The game keeps glitching and we have to keep restarting it!!!! Please fix this ASAP.
We will delete this game and find a different one before we pay $5 to stop the stupid spider webs. It would be great otherwise but that just ruins it especially after paying for no ads. The interruption for neurodivergent brains is frustrating.
Cant do anything else cause we cant find the last key of car wash to unlock everything else. Very frustrating.
We paid for free ads and quite a few things awhile ago, im here for the progression and waiting upon more updates. We understand it takes time, and we did get the last key for those saying its not there, it is. With the last update two weeks ago, the app now starts to shake and freeze and glitch and you have to force shut and reopen. PLEASE fix this. When this happens, you lose all the money that was produced while you were walking around to grab it.
We love this game, its such an easy fun way to pass the time. But the updates take SO LONG. The web room in the carpet area has taken months, maybe even over a year since we started playing. Gave up for a while, came back to find the car wash area open (finally!), but once you finish that area youre back stuck with nothing to do. The 25th key is available, we know a lot of people mentioned being stuck but that is there now but doesnt really do much other than unlock cars for $500,000 with no explanation what they do when you buy them. The web room says to burn the webs and then you do that and nothing. So insane to be STILL developing that room. We do like to pop on and check the game progress when we remember to every few months, but its so disappointing that the updates come in such short pieces.
Opened the web room and burned the webs, what do we do after that. Nothing cleans room or get rid of spiders. Very confused.
Still stuck on needing the last missing key after the update. The game was fun up until this point, but we cant move forward in the game without the missing key.
Way too many ads.seriously like every 2 minutes.

Im on the carpet care but all the workers do is load the carpets we have to do all the other work is there a point where you can hire other workers.
We love this game but we unlocked everything except for the pet salon and its telling us to unlock everything in the carpet and car wash but we cannot find this last key did anybody find it.
Great game to pass the time. We didnt mind the ads because we got a diamond after, which you can use to customize your character. Ive upgraded all that we can but we cant find the 24th key? We dont keep games we cant progress more in after a while, would hate to start over another game.

We really enjoy this game, but like everyone else we cant get passed the wool station because we only have 24 out of the 25 keys. Majority of your game players are not able to find the remaining 2-3 keys to open the Nitro Club to race. We also cannot open the market. Is this a bug that needs to be fixed.
Ive finished everything in the laundry store, and everything in the carpet except the last room that we have to unlock by winning a race in the car washbut we cant do races or anything because we dont have the last key to unlock the nitro cars. Ive unlocked everything in the car wash and it gave us 24 out of the 25 keys. Please help developers.
We gave this game three stars because we did enjoy playing it however, we cannot find the last key in the car wash portion of the game. Ive restarted the game and our phone thinking that would help but after looking at some of the reviews, we see we are not the only person who came across this exact same issue. Its disappointing and it does not seem like the issue will get fixed anytime soon so we wont continue playing until this has been fixed.
Fix the keys on the car wash station theres only 24 and we need 25 to unlock the cars to continue and cut down on the ads please.
Sad they wont fix current bugs. Was a pretty cool game but cant proceed due to bugs.
This game would be a little more fun and a bit easier if the Carpet Care area had a few workers to work on the carpets as well. Not them just laying the carpets. Other than the ads every 30 seconds, or what it feels like, we get frustrated having to work on 15 carpets by ourselves.
We play these kind of games all the time and this is one of the best. Unfortunately once you get to a certain point youre stuck. You have to get keys to be able to do a car race which opens another room. We are missing 3 keys. We have done everything we can possibly do and Ive emailed the team to see if they can do something about it. This is an on going issue with other players. (Reddit) There is also a market that gives you zero hints on what to do to open it. Again, Ive done everything we can do in the game. So idk. We hope they figure this out and add more shops soon.
We are stuck with the keys. Ive only found 23 of the 25. We cannot do anymore in the game until we find those 3 keys. From reading other reviews, we see this is not a new problem.
We enjoyed the game for the most part. Game has bugs for sure workers would just stop working would say no place when the bins were empty. Left out the game for a few hours we opened the app to play the game and we lost all our money diamonds and some of the rooms we had unlocked.
We love the game however it keeps telling us to unlock the shoe room which Ive already done. As well as Serve 5 VIPs. We deleted the app and redownloaded it but its still the same issue. It also only gave us 24/25 keys and jt wont allow us to unlock anything else to get the last key.

This game is fun but were all waiting on the last key. No one has progressed in the game because the last key is no where to be found. Even after unlocking everything we could unlock. But without the last key we cant unlock the last stages.
We loved this game til where you wash and fix the cars. We cant progress because we need a key to finish the nitro cars and a key for the market and no way we have found to get that key or keys. Contacted support been almost a month and no response to help us fix it or anything very disappointed.

Forced ads every 2 minutes. Several upgrades have are "free" after watching an ad – no option to use the in-game currency instead. Maybe this changes when you pay for no ads. It would be a lot of fun otherwise.

Wayyyyy too many forced ads. And they want $8.99 to drop the ads, not $4.99 like the description says. You can play ads to gain things, but it also forces ads in the middle of game play. Hard pass with this many ads.
Loved this game until we got stuck and cant get the 25th key. Wth developers!! Wheres the key so we can continue to spend REAL money on this game like Ive been doing.

Every minute you are bombarded with a video ad that you cant skip. Would be great if you could actually play the game.
