and an ad and move a few more cakes and ANOTHER AD! Its INSANE! We loved the game and we know yall have to have some ads to pay for the game but really? That many ads is excessive!

Every time we press the daily puzzle it freezes, we’ve missed three days because of it.
This game has got too many glitches and too , too many , way too many commercials. It messed up our iPad. We removed it and cleaned off our iPad and it works great.
We love this game but we very much dislike the new update of only getting so many plates every x seconds. Can endless mode like before at least be an option?

We like this game, very addictive but, it drains our battery super fast. Our iPad gets really hot whenever we play it. We cant find anything to change in settings to keep this from happening. So, we might just have to delete it. Super frustrating!!! We really liked this game.
This game is fun and addictive, but boy does it have a ton of ads! They have special offers to remove ads, DONT DO IT! Youll only remove the ads for an hour! Its not permanent, do not waste your money! Its better to play on airplane mode!

We love how simple this game is, it’s great for anyone with anxiety bc it’s lowkey calming. But we would also love to be able to choose which cakes we have on the board!

Been playing for a good long time now, and Im happy to say its eventually updated with the features Id like to see, like the ability to swap your cake load outs and such. Would be much nicer to be able to change the whole load out before watching the ad, but the option alone was needed. We’ve collected all the cakes at this point except one, and it looks like some sort of pansy cake. We dont know if thats a bug or some secret achievement thing to get but seeing the grey spot in our collection bugs us. The option to disable ads should def be cheaper, and we would like the coins to be cheaper as well, but such is capitalism. One thing we think could be fun is instead of the infinite option at the top when you complete your collection and go for score, it might instead choose a random cake from your collection and swap out the cakes like when you first unlocked it. Could keep the board fresh and make the scores a lot more interesting to get. Overall we’ve thoroughly enjoyed it, and we look forward to where it will go from here!
We use to absolutely love this game, until they allowed ads with sound that you cannot turn off or mute. After the ad, the X to close it, is so small it keeps taking you to the ads websites. We would be willing to pay to turn off ads, but that doesnt work either. We ended up deleting it.
We actually truly enjoy this game but every time we play it, our phone gets hot, our battery gets sucked dry, and occasionally things start glitching. If the developers could figure out how to keep it from disrupting to that level, Id probably give it 4 or 5 stars.
We expect ads and there are a lot, but we played long enough to want to pay for ad free. That is until we see they dont have a flat ad free rate that is indefinite. No they charge by the hour seriously?? No way no how. $1.99 for 1 hour $2.99 for 3 hours..$5.99 for 5 hours.. We’ve paid that for indefinite ad free in other games. This is so ridiculous that we are unfortunately going to have to delete this game.. Change to a flat rate and many more may pay it because it is a fun game.
We paid $10 not to have ads and the latest update made it to where we now have ads. We either want this fixed or we want a refund.
The game is fun and seems to run well but the ads are driving us crazy! Its about every 2 minutes there is an ad. Theyre usually not more than 5 seconds but when theyre constant, it can get annoying and more times than not, Id rather just close the game than watch yet another ad. To buy the ad free version is $10, which we feel is way too much for this type of game. They need to scale the ads back. Update: been playing for a while but it has been stuck on the loading page for weeks now! We’ve updated the app and same thing. We hate to delete it and lose all our progress so Im dropping the stars even more. Super buggy game and we definitely would not be buying the ad free version.
We 100% expect a free game to have ads, but theres a certain point where it just becomes too much. This game wants you to watch an ad for everything, and we mean EVERYTHING. It prompts an ad every few minutes while youre playing. You need to watch an ad to spin a wheel. You need to watch an ad to play a level. You need to watch an ad to switch out your cakes. Each and every basic feature is locked behind an ad. The app lets you buy an overpriced premium version, but quite frankly we dont want to support developers who are so obviously greedy and dont care about making a quality app.
After they fixed it its back to being really good. We enjoy playing this game. Its one of the few ones we play daily.
We really like this game. You can just relax your mind and get lost in it for a bit, for a nice brain break. HOWEVER, There is no way we could tolerate the free, ads constantly coming and killing your vibe, version. So we did what we hardly ever do, and got the paid ad free version for 9.99. We’ve spent the same amount on things we’ve used or even wanted much less so what the heck.
The game often needs bug fixes and has new things you just cant unlock no matter what which is a little annoying, also Im level 20 but somehow something that says level 4 required is still locked out for us, otherwise we absolutely love playing and we love the looks of the little cakes, hopefully with some more updates it will be perfect.
We’ve been playing this game for some period of time and its been quite enjoyable. Unfortunately, lately theres been an issue where every time we close the app all the cake pieces are set and the board is blank. Whenever this happens it makes us less likely to continue playing. Hopefully this issue gets corrected soon.
We find this game addictive, but theres nothing like a frozen screen or an ad every 60 seconds to ruin it all. Cant save the game, and it keeps freezing up with the only solution being to uninstall and reinstall the app.
This game is easy to play and fun, but theres too many ads.
Cute game but needs work. Ever since the latest update it no longer saves our progress. We have to start over from zero when we exit the game and come back. We have no drive to play when it’s deleting our progress. Also, we like the addition that you can now pick which cakes you play but hate that it forces you to save with a single change?? We want to see if cakes look nice together before saving doing it one by one is inefficient and annoying. We won’t bother with this feature until it’s fixed. We’re not going to save our selection one by one, especially with an ad between each, that’s ludicrous.
