Good app for card games, but where is a poker game?

This app is awesome. No coins to win to have a private room. Uses your microphone to play with friends and have live conversation. Literally been looking for something just like this. So happy we found it.

The game tends to glitch. Randomly freezes, says it idles and tries to reconnect and random times during all types of games kind of annoying but we still enjoy playing.

We are really enjoying this app! The first app that we can play Solitaire on without interruption from ads!

Beautifully designed, works great. Fun playing with other players.

Love this app our husband and we are able to play against each other no matter where we are. Still confused on how to earn diamonds? Online play is a little hard right now. Either connection or other things will kick you out of the game.

We like the challenge of playing a fairly realistic version of these games. We also find the sounds and gameplay relaxing.

The interface is smooth, the play is quick and the rules are easy to find and read. Does exactly what we want it to.

You really get what you ask for. The layout is nice, the automation makes for easy to play games, and even the game how-tos are put in an easily understandable way. If we could change anything, we would love to be able to play versus bots in offline mode but really the app is perfect as is.

We’ve never played this game before, we are enjoying learning how to play with friends.

A lot of the top players disconnect right at the end of a losing set of hands to avoid recording the score.

We like the card games and since we are old school (grew up with Intellivision), we prefer to play bots vs real people. Our main gripe is how often we get logged out of the game. We even made an account so we can easily track our wins but on the iphone there isn’t even a way to save our login credentials. So we created an account for nothing.

About every 5 or 6 sessions, when we open the app it asks us to log in again. Also, Since no one or only one person is online, we end up playing with bots. We do like the app and spend an average of a few hours a day.

App keeps logging us out almost every other time we log in. Needs an update so users can stay logged in all the time. Other than that we love the app.

Great app and fun for hours but some improvements could be made. Cards could be bigger and please put the jokers in spades.

The only really annoying thing is constantly having to login AND it doesnt even use passwords from our phone. Lots of times we start to play and when it goes to the login screen we just close it and use a different app.

Beautiful user interface and smooth gameplay but we wish it was playable in portrait orientation!

We like the app but they need to fix the Gin Rummy and the quitters. The pre Madonnas that cant handle getting their butts kicked and quit half way through. They are rewarded for being babies. Im talking to you Chuck_s.

We’ve been playing for a few months, and we have fun playing the Gin Rummy game the most. We found that when people quit the game early, the game counts as a non-win/non-lose for both players and no adjustments are made to the scoreboard. At the higher competitive ranks, players will just quit whenever they are about to lose, preventing other players from being able to climb the leaderboard. It would make sense to have it so that if your opponent disconnects, it counts as a win for you so that you can continue to climb the leaderboard.

We really like this game and the absence of ads. The big problem though is that in playing against others (at least in gin rummy) players can quit mid-game with no penalty. That means strong players quit when they are losing so their rank is not affected. You need to fix this so that honest competitive players are not penalized for playing out a losing game. Basically once you start a game, your points should be at risk. Perhaps you could offer forfeits mid game where players would only lose 5 points rather than 9 or 10.

Opponents can quit with no penalty mid game. We would be ahead and they often disconnect. Additionally it seems when we lose the negative points are greater than the positive when we win.

Its frustrating that the app is constantly glitching. It gives an error and makes you sign in again and again, plus it wont save your login info so you have to enter your username and password every time. We play solitaire and its not clear how the points work. It would be nice to know exactly how you earn leaderboard points. Sometimes you get 10 points, sometimes you dont. Whats the logic there? And the whole going idle while youre playing solitaire??? Seriously why???

Every bid in (spades) is based on the knowledge that there are thirteen tricks. During Spades the objective is to work as a team to meet your preset expectations. Even the bots (in this app) dont adhere to this basic of all rules in Spades. The game is a team sport. Someone lost sight of this element during development. Please please make the appropriate adjustments so players may have a fair equitable game instead of four people playing cutthroat!! Also Chuck is correct the app cheats. More than once our opponent (bots) has reneged (did not play the card of the suit led) but later won a trick in the same suit in which the previous trick the bot played as if void. This is cheating in a spades game/hand and quite frankly its just not done. Could be the greatest card game app with a few minor adjustments. NO CHEATING!! In reading other reviews voice chat was mentioned. We have not had that opportunity (playing daily) seems that would aid the newer (read inexperienced) due to valued input from the table. Its so frustrating not to be able to explain ie; we didnt trump your trick but be aware of the hint card on the table and lead back to your partner else you risk the chance of losing the bid. Scoring is a little different than our past experience. If, as a team we bid 7 but made eight tricks our score for that hand is 71. The other issue we have noticed that teams missing a bid are not penalized for missing the bid (no subtracting the missed tricks just a zero for that hand) if you bid four and make three the scoring should reflect minus forty instead it shows a missed bid and scores as minus zero With these adjustments we think this will be the best card app available. Thank you for your time and consideration. We would like to be advised of your progress. Last it would be helpful if we didnt have to sign in daily. No other app we use requires the use of email/password daily. Its not necessary, unless under specific situations like not having signed in in a month or more? Please?!

Lots of glitches, but nice when all works out.

The application is stable runs fine. But the layout is poor for our phone. The cards and buttons (like PASS) are too small and theres too much dead space on the table. If that space were reduced, the cards could be bigger. Another suggestion: other players hands could be smaller to reduce table dead space. Its also a bit of a bummer there arent more public players. Maybe a more manageable screen layout would help?

We like this, but Im almost abiut to get a new app because it always kicks us off for being idle and even worse, when it asks if we want to restart, it gets stuck on loading so we have to close out the app completely then restart it.

