Like hobo capitalist it can be super dam confusing and hard to progress when you first pick it up but once you start just trying everything and learn the mechanics and the economy system its actually very fun.

This game is truly amazing. Insanely hard in the beginning. Someone please tell us is it at all possible to play without spending any diamonds? We know you are given enough diamonds in the beginning so purchasing them isnt necessary but we really wanted to make it with only the $1,000. We’ve seen recommendations of being able to fire staff and for advertising to be a recurring charge and should be figured into weekly profits. We also think brand recognition should also play a role maybe advertising becomes less effective as your brand grows, but consumers that know your product continue to buy your product.

It definitely took multiple tries to understand everything going on, but we saw a profit fairly quickly and we were able to make a lot of money. Its really fun if you take some time to understand it and mess around with everything! However, we would love to see an addition of the option to fire employees in the future. Overall, it takes time to see a profit, but its a fun time waster for quarantine lol!

This game is great. There are no ads, you dont need to pay to win, and all the aspects of the game are pretty spot on to how an actual startup works. You can get investors like in shark tank, buy out your competitors, expand from a local to an international business and set your prices to cover costs and gain profit. This game really is the best business game on the App Store. The only thing is that we got bored of it once we figured out how to succeed.

Once you get the hang of it it is so fun!

Although we cant figure out how to add to production. Once we figure this out, this game will be the best game ever lol UPDATE: 5 mins later after writing this, family members have been added to the workforce ;) hahaha Im such an idiot its amazing.

Hi! We never leave reviews on stuff but im gonna try w this one. We really love this app, its addicting. Our only problem is that we’ve literally started over like 300 times. Please, please, please give us the option to fire people. We feel like once you start hitting negative numbers the game is pretty much over for you. The option to fire people would help get players back up and out of the negatives. This game is insanely difficult but thats what we like so much about it. Its realistic. Its really good. We just suggest being able to edit your team. And also, we feel like advertising such as billboards + news papers should be longer than a week. Maybe charge every week for them instead of us having to tap the ad every time a week passes. But besides that, this app is wonderful :)

We have been looking for a game like this for a long time but there are a few flaws. One , its to hard we cant make a profit. Two, you cant fire or get rid of the workers you hired.

We find myself confused with the game, but Im willing to keep trying. This game looks quite good and we believe in the developers.

Its a great concept, but a little too hard. When we first started we had moral / productivity on 147 and we still lost money every week till we were so in debt we could not play the game. Just a couple tweaks in difficulty and the game would be spectacular. BTW your other games are amazing.

7/10 Entertaining, but difficult. We enjoy these games, the only flaw is at the end you cannot purchase more than one employee at a time. It does get boring, mindlessly tapping away so restarting is a good option. Good idea, but it is a little too easy to become big fast. We amassed more than 500M in 10 minutes.

Overall it is a very fun and quite realistic game. For all you saying the game is too hard, thats what business is like!! We enjoy the aspect of trial and error and the hockey ramp effect is noticeable. We dont think the game needs to be any easier but we wish you could fire employees. Also the IPO keeps giving us around 100MM for our business valuation, which is severely undervalued, even as our business continues to grow. We have billions in cash, that should also be factored into valuation. Other than those things a very fun game.

Bru we still don’t get it but free money amirite.

It is hard to understand at first but we think we figured it out.

We love the concept of this game, and we think there should be more games similar to this, but this is way too hard. It probably took us about 5 tries until we were able to consistently make a profit. Even then, we only made about $200,000 before, for some reason, we started to lose thousands of dollars each week. We honestly have no idea where the money is going because Im only spending about $1,000 on production, about $9,500 on staff, and we are making about $10,000 per week from sales. And yet, we usually lose anywhere from 0-8,000 dollars per week. Im pretty sure the statistics for each week is leaving something out. So, our advice for that is obviously to include every single place where money was spent and gained in the finance report. That should include marketing too because marketing is not included in it. Also, in our experience the price of candy doesnt effect how much you sell each week. So, the fact that you can change the price is completely pointless. We also think the moral/productivity should just not be in the game. It really doesnt make the game more enjoyable, and its not even that realistic because the productivity goes down so much each week. Another criticism is that we dont really understand the scales in the growth section. When you change the scale it doesnt actually change anything. The production stays the same, and the the sales stay the same. The only thing that does change is the fact that you can buy out bigger companies. The thing is, once you scale up you can no longer buy out companies that are smaller than you. You also cannot make your scale smaller, only larger, so there is no way to buy out smaller companies. Also, when you go into the numbers section the valuation always says $0 until somebody invests in your company. Even when somebody invests Im not entirely sure if it changes. Another criticism we have is that when you research a new candy only 10% of sales (or maybe its production) come from the new candy. We think you should be able to set how much of each candy you produce each week. It would also be cool if there were trends in each type of candy, this way it would feel more like real life. It would also be cool to be able to compare yourself to your competition. There should be rankings with every company based on how much each is worth, and how much each makes per week. And finally, our biggest complaint of all is that you cannot fire employees. This is probably the worst part of the game because if you hire someone, then realize you are losing tons of money because of them, there is no way of getting rid of them. This inevitably makes you go bankrupt and you have to restart. The cause of a few of our early restarts was because of this, and we think if the game was changed it would be much better. Please consider our feedback because we spent a long time writing this out. We believe that your game has real potential, but it has a lot of problems.

