Most major issues reported have been fixed. Most customer complaints seemed to be address like crashes/logging and character build ups. New content is better than the old stuff. Nice looking beauties.
We have played the game for awhile but we havent been able to log back into our original account. We have had to create a new account which we dont play as much, if at all. Spent alot of money only to lose everything.
The app is fun at times until you eventually do a lot of the same things every day. Reason for one star? Its depressing to say we were high-rated on this game but we were, until we logged in one day and our account was reset. Its happened a couple times before and was able to switch back to our account. This time, it has fully reset us. Thank you for wasting our time and not helping us recover it through the support page. If you have a brain, you wont spend actual money on this game.
After 3 years they lost our account says our id is invalid and after repeated emails face book messages we were told to bad. Absolutely do not waste time on this game.

Ive been playing this game for something like over a year. A few days ago we logged in and all of the heroes that we leveled up are gone. We were basically sent back to the beginning of the game. It was a shame cause we enjoyed playing but we dont think we can redo all of what we lost. Is there anyway of getting back to where we left all.
Ive been playing the game for 2 years and paid our personal money for higher VIP levels. Recently there was an update, and we lost everything. We asked for help to no avail because we dont know any of the previous game information.
We got logged off today and now Ive lost our account. We will not start over, we guess this is the end.
We played daily for about a year. Then for some reason we were logged off and cant get back on. Lost substantial funds in the process.
If zero or negative stars were an option we would have selected that. Before DECA took over the game was decent, it was a cash grab game for the previous developers also but at least it consistently worked. Since DECA took over they break something (or multiple items) each maintenance window. Clearly no business touching code or managing a game. DECA WHY DO YOU ALL CONTINUE TO BREAK THIS GAME? You had several long time players that are leaving daily because you all have done nothing short of ruin this game. There are constantly log in/ loading / crash /severe lag / and broken features after every maintenance.
We would not download this game again. It crashes constantly and at the most important times of the game. Tonight we got locked out of the game for the second straight month right before Cross Battlefield. So we will probably not be able to compete in the battlefield again. Dont try to contact customer service because they never answer.
After years of playing this game and spending our hard earned money on it. The game crashed after the last update and we lost all progress. We have tried several times to get someone to assist us with the issue and they dont even have the decency to respond. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS GAME !!! Deca you should be ashamed of the lack of customer service.
Had been playing game quite some over a 1.5 years Account was bound as game asked you. While loading/logging back into game today ,data was gone and they us go thought tutorial before being able to to get to tech support screen. Do not use game as tech support is lacking and not responsive.
Latest update made the game forget our ID and wants us to start from the start. Eff that – DELETE.
The latest update has the game unplayable.
We didnt play this game for a while so we erased the game which we shouldnt have about a year or half of year ago and we do not remember if we saved our account to anything but it would be great if we could get our old account back but we do not remember our old player ID only our name in game.
So a logged back to play the game, but then the game reset all the way to the beginning, what should we do.
We are the top of our server in pretty much every aspect. We probably only have 30-40 active players on our server. Our Club wins every event, yet we have 16 empty slots available to join. This game is dying slowly. And now we cannot get any substantial source of oil, therefore we cannot upgrade heroes. We love the game but we feel we may have gotten to the end. We will think about it for a while, but Im getting fairly bored of it.
Its hard to get established by just watching adds and not spending money especially if you dont play regularly. Difficult to figure out what a lot of stuff means and what you want to do. Some times to do things it involves a lot of basic button pushing. As you advance in some cases they let you skip a bit of rote button pushing. We enjoyed it enough that we played it a lot and got to a high level with a lot of resources built up. Then for no apparent reason a week after an update, it brought us back to the start with no credit for what we had done the last year. We were close to achieving a bunch of goals. No change in devices, no reinstall, it just lost all our stuff. We cant figure out how to get it back. Its making us go through basic tutorials, so we are done.
Spent time and money enjoying the game until everything was lost when moved to another very crowded server. Was in the top ten and now top 3,000. Would like our old character back on the new server.
So after years of playing we went to play today and the game wants us to completely start over.
Everytime we wanna do something productive in the game the lag comes in and says "lets have a talk" and we have to restart our game everytime it happens.
We had played and loved this game for years but then today we were booted out of the server for no reason. We have (embarrassingly) spent thousands of dollars over the years enjoying this game, attaining certain rewards/levels/warriors/beautys but now its all gone. We are deep into the entertainment business ourselves and we will be calling our lawyer first thing in the morning to start the battle to get back the money we invested into experiencing what this game has to offer. Thank God we purchased everything under our Apple ID and the years of bank transaction records will prove what Ive spent. Unfortunately, Ill never regain the countless hours we spent on playing it.
For some reason we cant login. Explain.
Game crashes on android almost weekly for a few days at a time. Club members are unable to play.
Play the game if you want but Ive had multiple games deleted after spending in the game. It happens after updates. The developers customer service does not have a place for this requesting assistance with this game.
We played this game for over two years and spent a good deal of money on it. We would give it a 5 star but after one of their updates we were kicked out of the game and when we tried logging back in the info was all gone. The support staff said there was nothing they could do to help us get it back. Very disappointed in wasting all that time and money. If we could Id give it a 0 rating at this point we would.
We spent more hours on this game than Id like to admit. The gameplay is not exactly ground breaking but it became part of our daily routine. And we liked the challenge of unlocking event characters and seeing what would drop next. Unfortunately or fortunately for us, our account and all the hours associated with it through 3 phones and going from android to apple, disappeared and all progress that came with it. Their customer support is nonexistent and we have no way of recovering that data or resolving the issue. Unless that changes we have no reason to go back to this game, because Im not doing that grind over again to unlock things Ive unlocked already and a lot of what we had unlocked may never be available again.
Once again Im another CALL ME A LEGEND PLAYER who has spent good hard earned money on this game over the last three years. In the range of + $2000. Point 1 for about the 40th time Ive lost our account. Fortunately Ive been able to retrieve that back due to the fact that we bound it to Facebook. But this time it will not come back. This has been an ongoing problem with the entire app. This issue is becoming increasingly agitating. And there is little to no help from Decker on these matters except more increasingly agitating apologies. If you have not started this app it is within our opinion then dont.
There is a widespread issue regarding losing your account which the developer has failed to address or even acknowledge. Our club has died out due to each member one by on losing access to their account despite it being bound like it was recommended. No response from the developer. Save your time and your money and spend them elsewhere.
F..k this game our history was deleted twice so we removed the app.
The game suddenly restarted. Our account is lost and all our years effort are gone.
We were at a high level and higher VIP and we logined one morning and it was fine and then we went back to it in the afternoon and we lost everything.
Its a fun game but they make it hard to get the ladies and it takes to long to get them and all the work you put into it they really dont give you enough in return and when they do give you a . The game is making us start over we spent money on your game Im giving it one star now.