The graphics are a bit hard to see on the iPhone. Im sure it displays well on an iPad. They need to make the writing a bit bigger so its easier to see. But the graphics move smoothly and the whole App looks and works nicely. Its also a shame that more people arent playing it because it hard to come by real people playing; waiting for somebody to sign in and play is tedious.

Playing Gin Rummy against bots- opponent knocks, had a 2 left. We also had a 2. Should have been undercut and added 10 to our score. Instead the other player was awarded Gin+ 2 points. This has been happening often but only in the last month or so.

Love the app. So fun and addicting. But the ability to end the live game so you dont lose points has gotten ridiculous. We assume all leaderboard scorers are cheaters. Replacing with a bot of someone quits or goes idle would greatly improve the app.. Please!

High ranked players frequently quit public games when they arent winning.

Great app with excellent user interface and classic card games which can be played either against a bot or in a public lobby. The problem is that the platform crashes regularly, day and night, for no apparent reason. The system either goes straight to a failure page (Oops! Something has gone wrong.), or else it freezes in mid-game and locks everything until players have to abandon the game. The Oops! Page advises to contact support, but there is no link anywhere in the game to do so. In addition, the system kicks you out of a game if you fail to play within 14 seconds, and you cannot regain your game status, whether in either a bot games or a real game. Most annoying is that the system allows players to abandon a game at any time without penalty. The minute someone realizes they are losing, they bail out of the game and leave all of the other players in the lurch. Cant there be a penalty assigned to a player when this happens, e.g. A 10 point reduction in their overall ranking score? On average, we can complete only about 2 games out of 10 because of this problem. Come on, Bicycle! We’ve owned every software and app package you have ever put on the market, and this one leaves a lot to be desired. A little help, please?!?

Each day there are games we win but dont get points on the leaderboard. Its a glitch that disincentivizes playing.

We’ve had it for a month now and really like it, but we cant climb in ranking on gin rummy because the opponent disconnects mid game with no consequences. This is unfair please fix it. Overall a great app.

Its a free app to burn time. So it doesnt have to be perfect. It successfully burns time but it errors out frequently and pops up continue without leader board? Or timed out while playing solitaire. Im burning time not competing for a spot on a solitaire leader board. We would expect if theyve created a leader board then we could look up some numbers on our solitaire game too but nope. No average game score, personal records, nada. No problem, free game to burn time no need to review. Now theyve spent the effort to create an in game store to purchase virtual card designs. Add in the more frequent errors and Im probably going to delete this one.

Love the game but can you please make it so if someone quits they lose points? Every person that we play with a high score quits the game before we can win so they dont lose points!! Its really aggravating!!

Having to log in constantly unlike other apps. Still waiting for Euchre. System errors to often. Not a bad start.

Hello. Good app but many players disconnect when they are losing to avoid losing a ranking slot. It would be helpful to have a penalty for forfeited games, and simply, a no-score change for service interruptions that cause a game to end. Players may find a work around like turning to airplane mode or something to cause an interruption to service and seems like a normal disconnect but some may play through to avoid a penalty or no-score change. Hope you can help. Right now some of those rankings dont reflect all the losses those leaders have disconnected from to keep that spot.

We dont like that we have to constantly log in. Being an app should prevent that. Also, if someone is losing they just quit. Doesnt seem fair.

Top players always quit if they are going to lose so they can keep their ranking. Players that quit should automatically forfeit and lose points. It takes the fun out of playing.

Needs knock off bugs fixed and true scoring fixed.

Game is fun, but has limited/incomplete instructions & rules; connecting is sketchy even while on a strong inet connection; no way to earn more diamonds to buy different game accessories.

The game is fun, and there is a lot to like. But it tends to crash with even the slightest weakening in signal, wed love it if players could write in-game messages, and were still crossing fingers for Euchre!

The bot play is fine other than the fact that, as others have pointed out, the Spades points are not correctly counted. Our biggest issue is the public play which is limited to Spades and Hearts. There are only 4 rounds, which is not that big of a deal – but not realistic with typical card playing. The biggest issue is that any player can leave at any time. The issue there being that there is an overall, cumulative point total for every player which is only affected by wins & losses. So someone can start playing and if the game goes south for them, they can leave the game without penalty. One would think that is another team leaves, they forfeit. But no. They just get to leave. They do not lose points and you do not gain points. Its ridiculous. This App should amended by forfeiting the game if you leave – whether its due to connection issues or embarrassment. It ruins the game to allow no consequences for running away like a baby because you are losing a free online game.

We love playing gin And this app is fantastic! The only part that we really do not like about this app Is that when you are playing an opponent, they can quit a game when they are losing Which keeps their ranking. We wish the app would penalize a player by taking away points when they quit mid game. We have been on the winning side multiple games Only to have the other player sign out before the scoring And then we dont get our points for winning. And they dont lose any of their points. And they keep their ranking.

Frequently crashes/errors when opening app, starting a new game or in the middle of a game. It would be nice if when a game ends there was a button to start a new one. Instead we can only quit, go back the main screen, and start a new game. Absurd. We want to like this app but it needs a lot of work.

Solitaire is included with 1/3 card draw. Only issue is if you lose connection or background the app you cant rejoin despite there being a rejoin prompt and have to close the app from app switcher and reopen it forcing you to start over. What the point of a single player game if you cant play it offline or switch to a different app temporarily and come back to it later? If your sole goal is solitaire look else where. But this does have multiplayer if thats more your jam. We think gin rummy and hearts and spades is on here for online play.