We think this game would be much more clear, concise, and enjoyable if converted leads were actually permanent (or semi-permanent). Realistically, your starting lead conversion rate should be very low (1% or less), but converted leads should become returning customers, rather than potential sales just resetting back to 1000 every week. This would create a sense of organic growth for the company. Just our 2 cents.

As the title says, we have no idea what to do. We’ve been trying for some time, and we still havent been able to make money. We’ve ran through the tips and help options, but we still cant seem to make money. We have no idea how to play this game. Any help?

Keep saying need to set the price, we keep tapping the Set price button but nothing happens. So we cant end the day. We like the concept of the game but it needs some work Edit: Maybe put a guide in the game. We keep getting bankrupt.

Its complicated! And we looked at the help page but its dark grey text on black! Its very hard to read so it wasnt helpful. Please fix this and make text more readable! It seems like it has potential but the gameplay is confusing from the start.

The concept is neat and we like the design/colors but the actual gameplay is way too difficult and the tutorial does absolutely nothing to help. If you’re going to make a realistic business management simulator you need a realistic training course that doesn’t just throw you to the wolves. We started over about 5 times and could not at any point get our daily earnings out of a deficit. We also find it dumb that you can’t "fire" or reduce the amount of things/workers that you bought, if you want it to be realistic you need to give the player a chance to modify their business plans to suit the money they have. If an adult can’t figure it out then a child definitely couldn’t and we assume that is your target demographic. We really hope you improve the game in the future and make it less difficult to play as we would love to actually make a fancy candy on it someday.

The game doesn’t really explain anything very well, but we really think this game would be fun once we figure it out. Can the devs help us please?

The tutorial is horrible. The explanations of each tab are not very helpful to how to actually play the game. Maybe we are just doing it wrong, but we dont really know what we are supposed to be doing.

Deleted because its hard to understand. We just kept getting deeper in debt making no profit and theres no type of tutorial to show you how to do it.

We’ve been playing for a few hours and we keep failing, even in the beginning when we only have 4 family employees. Im selling every product we produce in a week and yet our profits keep going down. In the first 1-3 weeks we make 300+ units and have around 300 profit but as we keep playing suddenly selling 300+ units only give 67 in profit. We havent added any expenses, we keep morale above 100 with the free option. Yet profits drop despite sales (and all other options) remaining the same. And once profit drops down to around 20 (for selling 316 units???), production drops. Even though morale is high (literally 108 sometimes) production starts to go down, instead of pushing 300+ units we can only produce 270 (with 4 family employees) and profits go into the negative. It doesnt make sense to us, whats happening.

We definitely love the realism thats trying to be implied, but when Im given no instructions on how to be successful in the game to actually make profit, Im stuck in the hole and wasting our time. We cannot figure this game out at all. We’ve wasted an hour restarting it to not go bankrupt. Very good idea- very poor interface and tutorial/instruction.

Its hard to get used to at first but the realism is like a breath of fresh air in this mostly idle style game types Edit: we think a rework of the tutorial would be very helpful for not only new players but also people have been playing without realizing how some aspects of the game fully work giving the player a better understanding Another thing we noticed is that maybe the description of different tabs should have a better explanation for those tabs we really have enjoyed this game so far even we havent gotten far we’ve had more fun losing in this game then mindlessly tap the screen and tapping upgrades the choices you make actually matter and make a difference it also has very neat aspects that we hope the developers grow upon like the ability to adjust the sweetness and taste of your candy to even us able to acquire other companys these little things keep the game very interesting we feel like this game has a long way to go but we love the way its going.

We can not end the first day without setting the product price. We are hitting set but nothing happens.

Recent changes have helped make the game easier to play!

The game wont let us buy the flavoring and when we try to end week it tells us to set the price we go to the tab and hit set and it still says we need to set the price.

Hard for new players in the beginning, but after about 10 tries, you start to make profit. Very fun.

So amazing, its amazing. Uh. Uh uhuuhhh uh uh uh So amazing.

Long story short, this game is like managing a lemonade stand on steroids. The sections of creating and managing a product are clear and user friendly. The strategy of this game requires the user to be certain of their next business move or else they will be forced to start over. Very exciting and is exactly what we were looking for to practice business skills on a not-so-boring platform. :)

This game is incredibly detailed. It took us a few tries to get a hold of what we had to do, so we suggest following the instructions they come with the game. We are a law student with a deep passion for business and we felt like this game was a very productive use of our time.

Love it a little confusing at first but def a fav game.

We just want to reiterate another review we saw. Its a really fun game but having no option to fire people makes things tough. Also its not always clear what effect certain purchases will have until after theyre made. We plan to keep trying to find the right balance to start off, and we honestly appreciate the challenge, but we think it would help to have a little more room for error early on. You can make reasonable choices but still wind up in debt after the first week and have no way to get out.

We were wondering if it was as good as it looked from the front page, and yet it is! We do recommend this game if youre looking for a bit of difficulty.
