This is one of the best games we have ever played its so fun and you get a gem after every add except the voluntary ones this is SO fun.
Hello we downloaded this game and got really into it, got to the 2nd island. Then we had the super cleaner permanent pop up appear but there was no price. We tried clicking the button seeing if maybe that was the case, did not work. We then clicked out of that and went into the store on the game and tried it that way still did not work. After that we thought okay maybe if we just delete and reinstall the app it might fix that. So we did and now we have to start over and it still doesnt work. We really love this game please fix this issue. Or maybe give us feedback on what we need to do if its on us.
We really liked the games but the ads happen to often and for some reason every time an ad is done the game freezes.
It gives you the option to buy the powerful tools BUT THE PRICE TAG IS BLANK AND IT DOESNT LET YOU BUY IT! Fix this please.. Ive never had an app not want to take our money before LOL.
Update 12/11/2025 we really like this game but you all with the mafia and now the bear this is crazy. This game is 8/2025 This game is okay we really enjoy it. But our issue is this stupid mafia boss that you have to pay 2.99 to remove or you cant get anywhere with the game. We removed them and the ads but you still wont update this game. Stop creating games you cant keep up with the updates. Its been too long without an update.
Fun game but way too many ads.
This game has a lot of potential, but its woefully underdeveloped as of now. We paid to remove ads thinking there were several levels of play with multiple areas of expansion in each, but thats sadly not the case. The first level makes sense and is easily playable, but the second level feels hastily thrown together. Theres also no consistency between levels, and while we appreciate the diversity of challenges, it feels like level two was developed by a completely different (and significantly less qualified) person. Ill keep the game for now with hope that it continues to grow, but if we could go back in time, Id pass on this one.
Honestly, we never write reviews. This game, however, has made us write one. Its pretty much unplayable unless you spend money. The carpet mafia makes it impossible to really play the game. We unlocked 4 stations. The mafia came and was able to lock 3 of them before the game allowed us to make the money through game play to unlock it. Theres also a lot of ads. In order to play the basic game functions you either have to watch more ads to get the money to pay the mafia or pay $3 to remove them. We ended up deleting the game altogether after less than 30 minutes of play.
Love the game, hate the predatory practices in the design. WAY too many elements designed to unfairly punish the player and then sell them the option to play without the handicaps. Its bad faith. You sell options to expedite play, not make the game operate at the basic level. Im referring to the Mafia buyout, etc. In particular. Still, the game is fun and on console for a $8-9 price without ads or sketchy additional purchases, it would be a perfect experience. Other mobile games with lots of content have done well there. Just make sure to playtest the port as some have failed due to lazy ports and bug filled launches. Good luck.
We have unlocked every carpet cleaning station. Scrub & squeegee, bugs & spray, stitch & paint, self serve, and couch cleaning. We have upgraded all equipment and our character. We spent the $100k of in game money to open the un-viewable back portion because Ive run out of new things to do and nothing happened. The door still has a chain and lock on it. What gives?! All this after dealing with all the ads to the point we paid for no ads just to save our sanity a little because we liked the progression of the game. Heres a thought, dont put areas of expansion that dont actually expand cut the ads by half and add rewards for tickets rather than diamonds because you use the tickets a lot more than the diamonds. Hopefully the back half expansion open soon before we decide to delete the game entirely. You have a good product base. You just need to clean it up a bit. Fix these issues and youll have a five star game.
We enjoy this game because it is mindless and kind of relaxing. However, theres a section to unlock a new part of the shop that costs 1,000,000 coins. We made enough, went to unlock it, and nothing happened. It just stayed locked. So we guess the game is over.