Just did the recent update after the update that made everything worse. Well. It hasnt gotten any better. Its still glitching out, wont go to the next cake. We collect the 1000 points and nothing WAY too manY ADS. Im disappointed. This quickly became one of our favorite games, and just as quickly we want to delete the app.
The game itself is fun. But its filled with bugs. It crashes a lot. If we play for more than 10 minutes, it slows down and drags badly before finally crashing. It also drains our battery very fast. 1hr of game play can comprise of 70-80% of our battery between charges. We use it on our iPad. There are ads running very frequently, which likely causes a lot of the battery drain. In its current state, it is not worth the hassle.
We do enjoy this game but sometimes it crashes. Last time it happened was when we opened an ad link from this app and when we returned, it froze. After closing and opening it again, our game session had been reset.
Now the game resets unless you watch the ad? That’s a no go. We’re about to delete this. $12 to purchase is way too high.
We put our phone on airplane mode and switched off wifi and still got ads to pay to remove ads is $10?!?! This is ridiculous. You guys need to find another way to make this work. This game is fun and has a lot of potential but its so annoying to have to watch ads with no skips or just no way to exit. The ads arent even serving a purpose like allowing you access to certain features. Theyre just there! This is horrible.
This game is fun enough, but there are so many ads! We even paid the $10 for no-ads which has removed the random ads every 15 seconds, but there are still sooo many ads! Want to change a cake? Watch an ad for each cake you want to change. Want to collect a daily prize? Watch an ad. Want to use your free spin? Watch an ad. $10 is an absurd amount to pay for such a simple game that will still ask you to watch ads for the most basic game tasks.
We do like this game, but for over a week now it has been so frustratingits taking away our new special cake pieces that we earn or just not giving them to us as well as the other rewards from the spin, theyre just not thereIll even get a full one to play with then it will disappear. We just got a new cake and all its showing on the cake page is an infinity symbol and then we cant play! Our game will freeze and thats it even after this update nothing has changedIve lost so many rewards Im done watching ads for nothing! We also dont understand the maps, its locked. It tells us it will unlock on level 4Im on level 17 and we’ve played them before! Now we cant! Frustrating!
This is a great app but at a certain level it just crashed and wont load now so we had to uninstall and reinstall which started us all over.
Game froze when loading san sebastian cake.
Our cake sorting table shrunk (used to have 6 rows, now 5) Now its impossible to play long term and we have to start over multiple times. Used to love almost getting the board full and working to empty it out, now its not the same. Disappointing!
Wish there werent soo many adds.
We bought the Easter pack and our game locked up and couldnt enter into regular play. We eventually had to delete the app and reinstall but it lost all our coins and level progress, even after restoring purchases. Im sad to have to start all over.
This game was great until the last update. Now it wont load past the title page.
We totally love this game. So satisfying and addictive. We spent many an hour matching the cute cakes and watching them disappear, earning new cakes, trying to beat our high score. But we feel so taken advantage of that today Im deleting it. People have mentioned the high ad content in other reviews. This is no joke. This game has at least 10x more ads than any game we’ve ever downloaded. One as about every 75 seconds. Its incredibly expensive ($10) to opt out of ads. We’ve only paid that much for really complex games. $10 for a matching game seems outrageously high. Additionally, the game drains our phone battery like crazy and makes our phone really hot; like no game we’ve ever played before. Even on battery saver mode its only marginally better and if we play the game we know Ill have to charge our phone as soon as Im done. As others have also stated, theres an option to save your choice of cakes out of the ones that youve earned, which doesnt work. Its a great idea because sometimes youll have several cakes the same color and want to switch one out. In order to save your choices you have to watch an ad (of course), but even after the ad runs your selections are not saved. Additionally, not often, but sometimes, the game totally freezes and the only way to continue is to quit and restart the game. This totally resets you to the beginning, so any progress you made is lost, which can be frustrating if you were approaching your high score. We kept playing even with all the frustrations for quite a while, but Im done. It really feels like the game creators dont care about the game experience at all, only about getting revenue for ads.
Whenever we press the play button on the home screen, it shows the cake sort splash screen and then completely freezes, making the game unplayable. Force-closing the app doesnt fix it either.
We have issues sleeping and this is our go to bed time game. Its fun and challenging and you can pick up where you leave off :)
This simple addictive game is the only game we play every day. The latest update made it truly perfect in every way. When we first stumbled across it we immediately fell in love with the cute and delicious looking cakes and pies, and the fun puzzle mechanics. Theres something immensely satisfying about completing and clearing a cake. Up until recently our only complaint was that once we unlocked a new cake, an old one was removed, never to be seen again, and when there were no new cakes left, we were stuck with the latest set of cakes. BUT! We reached out to the developer and asked if they could make an update allowing us to choose our cakes from previously unlocked ones and they did it !!!! Now we truly have NO COMPLAINTS and love every aspect of this game. Im even cool with paying the $10 for the ad-free version. Im happy to spend a ONE TIME FEE for literally hours of enjoyment every day, every week. We only hope now that they dont break this beautiful, perfect game. All other games we grew to love got ruined by greedy money-grab tactics, but this simple, absolutely wonderful game truly has it all. Its relaxing, it stretches our brain without stressing us out, and when we are craving sugar it actually helps calm our cravings LOL. We bought the ad-free version and did not regret it. We dont mind watching an ad to save a custom cake set, although it took us an embarrassingly long time to figure out that it wont save your custom set if you dont have active cakes on your board, no matter how many ads you watch. We hope that little glitch will get resolved in a later update, but its easy enough to overlook once you realize whats up.
