Hackers in the game. There are some 3rd party apps that help them win the game. Frustrated with unfair games.
1- Many hackers nowadays. 2- many ads. 3- about 99% Indians. 3-expensive to buy coins or diamonds 4- when play and reach coins to 2million in a league, the rest coins dont add to the total number when we win.
Genuinely its a fun game very brilliant app but when you start playing little bigger game thousands of auto win hackers waiting for you. They will win all game against you . No support works if you report. They even cant block those hackers. Disappointed otherwise very nice app.
Gameplay is alright but our God is the experience on this app absolutely horrendous or what. Every single click is accompanied by at least 2 ads. We totally understand that they need to make money but we have never seen so many ads on one app. We wish we could rate it lower. App Store needs to enforce ads on a game.

When playing with four people it will occasionally freeze up on one person. Very annoying and at the same time losing points.
Its an hackers game, dont play this game, waste of time, you can see hackers in from 50k, 140k etc.
HI we were playing a match with our friend and the game was stuck in two phone and our friend was win automaticalky and we lose and lost our 150k coin.
After every single game adds will pop up worst app.
Most players in london park group and higher, are hackers with 80% and higher scores who finish game in 9 shots and each time they play seemingly impossible shots and still land the pucks. For genuine players like us who PAY for Carrompass, and that too in $, this is very unfair. Beautiful game destroyed by cheaters.
We paid for the premium Carrom pass and you didnt give us everything in the pass and checked it like we got it so you can eat that payment because Im not paying for it Im disputing and frauding our credit card keep ripping people off this is how your other countries become rich its despicable if you would have gave it to us we would have no problem paying for its the first time its ever happened since playing and if you dont fix we will never buy again or play again we got better things to spend money and better ways to waste free time that dont rip people off so find someone else to sucker in.
App is too good and we are enjoying, as well as addicted. But lately, there has been lot of hackers, makes the game no fun :(.
We like the game but it could be more intricate. Its fun for a while but then it gets boring. Lack of incentive of sorts, maybe.. After about 200 games got fed up with adds after every game( win or loose you get attacked with adds). We have other game apps that dont have adds every time we play. It is a good game but.. Time for something else. Just deleted.

The app works as a decent carrom option supporting a in game chat feature, however a support team that looks into harassment report is non-existent.
Feels like fool of cheat! Some players pocket the balls crazily like theres no way. Im for sure that this game is for dumb peoples. We have been playing for over decade. Need to fix every poor stuffs for fair game. Thankx.
Many ads come. It is really bad apps.
We have already uninstall it for showing many ad end after every match.
Please dont show your players in these game very bad ads you must filter it from the app.

We love the game but the ad is so annoying! Each and every single game they will put the ad which is very disappointing and disturbing! Now we feel like we need to uninstall the game only because of the ad! Im sure they will lose a lot of people for this reason! We wish they will solve this issue assap.

Hi Developer, As per carrom rules, player not supposed to play directly behind his side, the whole area illegal him to play or to put pawns!! So please fix this issue, make shots illegal who plays directly to pawns behind his line. And also please consider below other are improvements, – Make pocket bit less size, its too big!! Players can easy make faul or put pawns easily. – Opposite player directly cannot touch pawns, if touched it suppose to his his pawns otherwise its illegal, have to put penalty.
Thi app too much irritation app too much adds so we deleted this app in our phone.
Not a quite popular game china nowadays, but perhaps it used to be. Need to understand the rule tho before you are addicted to it.

We swear that Im not going to spend 1 Cent on this game. The greedy developers make it more worst. Spend alot of money and couldnt even get any Legendary striker . No more money. Byeeeeee Greedy folks.
Worst app . Always crashing and showing different amount of point on each phone for every tasks. Never ever get a legendary striker every month buy carrom premium pass but the prize is fixed they will never give you a legendary striker. But we promise you we will never buy any season pass. Shame on you.

The game is so good its like real.
Im not getting weekly rewards consecutively for the last two weeks. It is very disappointing after playing so hard to be able to complete within the top 10 and not achieving anything. Whenever we click on the last week results, it says you got nothing since you didnt play in the last week. Later we decided to remove the app from our iDevice.
We have noticed that sometime the game force you to loose by playing with a computer player.
