The reason we wrote our title,you need to be a millionaire to play. It uses so much energy that you have to keep buying diamonds in order do buy energy. We really love this game but cant keep going to the different levels.
We love this game graphics are great but it is way to expensive.
We switch from world to home or home to world game crashes and we have to hard reboot it.
After update this morning it will not open.
We like the game but we agree with others that say it costs too much energy! A bush takes 37 in energy and if we only have 60 we can only clear one and a half bushes then have to wait for our energy to come back to continue. Ive spent too much money on this game trying to complete the missions and Im going to delete it if this doesnt change.
Enjoyed playing this game for many hours until it hung and nothing we could do would get it working again. Tried restarting, reloading and repairing. It had had some hiccups during the time we played it but we put up with them because we enjoyed building and exploring the game. Just tried reloading and it again hung. What a waste of time.
Game will not load after update.
We agree the emeralds cost too much and we have spent too much in a month. Its hard to get supplies at times. We like the size of the mazes we have seen so far, but the tramp needs things we cannot find. We didnt like the Xmas mazes at all! You could not successfully guess which way to go and you wasted a lot of energy trying to find the path to follow. We kept losing interest and we would go back to our old game. Too much of a story on each maze. At least so far. We should be able to find the answers ourselves without going to a chat group. There is a delay in buying from the market and it looks like you didnt get what you bought. Ive had the same issue at the foundry. At least thats what we were told in a chat group, that there is a lag, and thats why we couldnt find things. That lag time makes us not want to use the market at all. The last one, pirates maze had long pitiful story and wanted you to feel sorry for a character.
We updated the game now we cant even load it or play it.
Can you please make the obstacles cost less, as we like this game, and the one thing that puts us off is having less energy.
Its a little bit tough to navigate we dont know how to explain it its just not smooth.
Recent update means waiting 30 min to refresh energy in the pot thing vs 5 min in the old version. And the events are lame, you really get rewards that actually do anything. Ive stopped playing, theres a lot of similar games that are better.
Good way to kill time. Only negative is the difficulty maintaining energy.
We like the game but we wish the air balloon would not stop right in our way. We would much rather forego the bonus blast than to watch the sick, awful, sexist, stupid ads with the stupid, helpless, underdressed women victims. Disgusting.
We really loved this game.the graphics, adventures and all that until the latest update. The majority of the reviews mention the difficulty of acquiring energy to make decent progress through the game and this update made it even harder. Not until this game have we ever spent real cash. We always determined we would play for free or not at all. We enjoyed this game so much, we went against our better instinct and began purchasing gems to acquire energy. We have spent more than we should but was enjoying the progress we were making. With this new update, they have increased the refresh time to produce energy in the oven by 6x. They have offered free daily energy options that in no way make up for the extra time now needed to produce that energy. This is designed to drive you to increase your spending of cash or make virtually so little progress there is no fun anymore especially if you are trying to get through a timed event. So sad, we really wanted to keep playing but we cant afford it anymore.
Game is fun but difficult as level up. Watch your spending and dont get get tempt to buy. Play free as much as you can. A lot prizes.
We would like to give 5 stars but when you send a complaint to Devs they always say will fix in next upgrade which they never do. There are a lot of things that they will not try to fix. We have spend more than enough money playing the game and it can be an excellent game except for the support.
We play this game every day! But now it is frozen on the tutorial on the seeds to plant! The game keeps shutting down.
Not only is this game nuts but Im nuts for playing. We keep trying because Ive enjoyed Klondike and this is similar but its way to hard to get energy and it disappears to quickly. Of course its so you will spend money which is also nuts because it disappears almost instantly. So today we somehow got to a dream thing. So totally weird and we couldnt get out. It made no sense so we deleted the game.
*New updates make the ENERGY even worse, now it takes 30mins instead of the 5 mins to cool down? Such a bad move for an update as how much the low rating review are increasing as we are one of them If this situation is not changing back to before, then THANK YOU, NEXT to a different game. ENERGY is spending too fast and re loading too slow. Can't do much with that little amount of energy. Also there's is too much dialogues! Wish there's a skip button, it is kind of annoying to keep on tapping through the dialogues.
This has Ben our favorite game since forever. Recent update changed energy refresh to delay of 30 minutes for energy refresh will clearly reduce our playing time! The daily quests by no means offset this change. We hate the daily quests and watching the same video 100 times a day. Too bad, this is our favorite game was please hear your players! ID 3-13410.
Sad to see the games has started incorporating Magic in the gameplay. This was one game that didnt have magic as part of the story line and the change to add it is a disturbing turn. We have purchased several passes and now feel we have wasted our money. We will be deleting the game.
Liked this game until latest update. Now the stoves that are used to get more energy take 30 minutes instead of 5 to cool down. Way too long. There are so many games like this we would recommend another that makes it easier to replenish energy.
Despite continuous complaints over the years about the game being an energy hog, the developers just made it HARDER to gain energy. The magic pot and rocket stove let you put in ingredients to generate more energy and had a 5 minute cooldown. This was annoying enough when you were trying to get through quests and limited events, but doable. The new update just raised the cooldown to 30 minutes, which is unconscionable. Its obviously an effort to get people to pay for materials to reduce the cooldown. However, the game pass rewards, which is a big draw for purchasers, depend on spending energy to increase levels. By making it harder to generate energy to spend, they have effectively made the game passes useless because it will be incredibly difficult to raise levels. It is only worth buying the elite pass if youre at a high level to ensure more rewards. Great job devs – you ensured that people will stop spending money on a popular feature.
This game takes a lot and you have to be smart on advancing in the game. They did a new update and made the cooling off times 30 min instead of the 5 for conversion of items for energy!! Not a good move.
Very disappointing that the stove and other energy makers now take 30 minutes instead of 5 minutes. That greatly affects airship challenge and events when you need the ability to get more energy quickly.
Been playing for more than 2 years now, nothing exciting, everything needs at lease 35 energy.
We love this type of game and this has been great fun..till now. We are at level 17 and since we are a casual daily player am way behind on quests. Amounts of money/gems/resources needed to catch up are nearly impossible unless one is willing/able to purchase gems etc. Or one is willing to play for hours per day. We understand why the game progresses like this but it saddens us because we will no doubt be quitting. The amount of time it takes to accomplish quests without investing real money in the game is making it boring. Too bad.
Please let us sell decorations from events for energy. We have tons of stuff in storage that Ill never use. Maybe you could make the prizes normal decorations like flowers or nice trees. We would use those. Also please let us claim our energy from the energy tower without having to drain our energy supply first. We use A LOT of resources to upgrade the tower we should be able to claim it like the energy from the restaurant.