We love this game and have been playing it from the beginning. And kudos to the developers by keeping the game fresh with new added features as the game grows older. However, now we are seriously considering quitting, not because of the game itself but from the cheating thats going on that the developers refuse to clamp down on. People can just create half a dozen alternate accounts and single handedly win club events, or give themselves an unfair advantage over their opponents. This kills the game. LS.
We love this game, but we accidentally uninstalled the app and when we re-downloaded it our progress was gone. We had put much time and effort and $ into our account how do we go about getting it back? Any help would be much appreciated.
Game is ok. We were having fun with friends, but iPad crashed and trying to recover account. No response for a week from customer service. DECA recently bought game and seems like cash grab. Killing game and doesnt care about players. Go elsewhere unless they can get better.

This app has cheaters and when you try to contact the developers, they just ignore you. In server 171 DG Junior just began playing a few months ago. Ive been playing for more than a year and he already passed us in charm and ATK. Ive spent hundreds of $ and Im a vip, this guy has not spent any money and passed us in just a few months. What is the point of spending $ and be ignored by the developers.
Was an entertaining game. We put a few years into it. Opened it up tonight and everything was gone. The game started anew. Our profile, everything we had built up, all just gone with no way to recover it.
Played for a few years then after a update it wiped all out it. Dont bother wasting your time.
We want our money back. Money is the only way to advance in this game. How much do you want to take to have us advance a little bit in this game.
Game restarted we were far into the game and all our work and stuff is gone.
Our account got randomly deleted after 2 years of playing.
