Having to watch ads in order to complete a board is insane. Give us more ways to get boosters and coins/lives instead. Makes the game so frustrating. And the ads are way too long. Make it more like the other candy crush games.
We have been playing this game for years. We have lost out on the benefit of our purchases many times. We have tried to report it to the company through the app. We really want a refund for at least 50% of our in game purchases. It often freezes when we are about to win. It is doing it right how. We used several tools to win too. HELP.
Nothing more irritating than beating a level, switching apps for a bit, then coming back to find this game forgot and we have to beat the level again. Yay.
We open this up when we run out of lives in Candy Crush Saga or Soda. Our only complaint is that the moves are much slower here. We wish they were as quick as the others. Also, you should get coins for challenges.
This game has cost us our job IRL but YOLO, we have Jelly & Candy to Crush.

We were asked to do a survey, and thank you for that. Because one of the questions was about the fish. We would have to App support but we couldnt remember our pw. Most of the problems asked about on the survey did not bother us at all, but when you have 1 last move to make. And you have a fish, and all it would take was for the fish to land on the 1 spot that would win the game and he decides to do something totally useless it is very annoying. Stupid fish! . But you expect much from a brainless fish. The other thing that bothers us is the bottles. We win 5 games in a row and we get to 5 bottles, but we lose 1 game and we lose all 5 bottles. Also If we stop playing while we have 5 bottles, when we login the next morning they are all gone . And sometimes you get the choice to watch ads for extra turns and sometimes you dont. We really like the fact that you dont have to watch ads, its your choice and you get rewarded for it. Our husband quit playing, he said there were too many ads, but we have not had that experience. We like the contests. Some levels are very challenging. Keep up the good work King.
You have a glitch in level 4036. We got a little under 221 million because our little monkey got stopped and the game just kept going. We took many screenshots and finally this stopped it. We got around 352 fish out of it.
There are too many ads that lock you out on the iPad. The only way to get out of the ad is to kill the app and lose your progress.
There are ads that keep appearing for mt dew that seem to expect/demand playing their game, but have no resolution or end to them, and they never time out. Only way to beget the ad to disappear is to exit out of the game and come back later. Some directions please.
They all too often provide ads that break the actual game. First Mountain Dew, and now State Farm. The only way to end the ads is to close & restart the app, causing loss of the level and your winning streak. If we paid for in-app purchases, Id be LIVID and consider legal action.
Please fix or get rid of the Mountain Dew ad! Freezing and have to reboot iPad to get out of it losing bonus. Then next day the irritating music is still playing in the background.
This game is always challenging but not frustratingly impossible. Love it.
AD for Mountain Dew keeps freezing, cant close it so have to reboot system. Couldnt open IPad yesterday causing us drive to Apple Store to see if they could open our iPad. Finally they were able to open it. 20 miles in each direction and having same problem today we will be deleting 8and no longer playing this game.
Can you guys bring back Royal Arena? That was the best part of the game.

The new addition to the game is just as annoying as Candy Royale in Candy Crush! With no option to play or not to play every time it comes up we log out and quit play your games. They're are a ton of games wanting our money and interest.
This game is ridiculous hard started off fun but come on theres no reason we should be stuck on the same level for 3 weeks.

We feel like all we do is watch ads when we play this game now. We understand this is how the developers make their money from free games but its to the point where we cant enjoy the game anymore. The algorithms are built so you cant beat a level without watching at least one ad, wasting our time and making it less likely that we continue playing.
We wish you would allow updates more often than once a week. We always get to the end more frequently and have to wait several days before we can proceed to the next level. Its not fair considering The other games do not do that. They are continuous.
We like playing the game but there is no way to close the mountain dew add! Please fix it. Its annoying especially when trying to win a game. Other than that, its the best version of the candy crush games.
We usually don't write reviews. This is one of our go-to games. We noticed that when you are out of gold bars, and you lose it tricks you into, spending money. Ok, we lost on a semi-tough level so at the end you boosted extra moves to 115 to complete the level, right The only thing is you have 0 to 7gold bars. With 115 extra moves and not enough bars now you (if you want those extra moves) you look at all the different packages available and some have titles. You pick a package or maybe just some bars. Now, game time and you complete the level, so the extra moves that are left, half of them turn into special candies, and the other half of them disappear. As we were looking at our points they did not move while counting down to zero. That's taking advantage of the people who dont understand it all they care for is the enjoyment and peace from it. We caught on quickly. Ms. K.
After years of satisfying play, despite wading through tons of ads to get extra lives or bonuses, we made the error of buying a couple bonus items. Now, Im no longer offered any ads and dont ever get any special rewards for play, like we used to. Hence, we cant progress past hard levels anymore. We dont plan to keep buying, so now the game is frustrating as heck and no fun. And it happened across the board with every Candy Crush game, not just the one. Ill have to give it up now. Its a really nasty bait and switch on the developers part.
It was some bugs in the game say your phone gets too heated up the app game goes away might need to fix that doing thst to the other candy crush version games as well.
So look, we love the game, but unlike the original, it doesnt get harder and harder, by the time you reach level 30 in the game, you lose at least one life, compared to the original. But its not that bad of a problem, and we really like the game, it also doesnt show ads as often (The Original doesnt show that much ads anymore,) and is really good.
We love this game and have for a couple of years. But Im sick of playing levels with the stupid computer. We would much rather attempt the levels on our own. Its beyond frustrating. Im uninstalling the app and instead playing Royal Match. Its similar but no vs computer levels. Make the computer levels optional and we will play again. Not to mention we have spent lots of money on this game because it is so much relaxing fun. But Im fed up being stuck at a computer lever for days on end. Nope, moving on.

The daily thing doesnt always pop up and we lose our streak. There should be a button to bring it up manually. This happens quite often.

The BEST feature about this game, was the VS PvP part. Everything else about the game was boring. They made the worst possible choice to get rid of the Arena/Versus. Ive since deleted the game, as Im sure many others did as well. Such a shame.
Ive played for years. The latest update is crap. You cant ask your team for lives anymore. Why play at all if you can only get 5 lives. Yall just want people to buy lives. Uninstalled.
Every time we log in to our Kings account on a new device we lost all our magic candies and lollipops! So frustrating.

The latest update with new levels above 6846 is TERRIBLE! Levels are impossible to pass and boosters at the end of a list level are almost nonexistent! This WAS our go to favorite, but not anymore.
We have been playing all the CC games for 10 years. We love it. It is mostly a stress reliever but recent new changes have taken the fun from the game. For those who play on a tablet, it is more difficult to play in portrait mode as one has to hold the tablet, the charger cable is in the way! We are unable to use our stand on the case, we have to hold it ourselves! This defeats the purpose of a case. What was the disgusting team thinking? Please change it back to horizontal mode! Thanks to listening to your customers.

This game is so fun and addicting!!! Yes cupcake Carl is your opponent but you have to mix it up somewhere and we dont like CARL either but thats the point This is such a fun game our hands start hurting from holding our phone. This is a great game until Carl enters the picture. Having to play against someone inside a game is so annoying!! So, going to delete.
Jelly was our favorite Candy Crush series but about a year ago the levels began becoming boring and predictable.
Game is ok but we hate Cupcake Carl. Why is there not an option to turn off having a game opponent.