We gave a four star review because energy usage is quickly used up literally in seconds. Its taking us a very long time to get through adventures. Some we cant even participate in. We have utilized every way to get energy but can never get ahead. We feel energy usage in clearing areas are set too high. Also, the dynamite wow it does not cover enough area. Either this needs fixed or larger bombs need to be made. We noticed this in other games also. Another thing it is waaay to difficult to get parts to buildings and not enough parts given to do hardly anything. Help! Please make changes and rate would be 5 star. Thanks.
Loved the game and played it daily for a few years. But Im out of water and theres no more ice.
Hi love the game just not how little no to get the resources to finish stuff or running out of energy and not enough ways to earn more we like to play longer than 5 minutes on these kind of games so make it so you can earn the resources and energy more easier and quicker or we will get board of game and delete it sorry but we like to play and move on faster thanks.
It became clear to us that this is sadly just another p2p game with no regards from the Devs to players feedback whatsoever. And the updates are there just to add new events to get you to spend more, without actually fixing some major bugs that prevent some players from progressing in the game (ex: green house issue). It is very disappointing for us, an active player for 2 years to see the game that we enjoy playing and spent a fortune on become one of those money sucking apps thats filled with un fixed bugs that stop our progress while other players have no issue. It is unfair.

Takes a lot of energy. Builds up slow and goes extremely quick. If you want to get aheadplan on spending hard earned cashand lots of it. Have been playing this game a longtime. Hammers are extremely hard to get. And cant do a lot without them. Things have not improved with new ownership. Support help is a joke. They usually say that it is your computer or to take a photo. Why? We tell you the problem you should FIX it. We are currently unable to get into game. 2 days now. Locks up. We do not see many reviews from this year 2021. Dont think people are fooled. They are not. They may try your game. But with all the issues and poor help support dont expect them to stay long. Our review is- very poor. Would not recommend. Lets see if this will be posted and how far will you have to scroll. Today is sept 7 2021 Okay forgot to send this. It is now sept 15. Yes they did fix the problems. But once again. Good game, its pretty much exactly like Klondike. Anyways the only problem we have is that we can store everything, like the buildings. We cant organize our farm and as an autistic person that causes us a lot of anxiety please fix this and we will rate 5 stars.
There are bugs in the game which dont allow the maps to load or list and there is no way to contact online support.
Since the last update, game breaks with almost every zone. Game quality decreasing with new ownership.
We are needing water really bad is there another way beside barn to build it up.

This game provides the use of strategy, use of proper production, and adapting to the various scenarios that enhance all of the different challenges presented through the game. For those who can only participate for intermediate times, the challenge to complete the game is almost impossible unless you want to invest a lot of $$ – all being said the games are always enjoyable.
Love this type of game and the rewards are better than most.
More buildings and businesses would be great. Better prizes to replace the bricks. We have over 300 bricks.