Can't get the winter update, help love the game.
Everything is upgraded and unlocked ; but the area that we spent the 100k just to have chains on it and the ads are a bit much. Why would we spend any real money on a game that is dead.
We love the game but when you pay to expand it, it just stays locked. Is it a glitch or the app just needs to be updated? Because Im thinking about deleting this given the fact that Ive unlocked/maxed everything else.
The game is fun but when we reached the final 100k unlock door we unlocked it and it still wouldnt open so we figured maybe if we upgrade everything then the doors will open. We have now done that and it still hasnt opened. Also Al Carpetone visits were far too frequent, literally every 1.5-2 minutes, we timed it (shorter if they lock up any carpet spots).
We like this game but hate that you have to pay taxes to the criminal or your store gets shut down and you have to pay like two hundred dollars like every two minutes and theres way to many ads we recommend shopping mall.
The fact that theres nothing to do after you get rid of the mafia is stupid like the pictures you provide when people select the game show that theres a lot more levels but theres literally just the one very misleading and very annoying super thankful we spent no money on this game.
We can barely even play with how many ads there are and its so hard to progress with the mafia stealing our money every 5 minutes. They locked up all our carpets because we couldnt make enough money for the tax in time, but then we didnt have enough for a larger tax so we had to watch ANOTHER ad just to get back to square one. Ridiculous the only way to really stop them is pay $3 for a phone game? Like why.
There are so many adds! And the mafia comes way to much to the point that it is not even fun.
The app creators are so money hungry! An ad every 15 seconds! Everything in app cost actually money. The game is pretty cool its just ridiculous that they want you to pay for literally everything in the app.
We dont know how to pay the taxes in this game.
Fun game really, however the ads are WAY too frequent! Id honestly pay the $5 for no ads if we could. Between the Mafia stealing your cash every few minutes until you can earn enough to open the last room for $100k down to the ads? Had to delete it, it was too much. If they bring the ad frequency down or possibly lower the ad removal price? Ill gladly come back and spend money as we have it. Its a good relax game other than that.
So many ads and we were so excited to get rid of the mafia and when we got enough money to unlock the final room, it wouldnt unlock but it took our money we made. Which was $100k. Also so many ads. Every minute is a new ad.
We are CONSTALY being bombarded with ads, and even after paying 5$(that we will be refunding.) Im constantly bombarded with ads, we cant even play the game! We need ads to stop the mafia, ads to walk around too many!! Please remove the harassment of ads.
We would give it 5 stars, But, unfortunately the mafia part of the game is a bit to much. Everytime they leave and come back, you get charged more and more tax. The progress its self is to slow to keep up with the prices the mafia gives. We honestly think its a super fun game, But, so many ads and then the mafia on top of that, Giving them every dollar we just made well they wasnt there. :/ they are by far the reason Im not playing the game anymore. But! Apart from ads and the mafia thing, its a super fun game we love the SpongeBob pineapple carpet! Such a fan and of Rick and Morty! Great game even with ads but, mafia is to far.

Look we can put up with a lot of ads. Every game has them now, and as infuriating as it is, we deal. But this game, which could one day be pretty fun otherwise, has a mechanic that makes it unplayable if you dont run extra ads (or pay) on top of the almost constant no-warning ads that come up every two minutes. There is also very little to do at the moment, and some unbalanced elements in the little that is there. On the plus side, the ads for this game more or less accurately represent gameplay. Generally not worth it.
Its a good game we like it but the ads along with the issue with not being able to get into the expansion is not.
Only get this if you want to spend more time watching ads then playing the game.
Why do the mafia tax people have to ruin our store on this? It's annoying and stupid.
We were so loving this game until we got the 100,000 to go to next level and nothing happened. We were ok with the ads but to not get to next level is frustrating. Without advancing the game is boring.
The game is one of the most satisfying experiences Ive had on mobile, but the number of adds makes it almost unplayable unless youre willing to pay $4.99 to get rid of them. We are getting an add every 1.5 minutes.
Games like this would be way better if they use a reasonable amount of ads , we know thats how they make money and thats fine but an ad every 2 mins is not reasonable. They would have way more users and a lot less people deleting if they would let people get into the game before hitting us with ads every couple mins. Why not every 10 mins of game play , show two ads or something like that ? It just ruins the game and makes you want to do literally anything else.
This is the most relaxing game that we have ever played! It is so fun and you can get the feeling on what is like to clean carpets in a satisfying way. You should totally download it on whatever device you have! Awesome game.
Within 4 days we finished all the levels and paid the 100K to unlock the new level but its still locked because we guess they didnt finished developing it? Now Im bored of it again.
Like any other games the ads can get really annoying. We did pay for no ads because the game is relaxing but now Im out of levels, so are there going to be anymore.
The game is good , its relaxing etc but we still cant open the expansion door.
Absolute money grab. It was pretty fun to play now and then. The ads are a bit much but nothing too bad. Now they add in a Mafia element where they come in quite often to tab you or lock up some of the elements. It has absolutely ruined the game. Of corse you can pay to get rid of the Mafia for only $3 we think. Whats next that you will require money to get rid of. This game is not worth it and we will be deleting it.

Its very satisfying dont get us wrong, but the whole mafia boss thing? Literally every two minutes a group of guys just show up and wanna steal ur money. Uh? We get it if they dont pop much but every 2 minutes? Thats insane. Its such a good game but fix that mafia thing. Ive lost our patience.

Great game for killing time but Ive unlocked everything and unfortunately theres nothing left for us to do anymore hopefully theyll release more levels soon.

Good game but recently went to play and it wont go past the loading screen. We tried uninstalling and reinstalling but still nothing.
Between the ads that do not have an X to close out, and the thugs that keep stealing your money its very frustrating. We just wanted to enjoy the game.
