After years of satisfying play, despite wading through tons of ads to get extra lives or bonuses, we made the error of buying a couple bonus items. Now, Im no longer offered any ads and dont ever get any special rewards for play, like we used to. Hence, we cant progress past hard levels anymore. We dont plan to keep buying, so now the game is frustrating as heck and no fun. And it happened across the board with every Candy Crush game, not just the one. Ill have to give it up now. Its a really nasty bait and switch on the developers part.
It was some bugs in the game say your phone gets too heated up the app game goes away might need to fix that doing thst to the other candy crush version games as well.
So look, we love the game, but unlike the original, it doesnt get harder and harder, by the time you reach level 30 in the game, you lose at least one life, compared to the original. But its not that bad of a problem, and we really like the game, it also doesnt show ads as often (The Original doesnt show that much ads anymore,) and is really good!
We love this game and have for a couple of years. But Im sick of playing levels with the stupid computer. We would much rather attempt the levels on our own. Its beyond frustrating. Im uninstalling the app and instead playing Royal Match. Its similar but no vs computer levels. Make the computer levels optional and we will play again. Not to mention we have spent lots of money on this game because it is so much relaxing fun. But Im fed up being stuck at a computer lever for days on end. Nope, moving on.
It was be a higher rating if we didnt get kick out and have to click back into game after each game we play.
Makes you use moves that dont help toward winning and use up gold bars unnecessarily.
The daily thing doesnt always pop up and we lose our streak. There should be a button to bring it up manually. This happens quite often.
We loved the game when is was first released, but now we dont play it anymore, our favorite game is brawl stars!

The BEST feature about this game, was the VS PvP part. Everything else about the game was boring. They made the worst possible choice to get rid of the Arena/Versus. We’ve since deleted the game, as Im sure many others did as well. Such a shame.
Every time we log in to our Kings account on a new device we lost all our magic candies and lollipops! So frustrating!
We’ve played for years. The latest update is crap. You cant ask your team for lives anymore. Why play at all if you can only get 5 lives. Yall just want people to buy lives. Uninstalled.

The latest update with new levels above 6846 is TERRIBLE! Levels are impossible to pass and boosters at the end of a list level are almost nonexistent! This WAS our go to favorite, but not anymore!
We have been playing all the CC games for 10 years. We love it. It is mostly a stress reliever but recent new changes have taken the fun from the game. For those who play on a tablet, it is more difficult to play in portrait mode as one has to hold the tablet, the charger cable is in the way! We are unable to use our stand on the case, we have to hold it myself! This defeats the purpose of a case. What was the disgusting team thinking? Please change it back to horizontal mode! Thanks to listening to your customers!

This game is so fun and addicting!!! Yes cupcake Carl is your opponent but you have to mix it up somewhere and we dont like CARL either but thats the point This is such a fun game our hands start hurting from holding our phone. You guys did a great job with this game make more lots more please hahahahaha and everyone who leaves a negative comment does that make your ego feel better. This game is so decent. But we dont like the annoying pufflers that kept moving and moving. We lust downloaded this game and its really fun. It we could rate 4.75 stars we would do that. Overall great game-also one more thing. We love the battle thing and the hard levels and super hard levels that are challenging. You CRUSHED this game. Thank you!
This is a great game until Carl enters the picture. Having to play against someone inside a game is so annoying!! So, going to delete.
Jelly was our favorite Candy Crush series but about a year ago the levels began becoming boring and predictable.
Game is ok but we hate Cupcake Carl. Why is there not an option to turn off having a game opponent?

If you hold the iPhone 14 Pro vertically (portrait) when playing, the phones front camera and speaker blacks out the circle on top where you see your progress. Please fix this.
We’ve been noticing the game is going slow and its not our phone because the other games work great! Whats going on??
Forcing us to move the way they want therefore not a fun game. Better than original which is boring as their levels are short. However we hate games that tells us where to move and then doesnt allow us to move when we request it. Instant uninstall. Plus screen is not formatted well on 14 pro. Top is cutoff.
Cant believe we actually stepped away mid-game to leave this unfortunate review. Have previously enjoyed this game for years until recently- What has happened is the ads are out of control. There is a Royal Match Ad that is almost a minute long – then when you think it is over, it goes into a 6 seconds long countdown Ad within an Ad, THEN, after that, another 5 second countdown Ad within an Ad. Most Ads that run during our games are 30 seconds or more. If you need to watch 3 Ads to get to finish your particular game – cumulatively, that is a long stretch of time to ask players to endure. That is abusing your players time. We will abandon this game altogether because of it. Im not sure how our particular account has been targeted for this type of Ad Play because a friend plays this same game on their device and the ads they see are typically in the 5 to 15 second range. Its a shame. Is it because of the level? (Level 5200 range.) Or is it because thats just the way it is? What a turn off. Unfortunate.
We deleted the app just because of it. We kept dreading those levels as they 99% of the time were unfair and a waste of time.
Game freezes up at th end of each session-/goes to all black screen!
We have been playing since it was first available. Our score was almost 3000. When we went on to play our iPad would not allow us to play unless we put in our password.. When we did it wiped everything off. We will no longer play.
